This is my local Subway shop. I frequent here about every other month when i crave for my usual Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich. Vegetables are always fresh & the bread are yummy. My fav cookie here is the White chocolate macadamia nut cookie. It's pretty soft, filled w the nuts along w white chocolate, highly recommended. Service here is good and the shop is usually clean. Sandwiches made while you order in a timely fashion manner w clear food gloves. Located next to TMobile and a few doors from Tio Chavez Mexican restaurant, same plaza as El Pollo Loco. I recently went into Subway expecting a normal, quick experience, but it turned into something uncomfortable. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, the owner immediately became suspicious and started explaining how people often use fake bills. While I understand businesses need to be cautious, the way it was handled felt excessive and targeted. Instead of calmly explaining a policy or offering an alternative, I felt like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong just for using a larger bill. The tone and approach came off as accusatory, which made the whole interaction feel more like harassment than customer service. There are respectful ways to handle situations like this, and unfortunately this wasn't one of them. It left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. OMG. I just ordered a pick up from this location from my Subway app. I've never been to this one- but it was on the way home from my kids practice. I unwrapped my sandwich and there was a green bug at the end mixed in with the lettuce . I tried reaching the store without success due to it being closed I made the choice to emailed compliance at subway. I love subway- but I don't think I can ever eat it again! read more

We keep trying to give this place a chance but I'm done. They cut costs at every corner. We have been different times of day and they still only have one person working, usually the same woman (owner's wife). They claim the ice/soda machine is broken now for a while so they can make you buy the bottled drinks. They do not take coupons or honor deals on app. My son just wanted a 6inch pepperoni and cheese, nothing on it. For just the sandwich and chips, no drink, it was $16! Not worth it. I'd much rather pay that for a local small business deli with higher quality. read more

It's lunchtime and there's ONE employee Sadly we arrived as she's making a To-Go order of 5 sandwiches. She tells us that she must finish them before she can help us. Thankfully we are not on a timed lunch hour so we wait When she is finally ready, I order the Daily Meal Deal. It's Monday and the daily sandwich is a Cold Cut Combo. Can't get the Cold Cut Combo because they are out of the meat for it. This was also what my husband was going to order. Would we like a different sandwich? Unbelievable that they don't have the meat for the daily meal deal. We do order something else. The lettuce is brown tinged and the multigrain bread is very dry. Does not at all seem fresh. Why is service so horrible here now, they dont let you buy cup drinks anymore even though there is cups, they say bottles only. Before they never had ice, there is only one employee which slows everything down when people order multiple sandwiches. Horrible ownership. I tried to order on the APP and it wouldn't work with the BOGO. Figured app was having issues so went there and just ordered it in person. Now I read reviews to see they don't honor coupons or the APP. I suggest everyone let the franchise know the bad reputation they are giving Subway. I arrived with my mailer coupons in hand, and was informed by the lady making my sub that she doesn't accept paper coupons. I asked what kind of coupons she does accept, and she replied, "coupons on the app". I proceeded to download the app, create an account, search for deals and coupon, and showed her the coupon on the app that would apply to my order. She then said she wouldn't take the app coupon because it didn't apply to this location. I was planning on buying 6 subs. If i had an a option to not give even a star, I would do so. Every time I order, there is always something missing, sometimes a cookie, sometimes a drink, sometimes different drink and sometimes not even a sandwich i want, i just let it slide by all the time but today I decided to give them a call. Today I placed first order, they missed foot long cookie so after couple hours i placed another order so i can go get foot long cookie this time and I also added another sandwich and left a note and I wasn't feeling well so i had my partner pick it up. just like that sandwich was made the way they want and not followed the note i wrote, or simply sandwich options. I called to mention that this is the second time today I didn't get my order right, and i thoroughly explained what happened then she starts explaining me how she makes her order repeatedly as if i am calling to learn about sandwich recipe, then she starts giving me a lecture like a mother and telling me i am aggressive while she is screaming on top of her lungs and asks me to not be aggressive as if she sent me sandwich for free. Why even open a business if you wanna serve your costumer the way you like your food to be served and lecture them like they are your kids! We pay to get that food and on top of that get lectured at? On 8-19-17, I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this location and specifically by Nathan, my server. Also impressed by the cleanliness and "newness" of the store. To top it off, Nathan made the best Subway sandwich I've ever had, with his suggestion for BBQ sauce with oil which tasted great and did not overwhelm the toasted steak and cheese. I want to thank Colby for excellent Customer Service and accommodating us. We had an early Breakfast meeting at our new Church location (Crosspointe Church). The meeting started at 8:15am and we needed to pick up our order at 7:45am on Sunday. When we spoke to Colby about our situation, he said, "let me speak to the owner and manager if I can come in early and have it ready by 7:45am." Well, thank GODness they said yes and our order was ready and made to perfection. In addition, Colby let us borrow their warmer bags to keep the sandwiches fresh. I ordered a pick up at this store. After 30 min, my order is still not ready when I walked in the store. The bread open sit on the counter, and the staff not there. Thar's not a big deal. However, the staff sneezed two times during my sandwich making. He turned his head to the side, but neither close to the ground, nor to his elbow. He did not wear a mask (especially during covid) and he also did not wash hands and change gloves after sneezing ( the tiny mucus drops can be on gloves, then transfer to foods). I should have reject the sandwich, because I still feel gross after went back to home. I feel gross to eat that sandwiches, because I felt the poor hygiene management of this staff and this store. Will not order from here anymore. I suggest better order after you arrive, and monitor the entire process of them making your sandwiches, so that you can better assure there is at least no mucus and dirt in your food! If you see sneezing like mine, ask them to remake it. After all, the staff gave me a leaked bag, not able to carry, cause I ordered multiple foot-longs.
