I've had consistently great experiences at this Subway location. The atmosphere is usually quiet and empty, but even when it's busy, the customer service remains top-notch. The staff works efficiently without compromising on the quality of service. The food is always fresh, with generous portions, and I appreciate their attention to food safety--they change gloves frequently to ensure cleanliness, which isn't required by Subway but shows their commitment to doing things right. COME HERE!!! Instead of regretting a visit to the Jackson Subway in the KFC Taco Bell parking lot, visit this location! They're much better and treat you like someone they want as a repeat customer. Sure, the sandwiches are extremely overpriced, but that's just the Subway way. Tldr: yummy clean nice people The guy with the American flag is really nice and the girl with the blue hair. We ordered several sandwiches, which were good and when it came to the drinks-they were horrible! Fountain drinks were more water than the flavor of the drink. And, bottled drinks from their refrigerator was flat-no taste at all for either one. Customer service ok-even though she was by herself at the counter. read more

Best Subway around, great service and people...

We were driving through on 88 from skiing again and we stopped here. It's in a huge strip mall with lots of other restaurant options but we know Subway and for the most part, we all like it. I don't know the name of the guy that made our sandwiches but he was super fast and efficient. He made our 3 hot sandwiches very quickly and accurately. Was clean inside and the restroom was clean too. Thank you Subway for giving us an alternate to burgers when we're on the road. read more

Food is good. Store is clean. Customer service is completely lacking. The gentleman behind the counter was not interested in doing anything but making a sandwich and talking on the phone. My 87-year-old mother had questions which were ignored. I had a salad, but was not offered any salad dressing. Tried to ask, but he was on the phone. At checkout, I was accusingly questioned about only purchasing one drink. There's not much in the area with healthful food choices. Next time, we'll go to Burger King. Hopefully, they know how to treat their customers. read more

THE best subway I've EVER been to. Hands down. Walked in after a long day of snowboarding was greeted by this nice lady with red/magenta hair. This review isn't even about the customer service, which was great btw, it's about the sandwich. This lady knows HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH!!!! I get the same damn sandwich every time but you know different locations taste different. I STUFF my sandwich and not one single scrap fell out of my sandwich, and I was so surprised. Usually there's lettuce shreds, a stray pickle and some other stuff that falls out onto the paper and I have to scoop it up with my fingers but absolutely nothing fell out. It tasted so good as well, the portions were perfect. I always ask for extra pickles and sometimes they put too much sometimes too little but this lady, the sandwich god, put the perfect amount of pickles. Was on my way back to Bay Area on a ski bus and it is located at our dinner stop. A relatively healthy dinner choice. Quite a few kinds of breads ran out unfortunately. Bathroom was clean. I never knew how much I would appreciate such little comfort until I was stuck on a ski bus for a few hours. read more

Subway sandwich shops are very alike. They're a franchise with a standardized menu and ingredient distribution system. The only distinction is the staff and the environment. It's plenty clean enough. No worries there. The staff, however, never look happy. They're not mean but they don't seem to enjoy their work. I can understand that working at Subway may not be as glamorous as working at NASA or Boeing but you don't need to frown at me for your job. Smile a little. Laughter is OK. Otherwise, the food is good as I always get from Subway. read more

Saturday morning errands finished, feeling hungry! Stopped at this Subway received a very pleasant hello from a nice friendly young lady. It was refreshing to walk into this Subway being greeted with a smile and the place was shinning clean! We will definitely make this our stopping place when we are out and about! Couple days ago my wife went in for a foot long blt sandwich they have, in the mix of my wife being there she notice down the line that the manager guy was making her a 6 inch instead so my wife told him she said a foot long so the guy keep making the sandwich and said he could of told him in the start, which she did. She said he was getting angry with attitude so my wife gave him attitude back. On top of that he only put lettuce bacon and tomoto and thats it. Didnt even ask her if ahe wanted meat which we did. Just tried the wraps, they were very yummy and they did not skimp on the ingredients. The sandwich maker Melody was very friendly and sweet. After being very disappointed at the nearby Quiznos, my wife convinced me to try this Subway. I wanted to compare cheese steaks and way pleasantly surprised when I discovered that Subway (at least at this location) does have one on the menu. Not only that, but they have sour dough bread, which Quiznos does not. Then I was amazed to watch as they proceeded to put at least 5 times as much meat and a bit more cheese on my sub that Quiznos. They also asked me which add-ons (onions, chilli's, etc...) I wanted. What came out was a very nice sandwich for a reasonable price. I will be back. read more

I was just in there and ordered a sandwhich that I'm not even going to eat. The woman behind the counter was so high on something that she couldn't make a simple sandwich ( It was literally salami, cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard). She asked me 7 times what I had ordered. It took her almost 5 minutes to count out the $8 I handed her. And she gave me a dollar back in change. My total was $7.47 and she gave me back a freakin dollar. We are locals and long time customers of this shop, but today was probably the worst service I have had anywhere in years. At noon today I went in to order two sandwiches. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came and waited on customers. Four customers who came in after us left after waiting. No apologies or explanation. The gentleman working there today stuck his head out a couple of times and then just went back into the back. When he did come out he started making sandwiches, handling the food products with his bare hands. Very unsanitary! The lady in front of me had to ask for her sandwiches three times after she paid before he gave them to her. Thankfully, my sandwich was made by a lovely young lady who eventually came out of the back and wore protection on her hands and did a nice job. There seemed to be a lot of tension between the two employees. Neither I, nor the lady in front of me left the store with napkins. The vision of watching this man picking up pickles, lettuce, etc, with is bare hands was disgusting. I will not be going back to this shop again. read more
