The WORST Subway I've ever been to... I can not believe how rude the young girl was that was working in there on Sunday, August 10th at 12:45pm. Is there a way to leave less than one star? What the actual hell? I did an online order. Ordered 3 standard, ORIGINAL SUBS. Meatball Marinara, Turkey Sub, Cold Cuts. They did a weird mix and match with these ingredients and sent them out. Gross. Just flipping gross. Meatballs with lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, turkey and marinara, it's like they were not just hung over like most fast food joints, they are actively intoxicated while at work. Wow. And...the phone goes straight to voicemail with no mailbox set up. No way to complain other than going back in. Well, the point of the online order for me today was that I had a busy day and needed lunch to go, on the run. I guess I just made a $23.00 donation to that organization. Never again. Worst Subway I have ever been to. Staff frequently looks like they just woke up from 20 hours of sleep after. 3-day crack binge. Tried to get a refund for the completely different sandwiches than what I ordered and was told by the manager "Either we can remake your sandwiches or you can leave. That's it." This is the 4th time this location has completely messed up my order, and when I communicated that- instead of owning up to it, the manager said "Then why do you keep coming in here?" Good question. I've eaten at this Subway many times. The staff are always pleasant and the food is, well... Subway. It tastes good and fills you up. But yesterday it was so noisy in the shop that I couldn't get out of the quickly enough. The ceiling fans were running full blast and the motors make a lot of noise, and the music was blaring--presumably to be heard over the fans. Buy some new fans, folks. read more

So delicate that you can see through the lunchmeat and offset that little bit of flavor with a whole lot of hard role. This place seems to be under new management and unlike Jersey Mikes where they slice the lunchmeat behind the counter, I'm uncertain if Subway's comes presliced or not although bast on the freshness and that it's as thin as toilet paper, I'm guessing it comes presided. FOLKS, what happened to this chain that was once good and affordable??? I can get four (4) Quarter Pounders with Cheese at McDonalds for less then one sub at Subway and something is seriously wrong for that. Soggy Vegetables and why should I have to ask them to squeeze the juice out of the peppers before adding them to the sandwich OR, ad the tomato, end to end? Shouldn't that be automatic and isn't that the only reason I'd NEVER use the app to preorder a sub so they could stiff me on toppings or make a mess out of my sandwich? Goto any of the Durango stars and listen at lunch time to hear them doing the online orders and you'll know why to never use the app. I'm about ready to give up on this place especially since they are guided my standards such as four pieces of roast beef on a sub whether it's a tiny piece in their bin or a huge piece. First, the roast beaf is ALWAYS well done and seldom fresh meaning it has that four-day old taste to it. The guy at the counter kept shouting over the counter at me, when I was simply grabbing a drink. Then shouted again go to register, hello I would like to order a sandwich. Just was very rude and throwing veggies on my sandwich. I was over him and just accepted my sandwich. I also always tip, he did not get one. Well, well, well,,, so many bad reviews!!! Why the owners won't do anything about customer service?? I'm guessing they know about it but don't care. We are at the High School for a volleyball tournament. Family decided to walk over and order 9 sandwiches. When they got there, they refused to make 9 sandwiches and manager rolled her eyes at the thought of making us sandwiches. We were told that large order have to be ordered online. Just reading the reviews, someone already tried the online ordering and they did not make them the sandwiches or refund their money! What is the problem with this particular subway? Suzanne Garcia was the manager on duty both times that we visited. We visited May 3 & 4 and the whole team was very friendly and made our sandwiches to order. On May 3rd, Suzanne was training the new hires and was patient with them. They were comfortable in asking questions and prepared our sandwiches in minutes. (*I wish that the Subway on 6475 N. Food is fresh and good. The help is courteous and friendly. Place is clean. BUT mask mandate is not enforced and NONE of the employees had masks. You'd think they'd wear them (like they do gloves) at all times! Ugh. read more

Let me start by saying I've come to this subway many times for lunch on the go. This recent time will be my last. I normally can go back in the store after ordering from DoorDash to ask for a correction or extra of something, and they'll gladly help me out. However, today I ordered through DoorDash via pickup and got my sammy. I went home and quickly gave the much smaller half to my gf, and didn't bother to look at my half until I got back from dropping her off at work. I wish I took pictures, but my sandwich was smothered in mayonnaise and mustard. It had already made the bread soggy and I really couldn't handle how much sauce was on there after the second bite so I thought maybe I could go back and get a simple turkey and provolone sandwich toasted real quick instead since my sandwich is not edible. Anyways, this had never happened before and I went back to subway to see if I could get a six inch (or at this point I just wanted something to eat - I would've taken a child's size). I asked a man if I could get another sandwich made instead because of the gnarly amount of mayo and mustard, and he wasn't able to answer so he turned to a lady who quickly walked away and scoffed as soon as she found out what I was asking for. Then a gentlemen named Isaac was preparing food in the back when he jumped into the conversation and basically told me there was nothing he could do about it because I ordered it online. I admittedly got snappy and said, "Okay but here's so much f'ing mayo and mustard on there" and tried to show him, but he didn't and instantly called me out for cursing AT him when I was really upset about my sandwich and not him, but he quickly became the antagonist of my day after saying "How about this for a deal? You leave and come back another time and I'll make your sandwich". I explained my situation and the reason why I got snappy (only have 30 mins for lunch and this was all I could afford) and apologized. I get it, but also this is SUBWAY (a corporation) not some mom n pops place. I was so worked up I had to hold back tears like a real Karen ha! Anyways, after he made the whole deal comment I simply gave up and threw my soggy sandwich away before I walked out the door. Then I remembered: I can write reviews and I can ask for that prick's name. I went back in, got his name and as I was walking out he runs after me and asks me for mine. Like??? If I could give it zero stars I would. VERY DIRTY. Not a single clean table to sit at even with 3 employees behind the counter. The floors, tables, chairs and even the chair rail along the walls had a lot of food on them. this Subway hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. I worry what the back must look like. A health inspector should give a visit. The person at cash register had a group of friends on speakerphone on loudest volume possible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Customer beware. I went in with a starving kid and literally needed to order a single sandwich. They only had one employee working who prioritized to-go orders. We waited 30 minutes to even order and as soon as we got to the counter, someone from Door Dash cut in line. The employee did NOT serve us and instead again stopped what she was doing to fulfill an online order. We wasted over 30 minutes of vacation time and walked out without food. Unbelievable. read more

Yeah, ok. This is a Subway Sandwich shop but we did the breakfast thing here one morning before we rode the scoot up to Silverton. What impressed my petite red headed passion flower and I was the staff. Under the watchful eye of the manager Danny, the staff was quick on the draw and easy to talk to. I had the breakfast sandwich on flatbread with eggs, cheese and bacon. Simple and delicious. Got a Turkey and Avocado to go and we were stylin'. If you are headed north on the Million Dollar Highway (route 550) grab yourself a sammich and get it to go to avoid the over priced tourist joints in Silverton. read more

This is a normal subway shop. Food is fresh and tastes exactly like a subway sandwich should be. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Service was terrible. The employees started making our sandwiches and between the middle of our order decided to stick an online order between them. When I asked about it , they rudely answered "online is priority". Funny thing is that 20 minutes later when we were leaving the online orders were still sitting on the counter. Now you have pissed off a customer that will not return. Maybe this store should get their priorities straight! read more
