This subway has some of the best workers I've ever seen, the food is magnificent.. the service is fast and very acceptable for your needs and wants. The only thing you can do to help them is to be " patient." I've read so many bad reviews when it's not even that bad, y'all who talk trash about this store need to grow up and be more respectful to the workers and managers, they are doing their jobs and they don't need to be yelled at because you can't decide what to put on your sandwich... overall wonderful food, very nice service and fresh food, I highly recommend the ghost pepper bread, I get that every time i want a good amount of spice to make my day and for real it's to die for... read more

This is twice now that I've ordered ahead and they messed up the food. The first time they forgot the steak in the protein bowl. Tonight they lost our ticket on the floor and didn't make the food before we got there. They failed to read the directions (didn't heat the meat) nor did they put the dressing on after they realized they lost our order. Come on Subway get it together please. read more

worst subway. as an ex employee who worked here there were always mice running around the restaurant. The employees weren't only sandwich artists, but exterminators as well. The store would constantly flood with feces water from the toilets. The feces water would go into the fridge and freezer food storage. The owners and district manager, Kristen, forced the employees to keep selling the feces food. The first time I seen this happen I shut the store down, refused to clean up the feces, which resulted in a write up. this wasn't a one time thing these floods would happen weekly and I guarantee if you ate here, your food was sitting in feces. read more

On 5/6 I placed an online pickup order. It was for 2 subs and a pretzel. I was at work and my husband picked it up. I got home later that evening and asked my husband where the pretzel was. He didn't know there was one and it wasn't in the bag. He called the subway at 8:28 and told them about the pretzel. He said he could come in and grab it and they agreed. They are open until 9. My husband then left the house and drove all the way to subway and when he got there at 8:45pm they told them they shut the ovens off. They knew he was coming? They gave him a refund. My husband text me the situation and I called the store because I was honestly in shock they could be so rude to waste time like that. They could have just said they're going to close early and we would have went the next day. I asked the worker why he did that and he replied, "We waited an hour." I was at this point, super upset. Not only did you waste our time, gas, etc but now you're going to bold face lie to me. I was standing right next to my husband when he made the call. He then said, "With all do respect, we gave him a refund." I told him I was upset that he wasted our time and now lied to me. I then asked when the next manager was in and who I could call. He said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. I hope you have a delightful reset of your evening." And proceeded to hang up on me. I get it. I was a shift lead for subway for two years, customers can be difficult. I deal with even more difficult people daily. They could have premade the pretzel and THEN shut the ovens off? He confirmed he was coming but lying to me on top of it all was so blatantly disrespectful. I recently visited this Subway. The first thing I noticed was that all of the customers were waring masks for covid protection and none of the workers serving food had on masks.I have never written a review because, I own a small business and I can imagine how a bad review could have a severe impact on, not just the business but on the employees as well. Because of Covid 19 I think that we must make sacrifices to protect each other. I chose to write Subway rather than write a review. Here is just part of Subway's belligerent response.... I can understand everyone wanting to be the police of the world and think they are doing justice by reporting what they feel is in their opinion beyond the pale, but, I believe this kind of action is extremely self righteous behavior and very dangerous in a free country.. I had a terrible time here. I did an online order, got to the store and waited in the long line. I don't feel comfortable going to express when the people are busy, I waited my turn as if I was walking in and ordering. When my turn came I said I had a pick up order. The girl said it wasn't ready then had another girl clock in to make it, while she proceeded to make the subs for people behind me ring them out. Visiting in Show low for a loss of loved one and needed a quick bite to eat as we have had subway several hundred times... this by far was the worse ever. Used the App to place order and it was all wrong the sandwiches we ordered came with stuff we didn't want in them... computer error or human error I feel like the manager could have handled the situation better then telling me there's nothing she can do unless I bring the sandwiches back.... sorry but are you gonna pay for my gas to and oh I'm sorry but I can't drive you the junky sandwiches that were tossed together by the workers and all wrong cuz they are in the motels big trash can... May 1, 2019 6:35 PM I did an online order which was ready when I arrived, it was a 6" Spicy Italian on toasted Italian Herbs and Cheese With Bacon, spinach, and banana peppers in addition to my usual condiments. I have to say, I've ordered the spicy Italian sub many times and I always love it, it's my favorite subway sub but this may have been the best spicy Italian sub I've ever tasted. Everything about it tasted fresh and delicious, I wish to God I had ordered a foot long but I live 15 miles out of town and didn't open it until I got home- lol! The past few times we've been in to eat, the cleanliness has been an issue. The floors are always filthy and its hard to find a clean table. Our visit tonight was the worst thus far. Every single table in the dining area was covered in crumbs, sauce, and all around gross in appearance. We picked the best of the worst to sit at, and I had to clean and wipe down the table top off myself. As far as service goes, we never had an unfriendly or discourteous staff member. I stopped for lunch at the Subway on the Deuce Of Clubs in Showlow, none of the employees wearing masks while preparing the food and no social distancing was taking place while in line. I sent a note with the current CDC recommendations to Subway and the response was, "spend less time worried about others and have a better attitude". I won't be stopping at Subway in my future travels. read more

For a Subway, this place is great. Very industrious folks behind a well-staffed service counter, large seating area inside, several small tables outside. Ingredients, including bread, were fresh. Food is always the same and for that I give it 3 stars , they did not have my favorite rotisserie chicken listed in the choices for ordering a sandwich . I have to assume they don't carry it any longer which is a complete let down . I do love the raspberry white cheesecake cookies so I'll be back for those . We have went to many Subways in multiple states. This the first one that does not go of the menu. We usually order a salami sandwich and they ring it up as a spicy Italian. They just add more salami. So my friend and I came to a subway location around 8:15 to get a couple sandwiches and no one was In the front to assist us, my friend then went to the door in which would go to the back and she knocked on it for 2 minutes straight to the point to where it was nearly banging and no one came to the front, we were waiting for 10-15 minutes, then went back out to our cars, when we went back out to our cars and were pulling away 2 workers decided to come to the front, so we got back out of our car and as we're walking back in the girls went back into the back. so we walked in and one came out in just a few seconds and we said ' we have been waiting for almost 15 minutes, and the girl very rudely said 'you just walked in' I said, 'no we were here for 15 minutes banged on the back door left and then came back in' then instead of apologizing and being cordial she said 'well we didn't hear you' I'm pretty fucking sure there job requires you to check the front Atleast every few minutes so that you guys aren't losing business but it was COMPLETE BULL SHIT.she was so rude to my friend and I and couldn't even look us in the eye. and the worst part is when we came back in the other girl still was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I'm also pretty sure when they don't do there job they should be apologizing instead of being complete assholes and trying to make the customer look stupid and losing a 50 dollar service . please review your cameras I would like to see what your subway employees actually do when they're supposed to be working and they're fucking around in the back. i could literally of came in there and made myself 5 sandwhiches with chips and drinks and probably could have made a batch of fucking cookies and walked out and they wouldnt even of known anyone was there. hell I could have probably helped your other customers that came in and made them sandwiches to but instead your employees fucked you and made you look like complete ass holes.
