I had a great experience with Subzero Repair Care Service. I called and spoke to Amy to schedule an appointment and was happy to know that they are open on the weekends. My appointment was at 8am and even though they give you a window of three hours, they showed up on the dot at 8am. They even texted me 40 minutes before arrival. Bob and Victor showed up on Saturday morning for my service call. Bob was able to diagnose the two issues our Subzero fridge had within five minutes. After a quick consult, we decided to fix only one of the two problems. I appreciated the advice that Bob gave me about the ice maker and even he didn't recommend fixing the ice maker because it won't give me the results I'm looking for. I can tell he is very familiar with Subzero fridges by the way he handled taking apart the components of the fridge and locating all the different parts of the fridge. They replaced the condenser and did a deep clean of the condenser unit and surrounding areas. They had the replacement parts on hand so was able to service it right then and there. They were quick and efficient and our fridge is running well now. The price for the expertise and work involved was worth it. Keep in mind that they only service and do maintenance on Subzero and Wolf. I learned a lot from Bob during this whole experience as he gave me a lot of tips on what to do to keep the fridge going for many more years. This is the one to call if you're looking for an expert who is not going to sell you on services you don't need. read more

Setting up the appointment for estimate was quick and easy! During the estimate, the issue I was having with my leaky Sub Z fridge was quickly diagnosed. Bob called the manufacturer to ensure I needed a new control board with the kit he needed to order to fix the issue. Service was set up and took about 2 hours to replace several components in the fridge (all OEM parts), and install the new control board. Efficient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. This should resolve the issue permanently, I'll update in a few months. Thank you Bob! read more

Amy at the office, and Bob the technician were both very attentive to my needs and my schedule. Bob is extremely knowledgeable about Subzero fridges. There was a condensation issue that caused water to leak into the bottom of my fridge and ultimately onto my wood floor. Bob was able to diagnose and repair the problem, which I had had for the last couple of years. The price might have seemed high but compared to the cost of a new fridge, it was nothing. My SubZero fridge occasionally makes loud metal cranking noise, which will go away if I reset the fridge but the noise would come back anyway. I recorded a video and showed it to Bob and he was able to quickly identify that it is a fan issue. He proceeded to replace the fan and 30 minutes later everything is good to go. We were having trouble with our 20+ year old subzero refrigerator not cooling properly. We used to have a home warranty and had several visits from their chosen repair company. We no longer have the warranty so we looked for someone else to advise us. We wanted to stick with Subzero but replacement is very expensive. Bob came out and gave us a quote on replacing most of the critical parts We basically have a new unit at less than a quarter of the cost. They began the work right away and made the ordeal as painless as possible. They protected our floor and countertops with padded blankets and cleaned up. Service is top notch! Boris knows Subzero refrigerators like no one else. I've had him come out several times for leaks and he identifies the problem quickly and efficiently. He's fast, clean & thorough. I highly recommend him to service your fridge yearly. He will clean the condenser and replace any bulbs, filters etc.... My 2016 Sub-Zero started to leak. At first, I tried to troubleshoot it by reading the manual to no avail, then I called Sub-Zero and they told me to turn off the ice maker and that didn't work either. They gave me an 800 number to a random repair company that didn't respond. So of course, I started searching on Yelp. After calling several companies, Amy from this company answered the phone quickly, set me up for an appointment immediately for the next day and Bob came out, diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it quickly. I think they are somewhat expensive. But you get what you pay for. They are a business after all and they are there to make a profit. I do understand that. Sometimes repairs take minutes only because they are experts. I appreciate that they didn't drag out the time to just charge more. They were in my house for less than 30 minutes. I was unclear about the pricing after it was all done and I did call Amy back for clarification. She listened to my concerns and explained all the charges. So I do appreciate it and I will call them again should I need anymore help. read more

After spending thousands of dollars on repairs and maintenance on our subzero refrigerator with a previous repair services company, I almost gave up on my refrigerator. I knew it was still in good condition, but losing trust in my previous repair company after them ghosting me I thought I would make one last ditch effort and give Subzero Repair Care Service a chance. Bob came in diagnosed it within 15 minutes and gave me a reasonable quote. He noted my previous repairman used an inferior aftermarket fan motor NOT an OEM subzero motor, which was part of the problem. He installed an OEM subzero motor (showed me the new motor box to prove it) and did a thorough maintenance service. My refrigerator is back to normal working condition! I called Sub-Zero Repair Care Service to work on my dual fuel Wolf range because the broiler was not working. Bob came out and did a quick inspection of my range and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and recommended new door hinges and a new power board. He also knew that I would need a new label and ordered extra screws just in case which ended up being a big time saver because my oven was missing a few screws on the door. Turns out that my door hinges were bad and it was not closing completely which was causing the hot air from the oven to move into the power board which melted some of the key parts. It wasn't the broiler element after all. It took a few weeks for the parts to come in from the manufacturer and once they were available they contacted me to make an appointment. Bob and Victor showed up and completed the work very quickly and they were extremely punctual with their arrival times and were very kind and courteous also taking care of my floor by placing blankets on the ground and cleaning up after themselves. Their prices were reasonable, my oven works good as new, and for the work that had to be done I would consider it a great deal! They even give a one-year warranty on the parts. Bob was such a delight to work with for an ice maker that stopped working - or so we had thought! Our ice maker stopped working and filling up right before we left for a trip. I called over on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit us in the following Tuesday when we got home. They were great at communicating when they were on the way and when they arrived, and Bob was so friendly and helpful. As luck would have it, the ice maker was full and cold, but that didn't stop Bob from checking it all over and making sure there wasn't anything wrong before heading out.
