Thinking that I may have lucked out and selected my proper address, I realized upon reviewing the order details (which I could not see the address until I already hit 'check out') that it was going to the wrong damn address! Immediately I called this store location, but nobody answered the phone. I called repeatedly five more times with NOBODY answering. Ultimately I had to call Door Dash-the third party company-to cancel and refund the order. Door Dash was able to go in and contact the driver to update them on the address, so I still got my food. Long after having successfully received my food, thank god, I tried calling the store again just to see; and once again, no actual response. I'm already not a huge Panda Express fan, not enough to physically visit this store. I know I'm not the only person like this, so I'm going to tell you right now-speaking to those that are like me....if you're wanting to call a restaurant and order food, this is NOT the place to do it. They clearly are not answering their phone! Seeing the various negative reviews over the last four to five years, I'm guessing this place has been downhill for a long time....I don't know why they don't just shut this location down.
