Jason took me to his deli. Lol. We came here after Church Sunday. A lot of seats were filled and a small wait to order but, I received my cup of soup pretty quickly. The Restaurant was clean as well as the Restrooms. However,one toilet looked like it was about to flood. I brought it to an Employees attention and she quickly went to get help. Also, I noticed she reached across the Salad bar to refill some of the items. She's supposed to go around the Salad Bar to refill the items, that's why the Sneeze Guard is in place. I loved my Chicken Pot Pie Soup and my dessert. I think, it's worth the price you pay. My boyfriend loved his Salad and Gingerbread Muffins. Happy St Patrick's Day! We prefer a great Reuben sandwich to customary Irish fare to celebrate this fun holiday. Our regular " favorite Reuben provider" is closed for dinner. We took a step back to see where a new favorite might fill the bill later in the day and saw great reviews for Jason"s Big beautiful "Reuben the Great "sandwich ! We were completely impressed with this monster sandwich. Delicious piles of tender flavorful meat topped off with yummy cheese and sauerkraut. Though we didn't add a salad today we have to let this review include a personal favorite for really great salads. They are huge, meaty, and wildly delicious ! If you're in a hurry order and pick up! I've never seen a baked potato this HUGH !! Wow, was not expecting anything this large so I ended up ordering a BLT. I'll be eating off of this meal for two days I believe. Ordered a group lunch from this location today. For starters, ordering as a group is very easy. The "host" sends a link to all participants, they go thru the menu and add to the order. Once completed, the host pushes thru and pays for the order. I had the Mgr special which included a medium sized sandwich, salad, chips, and a pickle. The club sandwich was very good. I would have preferred cold cheese instead of the melted cheddar but it was still good. The salad was custom ordered and included everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. The salad was fresh and crisp and the balsamic vinaigrette was tasty as well. I stepped up to the register to place my order and I was met with what looked like the "shift leader" talking to a fellow employee. I stood there for a minute because I didn't want to interrupt. Once their conversation ended she turned and just looked at me so I said Hi and then placed my order. I couldn't get what I thought I could so she said "you can't get the light portion with the manager special because that's a whole sandwich and the manager special is only a half sandwich. Very short, almost rude. So I ordered what I wanted, paid and said Thank you." Her response was again short & borderline rude. I took my salad, my drink, and my tray and found a place to sit. I was going to sit my tray somewhere but a plain clothed man (possibly the store manager) came over and said he would take it. I said thank you and not a word from this individual. If these two employees are in management Jason's Deli has a huge hiring problem. If a position in any business interacts with the public they need to have a great attitude at least while on the clock. If you want to hire someone to climb a tree you darn sure don't hire a turtle you hire someone that is a great tree climber. Lastly $16 for a half sandwich and a trip through the salad bar is legalized robbery. The only redeeming quality during this (last) visit was the ice cream cone. read more

Service is awful. I've ordered from this location a couple times now and every single time I have to wait almost 30 minutes just to get my food even if I order ahead! Today I placed an order at 8:53pm and was told it would be ready by 9:09. I got there at around 9:05 and let them know I was waiting. 3 cars came and left the drive thru while I was waiting. At 9:25 I went in to ask about my order and it was just sitting there on the counter getting cold. The lady who "helped" me was on her phone walking up and down the line. Horrible attitudes, horrible service. Overall, just awful. Also I forgot to mention, the past couple times I've ordered... something is wrong or missing. Well Timothy , recently the thing that impressed me the most real this Overton Ridge location has since changed. I used the app as al std before I left my apartment work saying I'd pick it up at 945, and being handicap n moving real slow I prefer the drive up but upon pulling up at the drive up at 937 pm it was closed and I finally got someone's attention that was sweeping by the window as honking failed. The guy seemed irritated and went and got the girl mngr I think? She asked me to come inside and I explained my situation so she went and got my order but left off my drink saying I was mistaken as their we're two orders and mine dint include a drink. The soup is good, but always tastes like it's from a can or box, so if you like homemade style soups or stews, don't get it from here; otherwise, they have a few solid options like the chicken pot pie soup. Their sandwiches are always packed with meat and very fresh tasting. I love the croissants as my option for the bread, but all the breads taste fresh. Jason's Deli is a great choice for quick, easy meals that are full of flavor. To-go and delivery orders do seem to take an extra long time to be prepared, so keep that in mind if you opt out of dining in. read more

I have to talk about the Reuben sandwich. It just shouldn't work. I don't like any of it's components. Corned beef? Meh. Sauerkraut? Ew. Thousand Island dressing? No thanks. I don't even particularly like rye bread. None of these things should add up, but put them all together and for some reason, it's amazing. I cannot explain it, but it's one of my favorite things to eat. Weird, right? Well anyway, if you like a Reuben sandwich, or any other kind of soup or sandwich or deli style meal, Jason's is a treat. I arrived to pick up my order and there were several people already waiting. I knew it would be a few minutes. We even got there late because we know they always take longer than the estimated time. After waiting 45 minutes past the time that my order was supposed to be ready I finally asked them and they could not find our order. As they were trying to find it several people were asking for refunds because it had been an hour and there food was not ready. It was completely chaotic there and there seemed to be no leadership at all. This is not the first time it has taken a long time past the estimated time, but it will be the last. I will never go to Jason's Deli again because when I am ready to eat I do not want to wait 2 hours to eat when you include driving time, waiting for the food then driving home to eat. Steak po boy sounds great with its medium sirloin on toasted French bread with a spicy pepper relish and provolone and Roma tomatoes. What I got: a 6 inch sandwich with precisely 4 pieces of 1/4 inch length strips of steak that had the texture of leather and absolutely no seasoning, provolone melted on bread that had the texture of bread left out to dry and Roma tomatoes that probably have a day before they're ready to be tossed. Pretty disgusted with your food handlers. You prepared barely a snack, not a meal. Three sandwiches ordered. All the same. Meat on each of the three would barely be enough for one sandwich. Covid is not an excuse. This is at best an improperly trained employee, at worst an apathetic employee. You're one location in a massive corporation. When I finally went to the counter to receive my food after waiting, no one could confirm that it was my tray, and was told "you can take your own tray if you want it". I had to call them twice while outside the drive-thru window for an update as they never returned to the window when we checked in. They were extremely rude and kept giving excuses on why it wasn't ready yet. We offered to go park in a pickup spot and let the line of cars behind us go first but they did not allow that nor care about the wait. No apology or show of speed of service.
