I've tried cooking more without a pan and with a pan (after it has been cut) and either way, cheese ends up burning and getting stuck to the floor of the oven or on my pizza pan. And the last time I placed an order, I attempted to pay with a Visa Gift Card (I didnt have enough cash on me and I have used these same cards in the past, without a problem. Well, somehow there was an issue with this card and they didnt phone me, but the delivery guy showed up anyhow. I told him I dont have the cash and we ended up calling the manager, who accused me of stealing the pie from them, because I didnt have enough cash, I wouldn't pay with my credit card and the visa gift card (supposedly) wasn't working. They left the pizza with me when the delivery driver left. I assured the manager that I would go to the bank the next day and I would be "in" to pay for the pie the next afternoon. That's exactly what happened and I havent ordered another since. I got no apology, despite my gifting Visa Gift Cards to several workers there, who helped me get unstuck from their back parking lot in the dead of winter and that was only maybe 6 weeks before being called a "thief" by this manager.
