My friend (who was visiting from NJ) and I stopped here at Bojangles quickly on our way to the mall. I don't really eat at mainstream fast food joints but since I just moved to this area a month ago (from Jersey), I really want to give some of these new chains a chance. That way when someone comes to visit, I can at least say "this place sucks ass" or "yes it's delicious". We shared a Cajun Chicken Sandwich with lettuce & tomato, Bo'tato Rounds (think hash browns the size of silver dollars) and a sweet tea. The sandwich was tasty as anything; I was truly surprised. The chicken was cooked perfectly, had a nice crunch, moist and wasn't greasy at all. The biscuit was soft and tasted very fresh. The sauce had a good kick and really brought the sandwich together. The potatoes were hot & crispy and the sweet tea was spot on. This isn't a place I would frequent, however I can most definitely see myself saying "OMG go get some Bojangles" during a good fun weekend night of drinking. LOL read more

If only AI could take over service as well. Been sitting in their drive thru for 15 mins now, because they had me "pull around". Ya know to keep their drive thru time down so they don't get in trouble from management. It's service like this that will have these jobs nearly gone in the near future. It's basic tasks, fast food for crying out loud. I did it at 16 yrs old and didn't struggle this hard, why are grown adults struggling to provide minimal service? I went inside only because I was sure that they served the new items, wings! Mistake number one. There were two people ahead of me and one guy had a big order. The woman taking the orders had to fill them as well. I waited twenty minutes to get just an five piece order of wings. When I got home and began to eat them I found that they were so grossly over cooked that it was like eating jerky. Never again. read more

Bo, Ho, Ho! This Bojangles is so good that I recently came here twice in the span of three days around Christmas. Westchester Bojangles has been around for several years now and I prefer it to other area Bojangles, particularly the one on North Main, because it's newer, nicer, and not nearly as busy. In fact, I'm surprised how new this place still looks. It's in great shape. One interesting design element I noticed about this Bojangles is how the wrap-around drive-thru and parking lot complement each other to maximize both: (a) drive-thru efficiency and (b) the number of parking spaces. Kudos to the Bojangles' design crew for that. I last had a Cajun Filet Biscuit Combo for $4.89 (plus tax) before I hit the road back to Atlanta. Bojangles' biscuits are delicious. The Cajun chicken filet was lightly breaded and deep-fried, seasoned with Cajun seasonings, so it was savory and had a slight kick to it. The cutlet was meaty. Some sections were a tad dry, but the buttery, flaky biscuit made up for it. The Cajun Filet Biscuit did not come with any sauce or other ingredients. Combo side options include fries or "Bo Rounds" ("Botato Rounds"). Bo Rounds are like circular hashbrowns. I had those and they weren't bad. Hot and crispy. I'd just received a fresh batch. Drinks are supplied from the fountain. I noticed a "Patio" brand red cherry soda. I tried that. It tasted like cough syrup. Very unique flavor. I wasn't a fan, but it's nice they have that option. Sanitation was a 92 last time I was here and now it has fallen to a 90.0!! They never have chicken supremes after 8pm. They tell you every weekend that the trucks coming in the morning. Oh yea and they tend to forget things like my honey mustard. When I left I said, "can I get my honey mustard, ketchup and mayo." she says, "all of the sauces should be in the boxes". I get home and OF COURSE my honey mustard is missing. I WAITED 6 Minutes and even pulled to the side of the building because the "cin-biscuits" had to be made. So ridiculous. The only reason why I went back is Bc I love Bojangles. But Jesus Christ the people who own this one or franchise it need to give it up. RIDICULOUS. Sanitation now back up to a staggering 92. Surprised I went back......chicken on biscuit had to of been sitting all morning as i Just up again today at 8:58am to get my wife a sausage biscuit combo on this Saturday morning, (keep in mind, it's Saturday morning). And as my review says above I don't even like coming here even though my wife and I love bojangles so it's been months since I've been back. I've had some pretty bad experiences with this particular Bojangles in the past but the past couple of months have been very different so I had to write a review and give some more stars. I work a part time job near by so I'm thankful it's improved. Service is much faster and staff is very friendly. Used to be quite the opposite so I'm happy to see customers complaints were being paid attention to. Keep it up bc we love Bojangles! read more

I am a fan of Bojangles on North Main but not this location on Westchester The food was good but employees behind counter complaining about being there and wanting to go home. When my food was ready I asked if I could have some Texas Pete. The employee did not say anything but tossed a couple packets on my tray. I stopped by and ordered breakfast through the drive thru and clearly spoke and ordered a BEC combo. When I drove around the worker working the window said my total was $10.40...I told her that I only ordered one combo. She hatefully threw the "extra" drink in the trash and took my money. No thank you...no napkins...just my food. Aside from the 92 sanitation rating they have held onto for a long time I still enjoy their food. Ever since new management took over our local bojangles the service has went down hill. My husband stopped by tonight and had to wait on Bo rounds which is no problem but when the guy brought his food out my husband thanked him and he looked at him and walked away. It's just rude. I have always been happy with the food and service at this location. More so than any other. Today I was highly disappointed. The boy at the window said "hey" then never spoke to me again. He gave me my card back with no receipt then all but threw the bag at me. He never responded to any of my "thank you's". I expect this at McDonalds...not Bojangles. Hopefully they correct his customer service or let him go. Now the food: it SUCKED! I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and boberry biscuits. The cheese was cold, the biscuit was hard and very gritty. I also didn't taste that yummy buttery taste I normally get from their biscuits. The boberry biscuits had almost no icing and were also hard and gritty. I still have a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully this was just a bad day and it remains a great Bojangles. Orders are slow. Staff is not friendly. AND make sure you check your order going through the drive thru. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but when your order is screwed up three times and you've ONLY went there three times there won't be a fourth. plus your call to alert manage and they act like its no big deal. read more

While I absolutely love Bojangles food, I try very hard to avoid this location and will drive past it to go to another location unless I am in a big hurry. Their portions are very small. For example, they fill the French fries up about 3/4 of the way. When you ask them to fill it up, they will tell you that all other locations OVER fill their fries, while they have given you the proper portion. If you order Cole slaw, expect the container to be about 2/3 full. When I once questioned that, I was told that the container was filled earlier in the day, but it "settled". When I asked for them to fill it back up, they said that the amount in the cup was considered a full serving. Obviously the owners at this location are more concerned with maximum profit on each visit rather than making customers happy, driving repeat business and higher volume of sales. If you aren't very hungry or don't care about getting your money's worth, eat here. Their food is what you'd expect at Bojangles. read more
