This is probably the best Subway restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. The first visit, I placed my order through the app and picked it up. I picked It up about 20 minutes after the pick up time and to my pleasant surprise, the employee had put my sandwiches in some sort of microwave machine to keep them warm. I had ordered a meatball marinara sub so this was very much appreciated. On the second visit, I went inside the restaurant at around 11am. We were greeted promptly and with a smile. Our subs were made to order and the employee even went above and beyond to ask if I wanted my tuna sandwich toasted with or without the meat. I was so grateful he asked as I always forget to order my tuna sandwiches this way. On both visits, our subs were made perfectly. This Subway is the worst. They screwed up our order. My meatball sandwich had basically no. Marinara sauce no provolone cheese. The steak and cheese sandwich had no provolone cheese. The oven roasted chicken sandwich. Was supposed to have the cheese on the side in a container. But they decided to put the cheese on the sandwich instead and they melted the cheese. The Italian BMT had no cheese it was missing provolone cheese. When I picked up the order the person didn't inform me of anything other than give me the bag of food. When I got home with the Subway food. Me and my family got to see our dinner from Subway. We got to see the The mess that subway provided us for dinner.These sandwiches from Subway were disgusting and we were not happy with the outcome. I called this particular subway. The Person that originally gave me the order was the one on the phone who answered. I felt like I was speaking to a child. Who was Uninformed and not properly trained. She expressed to me over the phone.That they ran out of provolone cheese. And that the morning employee didn't mix the marinara sauce. And that the can was basically empty. Love this subway! Last week after the gym, we went to eat healthy, cuz that's what you do after a workout! Well all ordered (3) of the flat bread sandwiches, we almost and tried to finish them but the bread was hard! So mentioned it to the staff, and with no fuss they said we can make all new ones! I gave this 1 stars only because I couldn't give a 0 . I stopped in there with my grandson who only wanted a cheese food long. He only had cheese on the roll, nothing else -no meat or vegetables. Not even mayonnaise or butter on the roll. When I went to pay the young girl charged me a $1.00 more because he had extra cheese put on. I said that's all he had and you're charging me an extra dollar. How stupid is that. I know I will be taking my business else where. Avoid this place as much as possible. Any given day you'll get an attitude from the employees. They should be grateful they have a job that doesn't require any skills and get paid that much an hour for making simple sandwiches. The girl was not responsive to customers entering until after I was waiting for five minute to order my sandwich. Next thing you know it the guy helps me but is reluctant and got attitude with me. For one they didn't greet me but greeted others after me, midway through my sandwich I told him I want lite mustard and only one line. He tried his hardest to make it easy mustard but it was piled on as usual and he said it hard to squeeze the mustard like that. Hard???? Omg try my job dude my job is ten time no wait 100 time harder than making a sub sandwich. What a loosey way to present yourself as an employee of a well established restaurant. Avoid this place. This what I sent to Subway's corporate office regarding my experience. Horrible This has got to be the worst Subway experience I have ever had at any Subway store. I do not ever write to corporate about any issues if they may provide bad service but this time I needed to communicate my experience. I went into the subway store to utilize my $20 gift card. I had purchased several as gifts and kept 2 for myself. I had tried to use a $20 card I have at the above mentioned location 2 weeks ago. At that time my giftcard did not swipe. Not being an issue at the time I had paid cash for my sandwiches and left. On Tuesday 01/24/2012, I called the number on the back of my card (877-697-8222) to find out what I can do to redeem my card. A rep named Paul helped out and he stated to me that I may go back into the store, they can call the toll free number and they could walk the employees how to merge a balance onto another card. I was good with that. Tonight (1/30/2012) 2 ladies were working behind the counter at the Subway location on Foothill Blvd. I spoke to one right away before they started my order and told her that I was having issues with the swiping of my card. They both attempted to swipe it to check it's balance and it would not read. I told them both of my conversation with the customer service regarding my card. They both did not know what to do and did not want to call the toll free number to find out my balance. When i asked why not they repeatedly stated that they couldn't do that. I told them what was told to me about transferring a balance to another card and they still did not want to help. At this point I asked for there names since they did not wear name badges and both refused to give their names. I was thrown back that they refused and asked for the general managers name or franchise owners name and contact number. They did not want to give me any information whatsoever. At that point one said she would give me her name and write it down but the other told her not to do it because they didn't have to. So they helped 3 other people and ignored me, before they talked to me again. They did make a call to, whom I assume is, a manager and that person also said to them that they could not do that and for me to go somewhere else and try my card. Given my whole experience was about 25 minutes in this store I do admit I did get upset and argumentative towards the employees I don't feel they had the customer service ability to handle the situation and I don't think there was supervisor of any kind on the premises to assist. They even got a security guard from the market next store. Ridiculous. I live one block away from this location and visit here at least 3-4 times a month with a family of 5. It's not cheap when I visit. So for me to be given the absolute worst customer service over a $20 gift card when I spend an easy $40 on one visit with my family is beyond me. Being a franchise store maybe the owner(s) don't care, but this is a representation of the Subway name and a disgrace in the customer service received. I was not asking for anything free but to use my gift card which I HAD purchased only a month before. There is a serious break down in communication between what the Subway customer service reps say compared to what employees are capable of doing in store to help your customers. I expect a resolution to my situation since I have a perfectly VALID $20 I would like to use. There is no deceit or fraud happening here. I have complete information on when and where I was making these gift card purchases. I will be looking out for someone to contact me. Thank You read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Ordered online and when we went to pick up guess what! They had "closed early". All the lights off. My husband walked up to the door to be greeted by a rude young lady who just said "sorry were not accepting any orders, did you order online?" My husband said "yes? We did." To which she responded "oh well it didn't get made. You can get a refund or come back tomorrow." With no other help. Just a bunch of kids hanging around inside a dark building. I called to get our refund, the phone rang and a young lady answered with only a "hello!?" How unprofessional! Then hung up! I called back and the phone was answered with a bunch of talking in the background, when she answered she knew my name and said "oh yeah you placed an online order right? Sorry we're closed early due to an... issue" 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready and my husband had already been there! I understand if there was possibly an electrical problem, but have more customer service than that! If the power was out how did she know my name and order? I asked for my refund and someone else said they had to give my information to the manager. I left my number in hopes he or she will call so they can know the absolutely TERRIBLE employees they have working for them. When I asked for her name all she said was "okay bye!" And that was it. If I could give one star I would. As soon as I walked into this establishment, the eagerly was very off. Always follow your first mind because it's always right. I hones should've just walked out because the energy was that strong. Anywho, I proceed to order my food. I studied the menu for a little which idk why i even did that because I always get tuna lo. I begin to order my sandwich and I acknowledge that they took ebt benefits because there's a sign that states it on the building. I asked if they honored ebt, Jaylah gave me the ugliest glare and did not even answer my question lol. I then shook off her energy and proceeded to order my sandwich. My sandwich was made with way too much mustard and chipotle southwest sauce, I had to ask 3 times for a decent amount of spinach, I mean at this rate I definitely should've walked out. I then pay for my sandwich (stupid) without my ebt benefits and took two bites of sandwich and ended up going to in-n-out. So much for eating fresh -_-. I just feel that there are people out here jobless and Jaylah definitely beeds to fix her attitude and appreciate her job as she doesn't seem she does. Honestly, I will probably never go to this subway again unless I'm starving and nothing else is open. I walked in today at 8:36 (they close at 9) and everything was being put away. I didn't get to add a lot of ingredients in my sandwich that I wanted and it tasted disgusting! I don't even want to eat my other half that's supposed to be for my lunch tomorrow. The guy working blamed his new boss and said he hasn't ordered anything so they are out of a lot. Also, the spinach looked gross. I should've just got a can of tuna from the store.
