They need to slow down and NOT pass the sandwiches to a different person they messed up my order. The older gentleman seemed like he didn't care and try to push the order out way to fast. Ordered roast beef 6" sandwich. Lettuce was stale and ruined the sandwich. Cost $8 for 6 inch with little meat. Staff was not very friendly, I didn't feel welcomed. Too bad there isn't a mom and pop sandwich shop around here! The food trucks near city hall are much better. I will not be coming back. read more

Ordered online for delivery through their website at approximate 1pm. States on the website it will be ready at 1:16. at 1:58 I get a text from Subway that it will be delivered between 1:59 and 2:08 Then at 2:01 I get a text from Door dash that it will be delivered at 1:55 which that time has passed. I then call Subway to cancel. The girl that answered kept having to ask someone else and then told me I needed to go online or on the app to cancel. Explained to her that I am online and it is stuck in "preparing" and will not let me cancel. So the person she kept talking with got on the phone and told me they can't cancel it's already prepared and waiting for me to pick up. Told her I put it as a delivery. She then states no it shows for me to pick up. I tell her no I chose delivery on their website. She then says to take it up with Door dash. I explained I did not order through Door dash but through Subway. As I'm speaking she begins speaking over me so I plainly and not nicely I'm sure because I will match the attitude thrown at me, I tell her I am talking don't speak over me it's rude....which it is. I then ask what she was saying about Door dash and she tells me I have to talk to them they don't have anything to do with it. So just know if you order from Subway for delivery it is not them that deliver and they will not help you when it is now over an hour waiting for this and will just rudely brush you off on Door dash and dismiss you. Delivery then showed to be 2:42...not going to be so fresh anymore. Finally got a hold of Doordash and they cancelled stating Subway would get the notification and reverse the charge or refund within 10 business days. No such thing has happened yet and this was on 5/31/24. Today is 8/1/24. I also previously sent an email and received a response from Ashley Mims from Subway but no further action after responding and sending proof the charge was not reversed or refunded. I go here all the time for lunch but when I went in for dinner there were two young girls in there. The one helping me didn't even know how to wrap a wrap correctly so when I went to eat it it all fell apart. I get to my truck and realize I got charged for a completely wrong sandwich!!!! It wasn't even remotely close to what I had order either. Needless to say I will not be coming back when them two girls are working. Hi there, I had an incredibly terrible experience at your location in Whitesboro Texas this evening. I went in to get dinner for my family. I've been in this location before and it was an awesome experience with great employees. However, after the way I was treated this evening; I will never return to that location. There were two employees there. An older lady with dirty blonde hair and a younger gentleman with the same dirty blonde hair. The woman asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted an ultimate meatball sub and an ultimate Italian. She said "what bread" I said: "the cheesy garlic bread" as I pointed to the sign that showed these sandwiches and said "ultimate cheesy garlic bread" on the sign. She rolled her eyes at me and said "but which bread". I said, pointing at the sign again that I wanted the cheesy garlic bread. At this point she sighed, and rudely told me that that wasn't a bread. It was a butter they put on. And then "now what bread do you want for these sandwiches?" Clearly this woman is frustrated so I asked: "are you okay? Is there something wrong because you have a terrible attitude " she said that yes, there was something wrong. I told her I was sorry but being rude to her customer wasn't acceptable and I wasn't going to let it happen. And that if she was going to be rude I'd like someone else to help me. At this point the gentleman comes over and tells her to go he'd take care of it and to go do other things. At first he was fine until I again tried to order the special which he told me he couldn't make because he wasn't trained. I asked if someone else could and he said: "yes, she can make it but she isn't going to help you anymore." I said okay, well my husband wants a meatball sub. That's the only thing he eats here. Why can you not make that? He said he could do that just not add the butter. I said that didn't matter just please make the sandwich. He started to, and when I asked who the manager was he refused to tell me or when they would be in. He then said that his coworker that had been so rude did nothing wrong and he wasn't giving me her name nor would he give me his. And as neither of them were wearing name tags I couldn't find out (they were also not wearing protective head gear such as a hat which I'm pretty sure is required in this county but I digress) He proceeded to then tell me how rude I was being and how they were doing nothing wrong. Meanwhile, my daughter with me at the time is now so frustrated at how they're treating me she no longer wants to eat and asks if we can just leave. I told her yes and we walked out. I have never in my entire life felt so disrespected by employees of an establishment. My daughter was so offended and upset she says she's never eating subway again. I was so flabbergasted that people would even think to act so unprofessional and ugly in a place they work and serve clients. We left here and went to whataburger to get food and there was such a drastic difference in the treatment that I left the crew a $20 tip as a thank you. read more

This is the WORST place. I never write reviews. The lettuce was nasty looking like it had been sitting there for a while smashed up against the bins it was in looked like E. coli already set in. The girls that work there were very rude, very short with me tried to rush me through the line. The guy behind me walked out because he seen how she was treating me. The bigger girl laughed and talked crap when he walked out and was very un professional. I flipped a switch on them and the whole place heard it. i went there and they were slow to make my sandwich and there were several hairs. it took them 3 minutes to find spinach no matter how many times i said it's right there. they clean the bathrooms probably once every 17 years. very stinky place. read more
