Great location inside the Galleria! This location really takes care of our breakfast and lunch needs since most people that go here work in the neighboring work towers. They have some great staff that works very quickly and efficiently on all orders, from carry out to 3rd party delivery apps. I like how they split the area into two areas, the left side being pickup for orders placed at the counter, and the right side being all mobile orders and everything else. It is great to have it that way then to combine it all into one like previously setup. The classic foods like the sandwich, nuggets, hashbrowns, biscuits and strips are all delicious everytime I go, I have no complaints about them! While they may be another fast-food chain within the area, everyone seems to be going here, beating out the fast-food options around. Of the many chain-y eateries throughout the Galleria food court, it seems Chick-Fil-A is always the one with a line. How could it be with the infinite locations throughout the HTown area that a line should even be forming here? It's pretty simple: The food is good. And that's saying something for fast food and even more so, a food court. Even if the fries are hard to win me over, the chicken is always a hit. From classic strips to nuggets, or their pseudo-healthy (oxymoron?) line of grilled chicken, I can attest even the Galleria location has it right. Even the breakfast hour, which is typically my favorite time to come, has a lot to offer. Those minis and even the sausage biscuit, are very hard to resist. But fast food aside, the customer service really shines. The expectations are never high when it comes to a fast food joint, but they do a good job of staying polite and efficient. The latter is especially important when a massive line forms (breakfast + lunch is the worst!). Omg! I went here this morning for breakfast and the food was so good. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit. The chicken filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned and that biscuit was so flaky They were friendly as always and the food came quick. I was strolling down the food court inside the galleria feeling a little indecisive about where to eat., when I passed by Chik FIl A. Valerie stood with a tray full of chick fil a nuggets. With a genuine smile, she offered me a nugget. The nuggest she handed me was a two bite nugget . I dipped it in the new Chick Fil A sauce that bares the same name. Wow! I enjoyed the flavor combination. I continued walking along the food court. Ruling out other restaurants for one reason or another, I returned to Chik Fil A for more of those nuggests. The sauce is good it reminds me of a honey mustard. As I read the ingredient list they added BBQ sauce to it too. Though you couldn't tell from looking at the yellow/orange color of the sauce. Service is fast. Cashiers are efficient, occassionally friendly. Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that serves waffle fries. On this occasion, they were a little under seasoned but I didn't mind. The flavor of the chicken makes it the best; it's both sweet and savory. I wonder how many spices/ingredients go into chick fil a breading. Natural chicken has been a trendy band wagon many companies have jumped on in recent years. Had lunch here today. Wasn't feeling like chicken but a friend said there was a fish sandwich offered for lent season. The sandwich had to portions of cod fish with pickles. The signature soft chickfil bun did it for mw. The fish was ok, it was served with tartar sauce which was a plus. The front of the house workers are all terrific, and I love Chickfila in general. BUT, the food prep/cooks just seem to be declining rapidly at this location. I've gotten multiple incorrect orders, as has my coworker, and today was the icing on the cake. I found a bug in my salad. Luckily I'm a picky lettuce eater, so I pick through salads for pieces that I don't want to eat before I dress it and cut it up. Had it not been for that, I might've eaten it. My stomach is still churning at that fact. And it definitely makes you wonder how many other customers might miss and inadvertently eat one. Or if they're also in the fryers. Bleh! Chick-fil-a is quite possibly my favorite fast food chain outside of In-n-Out. The food is good, the service is fast, and the majority of it is healthy. Well, the fried stuff still isn't, but all the grilled stuff is. I almost always go for their grilled chicken salads. I don't know what it is they do to their chickens to get them to taste like that, and I gotta figure it's all chemicals, but I just can't get enough of their grilled chicken. The one downside to this place is the fact that they have about 10 registers and room for about 6. This leads to a lot of confusion as to who's in line and who's just waiting for food. read more

First time at Chick-Fil-A! I always try to choose a restaurant's specialty so I went with the Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries and Lemonade. I was surprised it only totaled $7! They also have a good assortment of dipping sauces and I wanted to try the Chick-Fil-A sauce. The actual chicken sandwich was really tasty! The chicken was crispy, well seasoned and was quality white meat. The chicken wasn't dry but the sandwich as a whole could have benefitted from a sauce. I'm a waffle fry lover and these were really disappointing. They weren't seasoned or crispy at all. Plus, the Chick-Fil-A sauce was unbearably sweet. Overall, I loved the quality of the food compared to other fast food restaurants. However, I wish the other items on the menu were on par with the chicken sandwich. I've had good service and mediocre service at this location. Sometimes I go inside and get my order within minutes are ordering. Other times, the drive through is very slow when it's not even busy. The last time I went through the drive through I had asked for Chick-Fil-A sauce and when I opened my bag there as no sauce and my fries were not salted at all. I love the food but every time I go get breakfast I have to drive back because they forget to give me something. Today they forgot to give me harsh browns to all my meals. Like man it wasn't even packed when I got there and I called and they basically could not do anything because they stop serving breakfast.
