It was like a chicken Caesar salad on focaccia. The bread was perfect, not hard at all. My children raves about the chicken salad sandwich. Their two pasta salad options are a perfect accompaniment to the sandwiches. One is a creamy base and the other is more of an oil and vinegar type of base. Both were absolutely delicious!
