I stopped in tonight after a long day and was so hungry I think I would have eaten cardboard by the time I spotted this location and went in. Luckily I didn't have to, as the crew inside was just wonderful. I had a coupon and there was some confusion about the terms - my fault, long day, and I missed one of the exclusions on it - but Nelson and his team were very, very patient trying to decipher what the computer was telling them vs. what I had originally expected. Five star customer service. I have to also say what really struck me was just how friendly they were. They didn't seem like they were just trying to solve the problem because they had to, but it really seemed like they genuinely cared. It was a huge step above the service one often sees in a fast-food and high volume environment. A big THANKS to all three of them behind the counter. I'll be back. read more

I ordered the rotisserie chicken wrap and it was fresh and delicious. I ordered the flat bread pizza for my kiddo and a hearty tuna melt for the hubby...all fresh. Definitely will eat from this Subway again. Oh they forgot one of my flat bread pizzas for my toddler and the manager apologized several times and offered to make a new one with a complimentary soda and chips for the mix up. All the employees here rock and the manager is super cool too. Nelson is pretty quick with his sandwiches and doesn't make errors, I have never gone into a subway and leave with a foot-long in less than 5 minutes (there was nobody else in line though). What I like about this subway is that it's open 24/7 and the manager does some cool promotions that NO other subway does. For example, he did a temporary promotion where you could get a dozen cookies for just 5 dollars after 5 PM. There was another time when you could get these poker chips if you got avocado, double meat, or bacon on your sandwich. You could then trade in the chip for a free cookie (or 3 for a dozen). There is another subway closer to me but I always goes to this one for the above reasons. read more

I came here yesterday and after getting my sandwich made i was embarrassed by the fact I could not pay for it. NELSON the Manager of this location told me not to worry about it and he paid for my meal. I live 30 miles away and I promised him I would come back the next day to pay him back, which I did. ATTENTION PROS AND CONS!!!!! This Subway is amazing! The people who work here are so sweet. But sometimes when there are lots of people they rush and make it a little sloppy and put too much or too little of something. It is pretty cheap though. The Subway is so fresh and it tastes so good. IMPORTANT ADVICE: If you go to subway with one person so if only 2 people go to subway. DON"T order 2 six inch sandwiches. DO order a foot long and put different things on one half because they cut the footlong anyway. You can do this but you have to eat the same meat. So you can't get ham on one side and chicken on the other. You both have to get the same meat but for the vegetables you can go separate. read more

Okay this was a better trip then last time. When I walked in they greeted me very nicely I really appreciated that. There were three guys working in there and I noticed that it was pretty empty at the time so ai assumed there would be no problems. I did like the way the guy did my sandwich it was very well done and he put everything I wanted him to put on there. My only reason for not giving them a full 5 stars is because..... they didn't wrap my sandwich right. Everyone knows that white paper that goes over the sandwich before they actually put the subway wrapper. ... well it wasn't there when I opened it and It made my sandwich very messy and unorganized..... so I really didn't appreciate that... but other than that .... the service was great and the workers were nice read more

There is a little Hispanic worker here who thinks he's a fucking comedian, and he is not funny. He cracked a few jokes about being closed or some bs like that, I did not laugh, but he couldn't get the hint. Ok I wouldn't normally write a review on a mass chain food joint such as subway, but I had to point out the quality of the product and the service we received here. Last saturday we had a party at our place and were expecting some 85-90 people. To keep it simple we pre-ordered (2) 6ft. subs from this particular subway. Walter, the owner was really quite nice to work with. He took mulitple cupons from us bringing down the total of the order to $100.00. Not a bad price at all to feed so many people. We were scheduled to pick up the sandwiches at 1:30..we arrived 15 mins early figuring they would be ready...NOPE! They were in the process of finishing them up for us ensuring the maximum freshness of thier product. The staff was friendly and carried the sandwiches to my car for me...a very nice experience I must say. Sometimes I think subway gets a bum wrap for thier pre-measured out portions of meat, but for the price you pay and the quality you get, I'll take Subway over Jersey Mike's anyday of the week! Come in at night usually around 2am or the latest 3am , and i must say after haveing a long shift at work myself working at the devonshire police station , the employees here are always in a great mood makes me feel good as well , marlyn is awesome.! She has good energy and makes me feel right at home always asking about my day and how my night at work is while making a good sandwich fast and the best part is her smile ! First I say what I want, then I have to repeat it a few times until he knows what bread to get me. Then he forgets to add cheese until I remind him. I say "everything but onion" which doesn't seem that hard to me. But when he only adds 14 pieces of lettuce (yes I counted) and I ask for more he gives me attitude, and starts asking do you want this and that? I repeat "everything but onion". At the end I say salt and pepper and mustard and mayonnaise, all I get is no salt and pepper and he puts ranch instead of mayonnaise. Then he has the balls not to remake my sandwich. Which in hindsight probably was good, so I didn't have to go though all that again just for a sandwich. Time to find another subway. read more

I have been coming to this subway since I was a little boy I have a lot of memories at this Subway sandwich being that it's only a Subway sandwich but now that they're open 24 hours seven days a week again and with the very wide variety of new ingredients being toppings, fresh breads, sauces, meats etc. that they carry and a nice and professional clean creative crew I thought that I would write this complement for their super work! The other day I walked in and ordered my own custom sub like I always do but I left it up to one of the employees there to make me a specialty sub of his choice for me as a surprise and boy I've got to tell you this was one of the most delicious subs and I think he was right I will be going back for that customize sub from now on but the only problem is I've got to find out what exactly the ingredients were... I highly recommend this Subway sandwich branch on the corner of Zelzah and Devinshire it is now as I said open 24 hours seven days a week again so you can't go wrong no matter what time or day it is. Good management and dedication by a team of hard-working subway employees deserves in my view recognition for whatever that's worth so they definitely get five stars plus a great review in recognition! went in here late night around 1 or 2 am (Wednesday) do not recall the exact time but anywho was exhausted by studying i would usually go in here late night and be greeted in a very friendly way by the girl that used to work there mary or marlene i believe but now customer service isnt the same. i feel like im bothering the ladies that work there now no friendly faces i didnt feel welcomed i really felt like i was botheing them being there dont get me wrong the food is great! but i believe that customer service is always important . the guys that work here are awsome but the ladies just with there faces makes you feel uncomftorable. read more
