The call went through the automated system and then straight to voicemail. I called multiple times and never got a hold of anyone. After that, I went through the Chick-fil-A app customer service. When he arrived, he spoke with Kiev, who identified himself as the FOH Director. He said they could correct the food order, but they would not redo the drinks, even though the drinks were wrong.
