I noticed the change of ownership sign recently and decided to give this location another try, as I had not had great experiences over the past few years. There's been a positive change- up!! This location doesn't seem to be short- staffed as it always did over the last couple of years, and the staff member who assisted me was pleasant and upbeat, with smile on his face. I have gone to this Subway for 10 years and I always get a tuna sandwich. It tasted good I noticed the bread was a little undercooked but no big deal. I asked for a little Mayo and the usual tomato, cucumber, pickles and onions. I was very very sick later that evening. Won't go back. read more

Every time I go to this location it's always an older Hispanic male. He never wears his name tag, every time I come here and have an interaction with him, he doesn't really have any customer service skills it seems like. Last time I walked it, and I seen him in the back with no mask on. He comes walking out and putting on his mask but didn't even say hi back or even acknowledge that I was there. Told him I was picking up my order, he grabs it from the back table and puts it on the front counter by the register and that was it. No nothing. No communication of any sort from him. With these about the customer service skills from the employees I'm starting to think maybe they hate their jobs but my goodness people do y'all really have to be so damn rude to customers? Another interaction I had with the same older Hispanic guy was then I tried the curbside pick it for the first Time. I made my order and I got an email saying it'll be ready at this time and that it's for curbside pickup. I get their, back into the spot for the curbside and Being that it's my first time and not sure how it works for pickup, I go to the app and I'm thinking maybe theirs an option like target where it' says "I'm here" or other apps where you put in a stall number etc. as I'm doing this and not seeing anything, the older Hispanic male comes out with my food and first thing out his mout "honking isn't gonna get you anywhere" I was like what? I wasn't honking. But the way he said it was as if I pissed in his coffee. Then he starts going on about you have to call the number and let us know you're here because how else are we suppose to know if you're the customer or not. I was starting to feel like I was his child and getting scolded for whatever reason. I'm telling him it's my first time and wasn't sure but he's just like "ok but you have to call next time" . When I find out his name I'm gonna edit my review and add it in because people need to look out for this rude no customer service having ass I hate my job so I'm just gonna come to work and just not give 2 flying rats ass individual. read more

Be prepared to feel guilty for even ordering food. I've been here several times and everyone is nice with the exception of an older Hispanic woman (didn't catch her name). She is so rude! It's almost as if I'm offending her by coming into the store. Not a 'hi'...nothing. It's more like a 'I can't believe you are disturbing me' stare down. No coffee for breakfast and she won't offer to make any. Yikes! Everyone else is very sweet there and they at least try to make some sort on conversation. read more

The woman taking orders was so rude. She didn't listen to me a million different times. I ended up so frustrated I walked out. I ordered a meatball marinara and she asked me questions I've never been asked before and I finally changed it to a turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese and then she started to argue with me about my bread and i just gave up. I've never been so confused ordering. I go to subway all the time and I'm baffled by what just happened. Ugh. Thanks for ruining my lunch. I used to love coming to this Subway mainly because the customer service has always been amazing, but the staff has recently changed. Today, I walked into this location and I was the only customer. A woman walks out from the back and greets me with an unfriendly hello. She's looking down and putting her gloves on and to be polite I'm waiting to order until she's ready. She stopped putting on her gloves and asked me if I was going to order or not in a rude tone. I told her I was just letting her get ready and she rolled her eyes at me. I told her I would not be ordering after all and left. I will not be returning to this location and I rate it two stars only because of past experiences. The Subway on NW Military has better customer service and is only five minutes away. read more

Well I'm sure the service is always good for 5'6 busty blond women as I witnessed the person arriving five to ten min behind my son and I and was ushered in like a breath of fresh air . We were skipped over and needless to say coming in after us did not slow her down. Had her order in record time and checked out ahead of us. Shame on you Subway for failing to take customers as the arrive and order. This is unacceptable and will let everyone know not to visit your location. Not even an apology. How this franchisee is allowing this in there franchise is troubling. Will not return. There is another subway about ten min further but will be worth the added time. read more

SO much for the Subway corporate coupons. Pulled it up on my phone and just tried to use it and the two ladies behind the counter couldn't figure out how to use the coupon so they wouldn't give it to me. Told them in was a coupon from Subway and the lady behind the counter said "Stupid email coupons...." That's nice. I asked, can't you give it to me and figure it out later, it's your coupon. She said "No, i'm NOT going to give it to you!!" So, thanks for the coupon. Maybe the people behind the counter should be trained how to use them first!! Very rude service. The lady making the sandwiches is impatient, rude, and reminded me of the soup nazi from Seinfeld. It really was laughable how obnoxious and rude she was. The person who put the veggies and checked us out apologized on her behalf. The staff there could really use some training on customer service. read more

I love Subway and this one is right by my house...my only complaint is that this location needs some better management. Every time I come there's just what seems like young, unprofessional, and unsupervised people working. But the worst part is they always start closing down early...they're open til 10 but if you walk in any time past nine they're already putting everything away and show you attitude the whole time they're making your sandwich even though you showed up 45 minutes before closing, making it very uncomfortable.
