So it seems the employees turned off mobile ordering after explicitly telling me I could order that way. This sequence of events raises serious concerns about deceptive and inconsistent service practices. Customers should not be turned away under one policy and then denied service again after following that policy, especially when the location is still officially open. It appeared the staff may have been attempting to avoid serving customers and close early, which is unacceptable. This directly impacted my ability to provide food for my family and reflects poorly on store management and oversight.
