I am not here to speak on their food taste, I am here to express the most unprofessional experience ever! I called on behave of my Nonprofit serving children ages 8-14. I called and a young lady stated manager was on lunch and to call back in 20 minutes, I then asked for the managers name? She said 'i'd rather her give you here name" I reply so the manager's name is not allowed? She then stated Sandra" I called back 30 minutes late and a young lady answered, I said hello this is Mary with Love Akhigbe Kids Club am i speaking with Sandra? Rudely she replied "No how can i help you" I than explained my organization and asked if willing to donation lunch items to the children? Rudely she again replied "No donations given at this time" I asked i can have a corporate number? She hung the phone up! To my surprise i was giving the benefit that it was an accident so i called back, no one will pick up the phone. I will never visit this location again! I love going to this particular subway (compared to another subway located on Highway 111 that is 5 minutes further south of this subway). This Subway on Jefferson opens on time at 7am (can't say the same for the other Subway). Food quality is up to par most of the time. However, once a year, their toaster machine was broken so my sub was cold; and you get no compensation for it. Whenever I go during lunch hours 11am-1pm, the place is always full, so expect at least a 15 minute wait; this is not Subway's fault because they are space confined even if they had more staff. I've visited 10 Subways in my life, and this Subway is the best one. Place is always clean. Staff is always super nice; I like Jenny especially. Parking always seem plentiful because the nearby businesses (flower shop, mochi donut, indian food) get no business, lol. read more

Today went to the subway for lunch with my boyfriend and it was absolutely bomb Sandra made my salad and let me tell you she knows how if you plan on coming to get a healthy meal that feels very refreshing on these hot days. Talk to Sandra and I recommend Salad she chops up the vegetables. She's very kind about toasting things that you want toasted a certain way these girls were absolutely amazing. My food was ok, but the girls who were working were completely rude to me. Will not be returning.

My wife Shari and I have been to this subway location twice in the last week and the service and the cleanliness have been outstanding. They are taking the Covid requirements very seriously and it is obvious in the cleanliness and the social distancing and the mask wearing by everybody there. The sandwiches are excellent everything is so fresh and the variety is great. This subway location is on the top of our list for casual lunches or grabbing a bunch of sandwiches for traveling. read more

Subway is pretty consistent for a chain restaurant. I came here during Stage Coach with my girlfriend. I had a 12" steak and cheese sandwich with double meat while she had a 6' turkey sub with avocado and a back of chips. Its a good place if you want to quickly inhale a bite to eat before going tot he festival. read more

Ordered sandwich platters from them for my brother's baby shower. They had them ready on time, exactly as ordered, and the sandwiches were a hit and almost all gone by the end of the party. ^^ Last time we had a party, we ordered them from one of the foofoo markets in La Quinta. This place in my personal opinion is always on point! I have yet to be disappointed by the customer service, quality of food or item selection! The employees here and fast on pushing those subs out when a line is present. If you don't want to wait 5mins then avoid the lunch rush. They're are also helpful and charismatic, especially with regulars. Their food is fresh and yet to have a bad sub from here. Also always carry everything. Flatizzas are great here! I came in for a "quick" lunch.. There were only two other people ahead of me and two girls "working" behind the counter. Well... Actually ONE girl was working, making the sandwiches from start to finish AND ringing up the customer (which if you have been to Subway before, you would know this means it could be a while until it is your turn.) The other lady who was working was "checking on bread" very slowly. The lady who was "checking" or "turning" the bread almost seemed as if she was just passing the time and looking as if she was busy so she wouldn't have to put gloves on and do the dirty work with the customer's orders leaving the other lady to it all which was barely making the line move! I only had a thirty minute lunch break... I was in line at 12:05pm and by the time I got my sandwich and drink it was 12;22! I had 3 minutes to inhale and enjoy and then race back to work. Nothing was wrong with the actual food itself, it was pretty good. I can't go wrong with Subway. What I was disappointed with was the customer service. Not one of these girls lifted their heads to make eye contact, say hello, say thank you or even apologize for or explain the long wait. every single time that i have gone in there i have had a problem with them. this time in particular was bad enough to want to report. i never once in my life have made a negative report, or any report for that matter but this was just NOT okay! we got there and i asked a turkey on jalapeno bread and they didnt have the jalapeno bread. (which them not having more then one item is nothing new) so i got it on wheat. next we ordered another foot long which had no problem. i ordered a kids meal at the beginning of the order which i guess she didnt hear and when i corrected her she let out a big sigh and went to get the wheat bread.. which go figure.. they were also suddenly out of. i must have taken the last one. i asked for jalapeno and lettuce avacados and pickles... they said they were out of avacado and put bell peppers on my sandwhich instead of jalapenos. i corrected her again and she picked them off (for the most part i guess). then suddenly she just walked away without mentioning a word to us and was gone long enough that we actually considered leaving without our sandwhiches. then she casually returns with a fresh bottle of mayo (which i guess is why she left must have been out). instead of chips the adult with me wanted cookies and as usual NO cookies of any sort. (they NEVER have cookies, ever!) and on top of that both my daughter AND my soda (coke and sprite) were both flat and disgusting. my daughters sprite tasted like water more then sprite. neither of us were able to drink them. just had to throw them out. ive never once had a problem with any subways except this subway in particular. rudest staff ever! and never in stock with half of the stuff they should be. ill NEVER go here again!! ever! read more
