I stopped by this Arby to grab lunch on my way home since I was already in the area. I never been to an Arby before so this was my first experience. I found parking easily since I came before the lunch rush. When I walked inside, the lady working the counter took my order right away. I got the turkey ranch and bacon sandwich. I also asked for small fries to complete my order. She asked what sauces would I like so I asked for ranch and ketchup which they don't charge extra for. My food didn't take long to make and before I left, I rang the bell to acknowledge the great service I received. The turkey sandwich was good and their fries were crispy along with being delicious. Granted it'a Arby's. - Meal was made fresh. I even placed a mobile order about 10 minutes away. By the time I got there, my order was still being made. But that's ok, because I will take freshly prepared fast food over not assembled. What's nice is that as soon as I came-in, the staff greeted me & reassured me that my order was being made as I gave them my mobile order #. FOOD: Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich- 8.8 / 10 A decent amount thinly sliced corned beef, topped with just-the-right-amount of crisp, sour sauerkraut, with a tangy Russian-style dressing in between 2 pieces of nicely toasted rye-bread. A text book definition of a conned beef reuben sandwich. Half-Pound Roast Beef - 8.5 / 10 I grew-up on Arby's roast beef. It's so evident that the "regular size" is basically a snack. So this half-pound actually feels substantial. It's feel just a bit more than what the regular roast beef was in the days of yore. The amount of roast beef that you get here is commendable. I'm glad that it is an offered option. Potato Cakes - 9.0 / 10 I won't lie, I "broke-up" with Arby's when they took this classic side off their menu. In my opinion, this is their best side. No one else offers this. Think a McDonald's hash brown but thick. Like at least 3x the thickness. Crisp on the outside, hot, fluffy, inside. It's like a gigantic tater tot & I am beyond ecstatic that they brought this back. Please Arby's, do NOT ever take your potato cakes off the menu ever again. Jalapeño Bites - 8.9 / 10 A lot of people hold Jack-in-the-Box's Stuffed Jalapeños as the "Gold Standard" of the cheese-filled capsicum. I would offer that Arby's makes competitive stuffed jalapeño. Crispy breaded on the outside, tender pepper stuffed with melty cream cheese. The kicker here is the Bronco Berry sauce. There's nothing like it & no other establishment offers anything close to it. Who knew that sweet (berry) matched perfectly with the spice + dairy? I was pleasantly surprised how busy this place was on a cool, Sunday evening. Props to the friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this location in the nearby future. Also, high, high marks for not having an open drink station & sauce station. If I could give this review a title, it would be "Why We Will Never Eat at This Arby's Ever Again." For decades, my husband and I have been semi-regular Arby's customers. We loved the food, the ambiance and the friendly service. Even when the prices went up and the size of the portions went down in recent years, we still felt it was worth driving 11 miles to reach the Arby's located nearest our home. All that changed today. We arrived at this Arby's at around 9:52 AM. The "Open" sign was lit up in the window. The notices on both the restaurant sign and the door claimed that they opened every day at 9:00 AM. This info is not accurate, because it fails to mention that only the drive-thru is open between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The door to the restaurant itself was still locked. I was okay with waiting 8 more minutes for the door to be unlocked, but my husband needed to use the restroom badly, so I looked through the window into the lobby to see if anyone would help us out. We did not knock on the door, and I was careful not to touch the window, but I did wave at some shapes I could see inside behind the counter. They ignored us for about five minutes. Here's where it gets ugly. At 9:58, a man finally came to the door, opened it and snapped, "We don't open till 10:00," then yanked the door shut again and left before either of us could get a word in edgewise. The man was big, burly, unshaven and had grizzled hair that was tied back in an absurdly tiny pony tail. My husband says he looked like something from a horror movie. We were so angry at this rudeness, we ended up leaving and went to a Jolibee's instead. The people who used to work at this Arby's had recognized us as frequent customers and always used to greet us kindly. If that man's behavior is considered acceptable by Arby's current standards then we're through eating there, for good. read more

I have been trying their sandwiches since the early 90's, and I had given up on them until I started hearing all this chatter on social media about their limited-time offer new Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich. Oddly enough, I had been craving a fish sandwich for a few weeks and fish sandwich cravings always turn into a mini debate between McDonald's, Jack in the Box, or Popeyes because each one hits different. McDonald's Fish filet is a classic and nostalgic, Jack in the Box Fish sandwich is crispy and fast while Popeyes Flounder Fish Sandwich is well seasoned and on a brioche bun! However, all the talk about the new sandwich got my attention. Even though Arby's isn't usually my spot, that "2 for $7" fish deal made it low-risk enough to try, especially when the fish filet is the same and I could skip the tomato and cheese on the Hawaiian deluxe. So it ended up being a win-win, a great deal, plus the cashier was incredibly nice and patient, which I always appreciate. That's what I call good customer service. I also grabbed an order of the peach cobbler rolls since they've been getting a lot of attention on the food blogs. I've been coming to this Arby's since I was a kid and it's always been consistently good. Arby's is so underrated. The dining area is clean and usually pretty busy which is surprising for most fast food places. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very welcoming. Another great Arby's location with good customer service, food is fresh and the staff is quick. Food comes out hot and tasty. I ordered a gyros wrap and a 3 piece order of the delicious potato cakes. I ate one potato cake on the way home and saved the rest to eat with the gyros. The food was still hot when I got back. The wrap had lots of meat and tasty sauce. The potato cakes were cooked perfectly with that nice crispy, crunchy outside and moist potatoes on the inside. While I'm visiting LA, this Arby's will be my Go To for my gyros and potato cakes fix. I had not been to Arby's in years, but I had a little craving for their Market fresh turkey sandwich so I went in. This specific location is ample with parking space and it has a drive-through, but I opted to go inside because I had time to sit and eat. There is plenty of indoor seating and they have a hall with bathrooms. The crew was very busy and working, but they greeted me upon entry and they took my order once I was ready. Their potato cakes are really delicious so that's what I opted for instead of fries with my sandwich and I was unaware that they switched to Coca-Cola products which I usually like Coca-Cola but I'm a stickler for routine so I was kind of hoping to get a Mountain Dew since that's what I always used to get when they had Pepsi besides the point, the Market, fresh turkey sandwich, turkey, ranch, and bacon to be specific was very fresh tasting and delicious and I like bronco berry sauce to dip my potato cakes in and also to put in the sandwich. I just had one of the BEST mac and rib bowls ever, and here's why.... Arby's has always been my favorite fast food chain going way back. I don't come here all the time since they're not exactly around every corner, but when I saw this steak nugget bowl on the menu board, I knew I had to try it. This thing is loaded. You get a bowl of creamy white cheddar mac and cheese that's hot and cheesy in every bite. On top of that, you get these big chunks of smoky beef rib nuggets that are tender and full of flavor. They're not dry at all. Then they add crispy fried onion rings for that extra crunch. I asked for a side of barbecue sauce and that pulled everything together. Sweet, smoky, and just messy enough in the best way! Wow! This was one of those fast food moments that actually felt like more than fast food. If you live close enough to have an Arby's near you and they've got this on the menu, don't wait. Go try it! read more

Can't believe this is my first time trying? Welp, it was LOL. I'm not a fan of sandwiches and sliced meat but I tried a bit from my bf's order and didn't care for it. I ended up ordering curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and nuggets and loved all of it! They were actually really good and you rarely have fast food places out here that have mozzarella sticks on their menu. I really wish more spots had them but this place makes it good! The batter they use is better than your standard mozzarella stick. We went through the drive thru to order and the guy who took our order was very nice. He was super sweet, an older man who I didn't catch the name of, who made sure to take care of our needs. He even gave us extra sauce when we were leaving. He might've been new because one of the other works had to show him how to run the credit card machine because our card wasn't working when the chip was entered. I had the Turkey and Swiss market fresh sandwich which is not on the menu board anymore. It's one of the best sandwiches out there. Order it you will love it. Manager and staff were efficient and friendly. Put it back on the menu board. It's not discontinued thank goodness. $8.29 which was good compared to everywhere you go everything is $14.00 without a drink. And it's filling. They don't cheat you like Subway does. I dropped subway. Everything is sliced so thin and it's all bread. Too bad subway is not a drive through so when they go out of business Arby's can move in. read more

Rarely on Yelp do fast food places get above a 2.5-3 star average, but this Arby's deserves their 4.5 star average. As other reviewers indicated, the service here was excellent on our visit. We were not sure, but we think the manager helped us, but we observed the other employees were also helpful, hardworking, and friendly. We got the classic roast beef and chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches with crinkle fries as well as a Jamoca shake and jalapeño poppers. We had tried everything except the shake and poppers before and so we know compared to other Arby's they were made correctly here. The jamoca shake was like the jamoca almond fudge flavor and 31 flavors/Baskin Robbins and while we don't get shakes often we would get this one again wherever we splurged for that. The poppers had good flavor and were not too hot for us but we didn't like the amount of cream cheese in them--too much. Those who like their poppers poppn' won't find them hot enough. The restaurant was medium crowded at lunch time on a weekday and the ambiance was a little noisy. They had ample parking and we took our food to go to eat in the car. Tips: (1) get Arby's sauce and horsey sauce for your sandwich. You only need about 1 each per sandwich. The sandwiches typically won't hold more sauce than that. (2) ask for ranch dressing for fries and/or poppers. 2 ranches is good for a large fry. We definitely would come back to this location again when in the area and recommend trying them. read more

My son went to go get a coupon so we could use it at the drive thru and as soon as we get to the drive through the lady with terrible light pink crusted lips and her falsies barely hanging on was telling us that she was not able to take coupons today because she had seen my kid grab the coupons which is really comfortable that she was observing my child the whole entire time and didn't make since why she couldn't accept the coupon mind you they expire this month of the 31st. It was my first rewards member order so I received 25% off which made the meal reasonably priced. The update for this location hadn't been done in a very long time. The vinyl booths were suffering cracks but no holes. I ordered a beef and cheddar with crinkle fries and a jamocha shake. The fries were warm but had lost most of their moisture making them taste a bit flavorless and stale. The sandwich was fine but the cheddar was very oily, the sandwich got too greasy and wet to finish. The flavor was nice but the consistency suffered at the end since the bun was overwhelmed by the oil. The shake was great! I want to start by saying Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places, I wish there was one closer to me so I could go there more often. This location specifically is the best location. They always have the best quality, freshest taste, best customer service, and they're the cleanest. Today, I grabbed lunch from the drive-thru, Daniel took my order, and he did a great job providing great customer service while making me laugh. He also made multiple upsell attempts to increase the order total, got to give him props for that. His tactics were good for the business, and his approach was good for the customer experience because he was funny. It made me want to spend more and come back. There was no opportunity to leave gratuity, so the least I can do is write a review to give Daniel and this location the recognition they deserve. Keep up the great work guys. I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the Staff was so friendly and upbeat the entire time. They treated each guest personally and genuinely with a smile. They delivered all the eat-in orders to the tables themselves. It was a very clean facility. One of the first things I learned in my business is that your employees can make you grow or they can put you out of business. Well, THIS is the best Arby's we have ever been to! Every time we come here I comment with my wife how nice and efficient everyone is. The first person I ran into today was Johnny and then Haley, Joel, Carlos, Mark & Elizabeth (thank goodness for name tags). So we went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for $7 roast w/cheese, 2 roast beef sliders & 1 small fry & 1 large fry. Got home in North Hollywood (about 7 miles from this location) & half the order was missing. The fries were burned & were definitely not fresh, they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.
