I stopped by this KFC location today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code on the tenders and fries. I placed my order through the KFC mobile app because the website didn't work for me. I got a large Mac and cheese, 3 piece tender with the KFC sauce and comeback sauce and fries to complete my order. When I arrived at the place, I was the first customer there and they were just about to open. This store location isn't in the best of area and the parking lot isn't in the best of shape either. When I walked inside of the place, the lady who open up just stayed in the back and was helping just the drive thru. So my order wasn't ready at the time I selected and had to wait even longer. It wasn't until another worker walked in and she started to help another customer first who was there to place an order. After she finish with him then she checked on my online order. They didn't even have to make the food, they just had to place it in a box and that was it. So I wasn't happy that I had to wait longer just because of the bad service here. The chicken tenders and fries were okay and the Mac and cheese was fine to me. It's not something I would come for occasionally, the last time I been to a KFC was like years ago. I'm not planning on coming to this location again if I have to.

Food trays are fancy, don't forget to smile.

Seriously started gagging and started spitting out my food. This chicken was nasty and definitely need my money back. I thought my body was going to shut down after eating a couple bites. Where is my macaroni? Gave me the wrong side as well. Several times I said Pepsi and what she finally gave me was diet. - You should do quality check on your food items. You should look at the customers order before sending it out in the drive thru. - 30th of September 2025 no food poisoning here but very close to it.

How much it should have cost.

Stopped by today to get 40 piece hot wings. You can order it in 6,12, or 20 pieces. Instead of charging me two orders of 20, I was charged two orders of 12 and one order of 6 which ended up costing me more. It's a few dollars more but why?? If they do this with every customer it adds up. Seems fraudulent to me.

My boyfriend ordered the new Kentucky chicken wings but the chicken looks old and chicken was super dry.

Dried out THIGH meat from KFC.

Skip the disappointment at KFC and try Popeyes nearby. The family was craving fried chicken and this KFC was our go to place. I ordered the family meal extra crispy at the drive through and it was a little over $30. We got home and the chicken was horrible! It looked like it was sitting out all day. Dried out meat even on the drumsticks. They subbed a thigh for a breast piece. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The sides were the only edible food. We tossed the terrible food into the trash. I was extremely disappointed because this location was usually good. I reached out to corporate with my receipt info and all they said was sorry and give them another chance with a measly $10 voucher! Disappointed again. I will no longer give my hard earned money to all KFCs. Go to Popeyes that is nearby.

Only 2 pieces put in a 3 piece order

We order a $5 fill up box with 3 piece tender. Both boxes came with only 2 pieces and the fries were Terrible and barely any in the box I tried Calling in the restaurant to have them fix my order but no one answered after repeated tries.

THE BEST EVER!! 5 piece nashville chicken tender with extra sauce.. and the NEW fries which was surprisingly GOOOOD & biscuits

I love the chicken sandwich and the fries are good and their kluckin' sauce is very good, too. Best of all, they're open late and so if you're hungry after midnight, this is the place to go. Lots of easy parking if you're doing pickup or having your food there. And there you have it. Oh, and if you're wondering, preferable to Dave's Hot Chicken.

I don't even know where to start because this place genuinely impressed me…read more First off, the customer service was AMAZING. Like, the kind of service where you actually feel welcomed and not rushed or awkward for asking questions. The staff was super patient and took the time to really explain the menu and walk me through all the different spice levels, which I appreciated so much. I had questions about the menu and especially about the spice levels, and instead of rushing me or giving short answers, they took the time to fully explain everything. They broke down what each heat level feels like, how intense it is, and even gave honest recommendations depending on spice tolerance. You could tell they actually care about making sure customers enjoy their food, not just pushing orders out. I ended up ordering the Kluckin Tenders and decided to go all in by trying every spice level they offer: No Heat, Kluckin Mild, Kluckin Hot, and Kluckin Fire. Starting with No Heat, i tried the og tender to see how it was alone without any spice because I'm quite the chicken tender connoisseur haha. I was honestly surprised by how flavorful it still was. The tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned really well. Even without spice, nothing tasted bland or boring, which says a lot about the quality of the chicken and seasoning. Kluckin Mild was a nice step up. It had some heat, enough to let you know it's there without being overpowering. This felt like a perfect everyday option -- flavorful, balanced, and very easy to enjoy. Kluckin Hot is where the heat really starts to kick in. It definitely made me slow down, but I loved that the flavor was still there. It wasn't just spicy for the sake of being spicy. You could still taste the seasoning and the chicken, which is something a lot of places get wrong. And then there's Kluckin Fire. This one is no joke. It looks like it would absolutely obliterate my taste buds. It definitely looks scarier than it is! The heat builds fast and lingers, and the staff definitely wasn't exaggerating when they warned me about it! That being said, it's still well made. This flavor actually ended up being my favorite! If you're someone who actually enjoys serious spice, you'll appreciate this level. It's intense, but it feels intentional. I also have to talk about the sides! The coleslaw was actually really good. Fresh, super crunchy, and well balanced. Not overly mayo-heavy or soggy like a lot of places do it. It had just the right amount of creaminess that helped cool things down between bites, especially when working my way through the hotter spice levels. It paired perfectly with the tenders and was honestly a lifesaver once I got to Kluckin Hot and Kluckin Fire. The crinkle cut fries were another highlight. Super crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The crinkle cut shape made them extra satisfying, and they held up really well even as I took my time eating. They weren't greasy or limp at all! Which is always a plus. Dipping them in their kluckin sauce was so addictive. (Absolutely must have this with your meal here) Seriously, can we please bottle this sauce?! Overall, this place just does everything right. Great food, real spice options, and customer service that makes you want to come back. It's rare to find a spot where the staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, and it makes a huge difference. If you're a hot chicken fan or someone who likes exploring different spice levels, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back and already recommending it to friends. Thanks so much for having me!!

If you're looking for real deal heat with flavor to back it up, this Nashville hot chicken spot…read moreabsolutely delivers!! I came in ready to test my spice tolerance and ordered their tenders in the Blazin level, (second hottest) and their chicken sando in Punisher, (the hottest they've got). Let me just say... they do NOT play around when it comes to spice. Starting with the tenders: I got them in Blazin', and the color alone lets you know you're in for something serious. The seasoning was deep red and coated generously, and every bite had that signature Nashville style smoky, with that cayenne kick. The heat builds gradually and lingers in the best way. The chicken itself was juicy inside and with a crispy, well seasoned crust that didn't fall apart. You can tell it's freshly fried! Not dry, not greasy, just perfectly cooked. The tenders come with fries and slaw, and I'm glad they do because you NEED the balance. The crinkle-cut fries were hot, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and lightly salted. Simple but done perfectly right. They were perfect for cooling down between bites of the Blazin tenders. The slaw was fresh and slightly creamy to cut through the heat. It wasn't overly mayo heavy, which I appreciated. It actually complemented the spice instead of weighing everything down. Now let's talk about the chicken sando in Punisher. I had to mentally prepare for this one. Punisher is their hottest level, and they mean it! The heat hits quicker and stronger than Blazin and it absolutely lives up to the name. But again, it's not just painful heat, it's also super flavorful. There's that deep chili flavor before the spice fully takes over. The chicken filet was thick, juicy, and perfectly crispy. The bun was soft and lightly toasted. Every bite was intense but addictive. If you love extreme spice challenges but still want quality flavor, this is it. Portion sizes were great, definitely filling. Everything tasted fresh, and the spice levels felt authentic, not watered down. You can tell they take pride in staying true to that Nashville hot style. Overall, if you're a non-spice lover, (because they also do have that option) a spice lover, or even just wanting to test your limits, this place is worth it. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for having me!

Jalepeno poppers didn't have any filling, felt like I was just eating batter. Mac & cheese was the worst item by far. Not enough cheese and no flavor. The chicken sandwiches were disappointing, not enough flavor. Both my wife and I felt sick after taking a few bites.

I got a whole chicken with the sides and I decided to try the Peruvian ceviche. The chicken was good, seasoning was there. It was already precut for me so that's was kind. I was really looking forward to the ceviche and it was not good. The lime juice or the leche de Tigre was very bitter, and it just didn't taste good... Something was off about the ceviche, perhaps it spoiled quickly as my drive back home was an hour, i unfortunately had to throw it away because it did not taste edible. Service is quite friendly, and quick. I'd come give it a second try for the ceviche, maybe it was not the freshest batch or my commute was too long but I don't think food spoils that rapidly. I finally tried Ritchie's Hot Chicken in San Fernando and... I get the hype now!…read more This place really knows how to do hot chicken right from the flavor to the spice balance to the portions. I ordered the Ritchie Rich Fries and 3 pieces of their tenders (a la Carte) both at their medium spice level. It was truly the perfect heat. The medium has a nice kick that lets you know you're eating hot chicken, but it's not overwhelming at all. No pain, no regrets, just flavor. If you want spice without it being too hot, medium is absolutely the move. The tenders were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and evenly coated in seasoning. The spice didn't overpower the chicken, which I really appreciated. Every bite was crunchy, flavorful, and satisfying, and you can tell the chicken itself is high quality for sure. Now let's talk about the Ritchie Rich Fries!!!! These deserve their own moment. They were fully loaded and extremely saucy, in the best way possible. The sauce soaked into the fries just enough without making them soggy, and everything worked together perfectly. The combination of chicken, fries, coleslaw, and pickles, was honestly elite. The coleslaw added a cool, creamy balance to the spice, while the pickles brought that tangy bite that cuts through the richness. Every forkful had the perfect mix of heat, crunch, creaminess, and acidity. Portion-wise they definitely don't hold back. The plate was filling and worth every dollar. This is comfort food done right! Definitely indulgent, flavorful, and satisfying from start to finish. Shoutout to Hilda by the way! You can tell she really knows what she's doing back there. Watching her prepare the food, especially the Ritchie Rich Fries, made it clear she doesn't play when it comes to the food here haha. She loaded those fries with care and confidence, and it shows in every bite. That kind of attention makes a difference and definitely elevated the whole experience. Overall, Ritchie's Hot Chicken absolutely delivers. Great spice levels, generous portions, insanely loaded fries, and chicken that's cooked exactly how it should be. If you're a hot chicken fan or just looking for a solid, flavorful meal, this spot is a must-try. I'll definitely be back, and honestly, I'd order the exact same thing again without hesitation! Thanks for having me. :)

But they don't stand up to the hype. It was very crowded on Sunday night both inside and the drive thru mostly high school kids. The service seemed nice and attentive. The place inside was a little dirty but nothing crazy. We ordered through the screen and got our order in about 15-20 min so not too bad. The chicken tenders do taste good with quality. They come out warm, soft but still with the crisp. The Cane sauce is good but the chicken tenders honestly don't need it because the chicken is good itself. I had their coleslaw which also taste fresh. Their fries were not as crispy as I'd like them to be but still had enough of the crisp and weren't all soggy. I had a bite of the chicken sandwich and that tasted pretty good but again I don't know if it was because I really hungry.
