Located right out front of base this subway is just your average subway...except it has a drive through? What? Although I haven't used the drive through (I'm a sit down and eat type of guy) I can see how it is convenient. So far the place has had avocado every time I've been so they must have upped their game since the last couple of reviewers...and its actually sliced avocado not the pre-mashed spread I've seen at other subways. This is one of the better Subways I've been to and I come here a lot. This is also the first Subway I've seen that has a drive thru which is super convenient. The sandwiches always taste fresh and delicious. I'm only giving 4 stars because I ordered a salad in the drive thru and was disappointed after finding out they didn't put the dressing on the side like they always did without me having to ask. I'm not sure if the employee who made it was new but I feel like it is common sense to put dressing on the side (especially for someone ordering to-go) because the salad will get soggy and some people prefer more/less dressing than others. I had to add my own lettuce to the salad when I got home because there was way too much dressing. I will continue to come here but I will request the dressing on the side from now on when I order a salad. read more

If I could , I'd give NO stars . Im a reasonable person. I am really nice actually. They got my order wrong, first off. So I had her fix it , politely. Then we get home to eat, bread was literally STALE. She didn't toast it like we asked. (Twice we asked) it all tasted like crap. Never going back. They don't care to listen . If I'm gunna pay $22.00 for two foot longs, I expect them to be correct ! If you want a better sandwich, just head to the location down the street by the gas station, because the girls who work there do not care. Pretty frustrating when you drive all the way out to a subway for a sandwich and their chocolate chip cookies, and they are all out of chocolate chip cookies in the middle of the workday. The guy said don't worry though they're on it in the back, making more. No, "on it" would be not allowing them to run out in the first place in the middle of a workday. If the manager fixes this problem then I'll come back and upgrade my review but until then it stands. I keep updating this each time I come here and experience the same problem. Each time dropping the rating hoping that the management staff will take a hint... they must not like money. Guess I'll just eat elsewhere. Love the Drive Thru Subway. Wish the speaker was louder. They got my order wrong and did not charge me for the larger sandwich and refunded the difference. They always get my order right. Super convenient and very good location right outside the Marine Base. Thanks Subway! read more

Sandwiches are made correctly some of the time, but you can bet that the customer service was always be awful.

The chicken breasts were still cold after they "toasted" it. The bread was still soft as well. They need to learn how to toast their food right. And when I order a salad, it's like they don't even give you the amount you paid for. I've worked at a subway before, and I def am not coming here again. read more

Of the many Subway stores I have visited across the country this one ranks towards the bottom. While the food is of average quality, the service during lunch is exceptionally slow. Marines and Soldiers will not be able to make it back to formation on time if they come here for lunch during the week. The tables are also filthy, even when it is not lunch or dinner. The mess is compounded by the fact that this branch does not make napkins available to their customers unless the customer specially requests them. Most subway stores place napkins in your order bag. The employees here seem to take no pride in their store or work. I recommend patronizing a different Subway if you are able. read more

Every time I have eaten here, my sandwiches have been great. Staff is friendly and fast. I love the drive through and the fact that their fountain drinks are just right- not flat, good water/syrup ratio. I do wish this Subway honored the Subway points card. read more

Piss poor customer service. The girl with the scunk looking hair made a face behind the customer back because she wasn't listening to the customer. The drive thru option of this Subway is not something I'll be using in the future. My husband and I have used their drive thru on more than one occasion and each time my sandwich is not at all what I ordered. Each time it had the wrong sauce, once it had the entirely wrong meat selection. I have complained but by the time I'm home it's not worth driving back to have it fixed. We just got 3 subs, I get the same subs everyday the salami this time wasn't any good and smells really bad. I called the store and the woman there picked up, after telling her all she said was ok. I asked her if she would trash it? She said; yes and hung up on me. I didn't get her name or even a sorry from her. The meat was older then it should have been. My other Daughter called them and spoke to the manager, she told him that me and my other Daughter were sick and about the food. Note I still have the food because no one would eat bad meat! He told her the expiration date was good and it wasn't his meat. (Bull)! Well that was a dead end and still not a sorry! I will never go back to this place again. I'm so grossed out! read more

I downloaded this stupid yelp app JUST to write this review! I take the wife out for a fun evening and she decided at 11:50 pm she wants a subway sandwich. Cool. No big deal because there is a subway open 24 hours. Right? Wrong. We pull up at 12pm and the man working the drive thru states they will be closed for 20 minutes. Again, no big deal and we weren't in any particular hurry. So we pull through and wait in the parking lot. 25 minutes goes by and we pull up again... LO AND BEHOLD... 20 more minutes of waiting he says. No other explanation. So either he was just too lazy to do what he was paid for.. or he needs some SERIOUS work on his customer communication skills. On a positive note. This subway usually produces amazing sandwiches. it must be because i used to work at a subway, but the sandwhiches i got were falling apart because they just threw the ingredients on there and the veggies weren't fresh and upset my stomach however I gave them another try and they got it right the next time so maybe it was just a one time thing read more

This shop stays pretty busy, however, every time I have gone the service is always good. The staff are pleasant and courteous. I have never had a bad experience (although sometimes get a little impatient when I'm pressed for time...but that's on me not the shop). Keep up the good work! read more

It's not bad, I just wish they were faster at making subs. I hate waiting in line for more than 10 minutes and every time I am in this subway there is a line. I have yet to try the drive through but I would not recommend it. All in all in nots a bad place and the food tastes the same as another other subway. read more
