Love this location. We go here weekly! Subway is reminiscent of my adolescence, and in many ways comforting. Is it the best sandwich, no, but I love that everyone in the family can have a filling sandwich made the way they want. The location is clean and I enjoy most of the staff. One time I left my purse there, and one of the employees put it behind the counter for me. I was shocked because it was returned with every cent (I was in my way for vacation- so there was over $1,000 in cash). Moreover, the manager is so friendly, she remembers all of our favorite sandwiches, and really helped my shy girl come out of her shell. There's 1 new sandwich maker who is not pleasant, which is why I can't give them 5 stars. However, her demeanor isn't enough to stop us from going back week after week. read more

I ordered a sandwich on door dash that I've ordered before. This time it was ruined when somehow Subkrunch was added which wasn't added to my order. I have no idea what it's made of and I had to pick it off my sandwich. Felt like dehydrated cornflakes and it ruined the sandwich . How it got added to my order I don't know. Stay Away - Terrible Restaurant Stay way from this location unless you want between half and 2/3rds of you sandwiches prepared wrong. You are likely to not even get the sandwich you ordered. All the problems were discovered when I got home with our order however it was too late to return as we were the last order of the day before closing. One sandwich was missing ingredients we had paid for one sandwich was correct and the third sandwich was not even the sandwich ordered. When I contacted the manager her only reply was "oh sorry babe your order got mixed up with someone else's". However when I arrived there was no one in the store, the store closed 10 minutes after I left and I did not see anyone arriving after me so very unlikely they even had another order. Clearly this manager cares nothing about the customers or customer service. Boycott and avoid this location at all cost managers need to learn customer service at war importantly getting an order right matters. read more

Last night I wasn't in the mood to cook dinner nor was I interested in ordering some fast food. I was left with this option of which my family and I weren't complaining about. Walking inside, I noticed that the chips and soda were fully stocked. The soda machine and the tables were clean. I looked at the assortment of meat, cheeses, and toppings and not everything was filled, but things looked fresh. The woman who helped me wasn't on point in her service. She didn't say hello or greet me with a smile. She just briskly asked what I wanted. I was a bit put off, but I wasn't going to let that deter me from grabbing a sandwich. So my first order was a 6 inch 9-grain wheat tuna sandwich. Just tuna and bread. I got another sandwich. This one was a tuna sandwich with Italian bread. They gave two scoops of tuna on each sandwich, and toasted the sandwiches for me. Next up, I requested a six inch flatbread sandwich. She offered to warm up the flatbread first before filling it with whatever I wanted. I desired no meat or choose so I went straight for the chipotle sauce and Sriracha sauce. Next I asked for her to put on cucumbers, lettuce, peppers, pickles, and spinach. Now this is where I was extremely disappointed. She put on about five pickles and five cucumbers. She barely put on any peppers and spinach. The only big portion I got was of the lettuce. If these are the regular portions, I am stunned. I had to ask for two more scoops to get more of the toppings and even those two more scoops for so small. Three tiny servings equated to one small serving. It's ridiculous. I was charged for a foot long and a six inch sandwich. It cost about twelve bucks. That's not bad at all. I don't know if I'll ever go back to this particular Subway. I don't like the amount they give out. I guess a plus was that the food tasted alright. read more

I've never had any issues at any subway before until i came into this place the lady making the sandwiches was at the cash register charging a customer when I walked in which that customer paid in cash and when finished she didnt wash her hands to make my sandwich. Kindly I asked if she could please wash her hands, but she simply told me if i wanted a sandwich or not very rudely also she implied shes the owner and can do what she wants. I have to be craving Subway INTENSELY to come to this location, heh. I've stopped in here and there for almost 20 years, since I was a kid. If I remember correctly, they have never accepted coupons or gift cards. I know they participated in the "Sub Club", but they were always out of stamps when I was there. Convenient. I get the feeling that their management doesn't like to participate in promotions, and they are forced to advertise "$5 footlongs". I truly believe that to get around this, they just tell people they're out of the ingredients for all of them. Twice now, months apart, I've gone down the list of ones on the $5 list and both times they were out of everything needed to make them. Again, how convenient. The first time I just left, and the second time, after waiting five minutes for the guy to get off the phone, he offered me something with turkey. I said sure, and he made me something that consisted of about three slices of turkey and cheese, and my toppings. My husband got his usual, which is a sort of custom sandwich that usually costs him about $8. While we ate, another customer came in and ordered something, was told they were out, and he said, "you do this every day! This is ridiculous!" and stormed out. So I guess I'm not the only one who has experienced this on multiple occasions. The whole time I was there, there was a girl running around cleaning, wearing jeans so low I saw the top three inches of her buttcrack at least ten times. People are only EATING here, hon. Jeeze. [Yeah, husband and I were counting. The unprofessionalism was hilarious to us.] Later that day, I realized I had been charged $19 for the two sandwiches. $11 for my husbands, and $8 for mine. Mine had almost NOTHING on it. I never noticed the guy never gave me my total, because he was making small talk with us about the register not working right or him not knowing how to use it or something. Partly my fault for not at least asking, so oh well. But it was still a very unnecessary markup. I figured if he was going to offer a substitute for a $5 sandwich, he'd offer me another one at $5 or at least tell me what it will cost. I'll never assume that again. Having employees overcharge like this and not participating in any deals, plus the fact that it's always hot and dim inside make this place's owners seem VERY cheap. I know they probably don't get a massive amount of business but there are other ways to compensate. Better service. Better atmosphere. Better dresscode [heh]. ANYTHING. Tell me why at peak lunch time hours there is only one worker here? Do they not like business? This actually happens pretty frequently here.
