All subways are the same except for cleanliness and speed and service. This location is better than most at all.

Seriously what is the point of ordering a turkey bacon GUACAMOLE wrap when the staff doesn't even put guacamole on it!

We got water and tea, didn't order drinks but that didn't change their service, I think we had three different servers/bartenders and they were all great. Order the wings! They won the Wing Ding last year with their Honey Habanero BBQ grilled wings. We liked them at the Wing Ding and we loved them here. Just the right amount of kick and grilled perfectly. I would order these every time. I didn't want a large meal so decided to go with a side garden salad and House Honey Fish appetizer. The salad was good, lettuces, shredded carrot, onion, tomato, and croutons. I got no cheeses and went with house Italian. It was fresh, the croutons good and enough so that I took half for lunch the following day. The House Honey Fish was fried fish on top of chimichurri slaw topped with a Hot Honey drizzle. It was very good, the crunch of the slaw, and the fish was really good. I would probably leave off the Hot Honey next time, only because I don't like too much sweet. Hubby got Cajun chicken pasta and he enjoyed it. Busy spot but the staff seem to care about thier service and about each other.

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of fresh offerings! I got the 6" BLTA and it was more than enough food and was so good. We also got the cheddar poblano soup which was the soup of the day and I'm absolutely obsessed with it! The young girl who rang us up was absolutely amazing and wonderful and the lady who made our sandwiches was a pleasure! My ONLY suggestion is maybe offer to toast subs? My daughter's meatball sub was definitely good, but maybe would have been even better with the bread toasted! Otherwise, can't wait to go back next time I visit my sister!

All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our subs that had plenty of meat and fresh toppings. I haven't had a sub this good in a very long time, and in Orlando we have the best of the best (or so I thought.) They apologized that they were out of pasta salad that day, so we each had chips with our sandwiches/wraps. The chips were a brand with which I am unfamiliar and was pleasantly surprised at the jalapeño cheddar flavor. Delicious. We all ate so fast no one got a pic!! I highly recommend this spot for quality food and a much needed break from the typical fast food joints.

The BBQ counter is near the entrance and kitchen. The BBQ menu is in a acrylic on the counter and also on a wipe board hanging on the wall. When I visit a new BBQ place, I always try their ribs and brisket. Here, I ordered the ribs ala carte and the brisket in a meal. The meal came with only one side and it's a half pound serving. That's a big helping of a side dish. I wish they offered two smaller portions as the side, like most BBQ joints do. I asked the young girl working which sides were made in house and it took her by surprise. I then asked if some of the sides came from a food vendor. Then she stammered the answer, "I've heard him say, that he makes them all." I ended up ordering the Smoked Beans. I'm picky about my beans and these lacked seasoning and were bland. The brisket was cut thick and was on the chewy side. I prefer my brisket cut thinner and much more tender. My order of ribs, shocked me. They were the first ribs that I ever had that did not have the membrane on the back of the ribs removed. The ribs did have good seasoning, since the membrane was not removed, they were tough. They had a 2" thick pork steak on the menu. I guess I'll have to come back and give that a try with a different side. If the pork steak disappoints me, I wont be back. The staff were friendly, but not overly friendly. Also, I don't think the cashier was knowledgeable about the product she was selling.

Listen, st louis has no shortage of sandwich shops, so to be successful you need to offer a unique enough product that is still approachable, and reliable. Big mouth has mastered the game. The menu is inundated with options inspired by tried and true classics. However, they do not stop there. Each sandwich is inventive enough to create some separation from it's origin. This keeps the experimenters happy, while also catering to the more tame of tastebuds. I went prosciutto. It was incredible. Thin pear, whipped ricotta, pesto, and that salty, thin prosciutto. Every bite gave me a little something different. Some bite had a big crunch full of juicy pear accentuated by the tang of balsamic. Others had a bit of sweetness from the sugars released in the pear juice and caught by the vibrant pesto.
