They're more like fried crab cake balls and the tartar sauce is superb! My husband this time got the scampi shrimp of course .he is not a pasta person. He absolutely loved it. My vodka parm was also very good. ( I never get anyone's because I make it every Christmas Eve for 40 people and mine to me is hard to beat) my husband is less bias and loves the parm. It's off season for Florida. I like that it's away from traffic and close to the river, but not on the river. We ordered several appetizers, Tuna stack, it was good with toast on the side. I would have preferred wonton chips or tortilla chips. We also had the crab fritters, these were delicious and plentiful for two people and the Burrata salad. We wanted the Brussels sprouts, but they were out so the chef prepared Bok Choi instead. Equally delicious. We ordered an infused cucumber refreshing cocktail. The service was very good. The owner stopped by our table, to ask how we liked it. He was gracious and told us his story how he bought the placed and design a menu along with the Chef. That was a plus. They also have music for dinner. Parking is street. The Tram goes around and it will leave you at this restaurant from the large parking lot.
