Instead of politely explaining the situation, the employee spoke to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, as if I did not deserve basic respect. When I approached the door to ask for clarification, the employee abruptly shut the door and refused to have any further conversation with me. The attitude and behavior displayed toward me were degrading and humiliating. I felt as though I was being treated like a nuisance rather than a paying customer who had simply followed the instructions provided by the McDonald's app. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and singled out. The employee's behavior came across as discriminatory and deeply offensive. No customer should ever be treated this way, regardless of the circumstances surrounding an order. I eventually spoke with the manager, who apologized for the incident. While I appreciate the manager's apology, it does not erase the unacceptable conduct I experienced before that conversation.
