Worst place to go too the staff leaves the property during work hrs to smoke while staring down customers and close down so they can leave and still get paid. Who ever is the owner or manager should step up and take care of their store before it gets shut down. read more

Every time I have ordered with this location something has been wrong when I got my order. Multiple times the ingredients had been switched up on my sandwiches but today my sister inlaw went to go get us food from here and the woman working gave her a dirty look before proceeding to turn on the alarm and lock the door. She then went next door to a smoke shop. Never going back read more

Don't go here. I placed a mobile order to this location at 1:00 and they were out of ham, onions and peppers. Seriously, how do you not have these items at lunchtime?!?! I ordered for sandwiches and all of them were messed up. I should've canceled my order and requested a refund. Absolutely horrible. read more

The new employee is very nice and kind. The sandwich was a little burnt but still great. The place was also very clean.

This place is a disaster. Staying at hotel next door and popped in 1st day here. The place was a wreck and the new person coming in to start her shift is videoing the mess she was left with and sending it to her boss. It was about 2:30 and only 15 told of bread left because they didn't cook anything and crap was all over the food area. Went it to grab lunch today and neither worker is wearing a mask and the one lady is coughing over the food. read more

The subway restaurant at 2400 Meacham, Fort Worth Texas 76161. I have been working here off of the Meacham exit for 4 years and year after year I have put up with the long lines, flies in the store and only one person working. None of that has any affect on me until Friday. I watch several people order sandwiches and wraps and I decided to have what I had seen someone else get. A "wrap". Why did I get to work around the corner and my meat was never heated like the other Customer's wrap and I asked. So Just in case you did not know; everyone here at this facility knows that this location has long been a disgrace to the Sub-Way brand. Subway you loosed a lifetime Customer. read more

It had been over two years since I been in here and I work right across the street good federal money and I wouldn't come cause of the issues they had back then. Idk why my brain didn't stop me from going in there today my intuition said no but my brain didn't listen. There were three workers some bad built guy who I guess was the manager, one female that look like she was one paycheck from welfare, and a nice older guy who honestly was trying his best to help working the front. The manager and the welfare check was was very unprofessional i would never go there again. If any postal employees are listening PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR GOOD HARD earned money somewhere else. One Star Because Zero Stars Is Not An Option: I filled out my survey prior to sending this correspondence to the corporate office. At this point I felt it necessary to ensure I communicated my experience(s) with this store in as many ways as possible. I've left bad reviews for this store before, but it's way past time for somebody to say more. I have been going to this store for a few years and it's steadily gotten worse. I've had enough! They skimp on the toppings, the store is never clean. The bathroom is worse. They are constantly out of core product. Every time I'm in there they've had yet another complete roll over in staff. The training of the constant stream of new faces is abysmal or non-existent. It's either chaos or confusion behind the counter. More often than not, it's both. Nobody that works there wants to be there, they're never happy, and the few times I've actually seen a manager, it's obvious they don't want to be there either. Today was the last straw. There were 6 people with simple orders in the store and it took more than 30 min. to get my food. When I got my cold-cut wrap, I got two pcs of cheese, a ton of spinach, and they skimped the rest. I know better than to ask for more of anything here, because it's always another charge at this store. Then when I asked for "a little ranch" they literally drown the wrap in ranch dressing. It was almost inedible. If I had wanted a spinach salad, I would have ordered a spinach salad. All of these issues taken together for such an extended period of time points directly to poor management. I will continue to choose Subway elsewhere, but I will never go into store# 38438-0 again. I'd rather lick doorknobs in Wuhan China than eat at Subway 38438-0 ever again. read more

I got a chicken bacon sandwich. This sandwich was incredibly odd; it had multiple toppings, cheese and sauce but totally void of all flavor. It was like eating a mouth full of dough. Remember when you were a kid and would eat the PlayDough sandwich you just made? Me neither but I assume that's what it's like. There was a faint hint of tuna which was pretty nauseating. Didn't even finish my sandwich. I've had better food at FOBs in Iraq. The kid working was pretty cool though. Get him a haircut and a gym membership and he'll be slaying in no time. read more

Normally Subway's are decent but this one needs help, First of all the Sandwich Artist probably should have been wearing a hair net, he had long curly hair while wearing one of those visor like hats that did nothing to control his hair while reaching across the food bins. The new individual working the cash register kept slurping on a soda while working the register, I ordered a chopped salad but the artist put all the fixings meat and verges in to the bowl then tried to chop it up but ended up the meat didn't get chopped at all hardly. Then last the fountain drink station was trashed, the trash was overflowing needed emptying and fluids was all over the place, sorry to be so negative but I'll probably try and give it another chance in the future. read more

Ordered online to pick up on way to work. Got there and not ready. Had to leave to get to work on time with nothing to eat. Called manager Rebecca who was rude and she said they don't fix sandwiches until customer there. Not sure what online order is for. Made complaint to corperate. read more

Slow service, took over five minutes to get two salads. Didn't get forks, and salads were pretty thin for a $7.50 and $6 price tag. The window clearly stated that the sub of the month was $5 if you ordered it as a salad, but they still charged us $6. Would much rather go down to road to a Subway where the employees are more attentive and the prices are better. read more
