I was very impressed with my experience at this particular location. I went in to see if they honored the coupons that arrive regularly in the mail and they did . Also the nice young man working greeted me immediately and was helpful and quickly efficient throughout my visit and purchase . I will keep this location specifically on my dinning out rotation . read more

Of note, I was checking my bank account recently, and I noticed that I had gotten charged twice for one sandwich here. I went in, and was given a card for a number to call to have one of the charges reversed. I called the number and left a message. Within minutes, a very polite and friendly man returned my call and ensured my charge would be reversed. As promised, I had my money back in no time. Clean and well stocked with attentive employees today. All that was spoiled by a cold meatball sandwich. No eat-in because COVID, so I drove two blocks to a park to eat. The meatballs, which were heated in the oven to order, were warm on the outside but nearly refrigerator cold on the inside. I had to be someplace else soon, so no time for a do-over. I understand there is a shortage in workers but I walked in this Subway at 12:15pm ( prime lunch hour) and was the only customer in the entire restaurant, the employee in the back sitting on her phone told me she would be right with me once off her break. She proceeded to sip her drink and text message for about 6 min while I stood there in silence just staring at each other. Food was decent but I think this subway is using the 'worker shortage' as a way to put themselves and personal business/feelings before the customer. Sandwich was decent though. read more

Worst experience at a subway ever. I came in at 9:45, I understand they close at 10, but if your doors are open your still working and serving food. The employee was throwing the food around, told us he didn't have about half of the things that should have been in the line. I asked for a rotisserie chicken wrap, I had to ask for the chicken to be heated up, he put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds and slapped it on my wrap. I had to ask twice for onions, and the second time I asked he opened the wrap and half of it fell on the floor. He didn't even roll up my wrap. It looks like a soft taco from Taco Bell. While we were checking out, at about 9:50 another customer came in and he told him "dude we're closed, I've got 5 minutes left and no food for you" This was absolutely terrible. read more

By far the worst subway I have ever stepped foot in! Staff was so slow, meatballs looked like they had been sitting since the night before, no green peppers, didn't know how to make a salad. Manager yelled at me when I complained about the service. read more

Completely incorrect order delivered, called and they provided no suggestion for fixing it or providing credit or sending the right food. Instead said they would "take down our name so the incident would be known by the right people"... horrible customer service and the food that was delivered was terrible. read more

I'm not one for bad mouthing a business, but this place is just bad. If it were possible to give a place no stars this would be the place that got it. Where to start with this Subway, perhaps the overall cleanliness of the store. As soon as you walk in you realize that it's cleaner out in the parking lot. Next you'll notice that the person who was just sitting outside on the curb with a finger up their nose and a cigarette in their hand; is the same scowling employee who is about to make you a sandwich. After you get you sandwich you'll notice that even though you watched them make it, your sandwich is some how the sloppiest thing you've ever intended to eat. Overall I would not make the mistake of dining here, but If you are having that Jared-like Subway craving, there is a better subway located in the Walmart east of this store. read more

This is the worst Subway. I went in for one BLT sandwich tonight. I had to wait for the young girl to stop "whatever" she was doing behind the counter to wait on us. Nobody else was in the restaurant, she never acknowledged or greeted us until she said "what can I get you?" She proceeded to make the BLT and put 4 small pieces of bacon on 12" sub. When I questioned her about the number of pieces of bacon she said "yes." No explanation of any kind. No value and rude service, we will not be back. read more

I went to this Subway location today and the some of the staff seemed lost, maybe they were a new employee. I asked for a wrap and the young lady had no clue what to do, again she might have been a new worker so i wasn't bothered. She had to ask her coworker about every step of the process of making my sandwich so i nicely offered to help walk her through l it because I used to work there, she gave me severe attitude and made it clear she didn't want my help. The attitude of the restaurant was negative, I waited in line for 10 minutes before even getting my sandwich made and only one person was making food( the new girl ) when there was a line to the door. It took way too long for my sandwich as well due to lack of knowledge. When she finished making my sandwich she couldn't cut it right and ended up ripping my sandwich and spilling it everywhere but proceeded to roll the wrap up to go for me despite it being a mess. I bought cookies as well but when I go home, 20 minutes away mind you, my cookies where no where to be found, they had forgotten to put them in my bag. So I ended up not getting to enjoy my cookie and had to eat a tore up wrap the wouldn't hold together. Not my best experience read more

This place is a dead beat. Employees are rude and floor is always dirty along with the tables. Every time I drive by there I see an employee out the door smoking a cigarette and that is really gross. One time I went in there and the employee was out smoking a cigarette and he came in and started making a customer's sandwich. I heard the customer ask him if he could wash his hands but he said Oh I already did which clearly he didn't she saw him standing out the door smoking and even came in and watched him just put gloves on. This place is slowly running down hill. I don't see it staging in business much longer. Or see any subway business stay in business for much longer read more

I would have to say the service in this Subway is the worst ever!! My company has just moved their office to Legends across the street from this Subway which I thought would be great, but when I went in for lunch it took 20 min. to get a sandwich because they don' have enough people working to handle the lunch rush. Then I try calling in a order because we bring lunch in a lot for lunch meetings and the guy on the phone told me can you just down load the app and order that way he was to busy right now with the lunch rush. I get it they are swapped, but I will never order there again. I plan on ordering from Goodcent down the road who is always happy to have my business. read more
