Adorable!

My family and I stopped by the beach after a break from Disneyland, and I'm always on the hunt for a good iced latte during the day. It was my first time visiting Laguna Beach, and I was so happy to have stumbled upon this cute coffee shop! And a major plus for them to have a bathroom to use. I got the iced vanilla latte which was not overly sweet at all and they used very high quality beans. Loved each sip! They're also dog friendly and have the cutest scrap book of all their furry visitors. I'll be back when I stroll through Laguna Beach again.

Orange Mocha Latte is awesome, strong, and dark!

I Love the name, Venti Oatmilk Toffenut Latte, and picture. We named our snake something similarly long- "Mr. Slitherman, Dude You Can Hide Your Weed In There" Orange Mocha Latte is awesome, strong, and dark!

Ginger Molasses Latte

I'm a huge ginger lover so the ginger molasses latte was calling my name. The ginger notes were mellow but present and the molasses perfectly balanced out the bitterness of the espresso. I wish I could always have this but, unfortunately, it's not accessible to me or else I would probably be putting myself in debt from how often I'd order it. There's indoor and outdoor seating with space to study inside with a laptop.

The good: I came and got one of their two seasonal drink options. I'm a sucker for all things seasonal. I got the ginger molasses latte and loved how it wasn't overly sweet. It was subtle in flavor and was deliciously pleasant on yesterday's brisk afternoon. It was a great pick-me-up and the cafe's walking distance to the beach! Workers were friendly. There's indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor space has upholstered bench-style seats that were comfy. The interior has a hipster vibe with a colorful wall mural. The prices were fair. The flavor wasn't overly roasted. They sold fun looking pastries too. The latte art was perfect. The temperature of the drink was comfortable. The stamped logo on the cup was aesthetically pleasing. The menu was straight forward. Succulent Coffee Roasters doesn't succ. The bad: I think there's only metered parking. The indoor space small. The interesting: They sell merch like T-shirts, hats, and tote bags.

I found Succulent Coffee Roasters on yelp when we were walking around downtown Laguna Beach and I was craving some coffee! Luckily the coffee shop is down the street from downtown so super accessible if you're in the area! The workers were super friendly and helped me decide what to order! I was impressed how delicious and tasteful the coffee was!

Cappuccino and double espresso marked, coffee perfection. So good!

Laguna Beach, CA Excellent coffee roaster, coffee perfection, small parking lot on Brodway by liquor store. Serious coffee, Love! Without a doubt some of the best coffee I have tasted in Southern California, it reminded me of some European coffee bars I have visited in regards to quality and taste, and also reminded me of Handlebar Roasters in Santa Barbara, CA. A new favorite coffee spot, and some of the all time best!

Hot or iced, get the succulent flavor! Very good!

I came up to Laguna to meet up with friends and was about an hour early, so wandering around I needed a pick me up. I knew there was a coffee shop nearby and here I am. Cozy inside, with two two top tables, a makeshift couch, and some stools near a counter by the window. Nice simple menu, I ordered a latte. She: Would you like to add a flavor They have this housemade flavor called "succulent" which is a blend of orange peel, cardamon, and cinnamon. This is a really unique flavor! My only issue was that it wasn't mixed enough, so the first sip was just latte, but once I got to the flavor....wow! I spent about 30 minutes reading my book. Again the inside is cozy, and Lagunians are an interesting bunch...very territorial over seats. It was quite amusing! If you find yourself in the area, definitely check them out!

The cafe itself is very cute and has nice decor. There are a few seats inside, however no charging areas so not an ideal spot to stay for work/studying. The service was just ok. The iced matcha was not good at all. It was very bland? Basically tasted like I was drinking milk.

Spanish latte and Brown sugar latte

The cafe is so cute! Such a relaxing vibe, walking distance to the beach. The service was fast and friendly. I got a Spanish latte, it was delicious.

Almond milk latte

Tried an almond milk latte and their espresso is super smooth, added bonus is that the baristas are so friendly. Very cute inside. Glad I stopped in!

Cappuccino

A solid coffee spot when in the downtown Laguna area. My standard taste test is an Oat Cappuccino and their Cap hits with a brighter more modern roast with a classic cap ratio of coffee to milk. Parking is generally difficult for any business in the down town Laguna but if you do need parking, they have a lot just north of the store with 7 spots. There's a few metered street parking spots out front as well. The staff is generally friendly and very much focused on their task in the moment. The interior is chill, has a worn in feel, and a few fun community things around. Seating is pretty limited and I didn't see power outlets when quickly scanning - so plan to chill with friends or have a moment before hitting the road. Definitely coming back through when hanging with friends down here.

Wonderful local coffee shop with an assortment of fresh coffee drinks and a few others. Super comfortable atmosphere and prompt drink service. Cold brews and other drinks come out quickly after ordering and smiling faces await. Great single origin coffee, pour over, drip and cold brew available. They also have single origin cold brew and overall the coffee quality and crew knowledge of beans and flavors are great. Definitely worth a visit!!

2/5/23 Getting some java in Laguna

2/5/23....Smooth, it's daRn great beans! Turned to Yelp to direct us to another coffee shop in Laguna & the number one on the list is this small inconspicuous coffee shop, walking distance from Urth Caffe. I'm so glad we did!! When I say it's small n cozy, I mean it's really small. The indoor seating is tastefully decorated with the sofas--it's like someone's living room or a breakfast nook. Theres also outdoor seating facing Broadway Street with a couple of tables (see photo). There's 4 designated parking stalls just north of the coffee shop, public parking across the street. One of the best tasting oat milk lattes next to Laguna Coffee Roasters, Seven Syllables (Cerritos) & Kai Bar in Kaua'i!!! It hits all the right notes for me. So smooth & rich, it's heavenly nectar of the gods. Staff are efficient & friendly, great coffee spot, just can't really hang out though....

I'm an espresso nerd and am wondering if you guys take espresso super seriously and I should visit? Or you are known for general & specialty coffee beverages?…

They roast their own beans & every time I see a solo shot, it comes with a beautiful tiny gold spoon & the crema looks to die for. I get iced americanos can confess since trying Succulent, I can't go back to starbucks(:

Meanwhile waiting , got myself familiar with the place and caught the vibe by the window. This is something expected especially by the beach. I got my drink and nice enough to allow me to help myself to sprinkle some cinnamon on my drink. Super cool. Make me feel like I added my own twist to the drink. Who doesn't like to feel engaged. The drink was good. Drink was smooth especially with the coconut and it paired well not to over powering not to sweet. It' was a good choice. I always ask for specialty lattes because it gives me a better insight on what they're about. Come by ! I recommend it.

I feel like I could just copy and paste this for most coffee shop reviews now - "Fine, but…read moreexpensive..." I have to be honest, I was not impressed with this latte, and I am wondering why everybody raves about it. I got a vanilla latte and added vanilla cold foam as a little treat and somehow it still had a little to no flavor? I think it was $18 or $19 for 2 drinks, that's just crazy to me and it's my own fault, that should have been a warning, but they had a Ube cruffin (and my husband loves ube) and I ordered one without asking the price and imagine my surprise when it was $7! A little more than that I think actually. I get it - it's a pricey area, they're a block from oven views, it's Laguna, I'm too broke to live and exist there but good Lord. All of that aside, it is a very cute shop, very cute merch, and very good vibes with lots of sitting areas. They even had a cute little corner with toys for kids to play with, which I love!

Totally worth the walk. The shop is simple and minimalistic inside, with a clean layout and a plant right in the center that gives the space a calm, relaxed vibe. Nothing flashy, just thoughtfully designed and comfortable. I ordered the iced Spanish latte and my mom got the iced chai. Both had an excellent balance of sweetness and coffee or tea flavor. Smooth, refreshing, and perfect for sipping while sitting on the sand. The workers were friendly and easy to order from, which made the experience even better. One thing that stood out to us was their logo, two hands shaped like coming together. In sign language, that sign means "connect," so as Deaf individuals, we immediately noticed it and wondered about the meaning behind it. It made the name "Rapport" feel even more intentional. Great drinks, welcoming service, and a perfect stop before heading back to the beach. We'd definitely do that walk again.

Interior is minimalist and clean. Baristas were all very nice. The cold brew coffee was one of the best I've had -- smooth, but robust, with a complex taste. AND it was under $5, which is a steal! I read that they roast coffees on site and I wouldn't doubt it! Unfortunately, while bean coffee was $23 for 200g, which is 7oz! My local roaster (Kean) would have the same price for 12oz. In their defense, they did have a massive bag that was $25. They had a bunch of great latte options, an espresso tonic, and tea options. They have pastries that looked delicious too. A great coffee and highly worth a visit!

Laguna Beach, CA…read more I've wanted to try this single origin coffee roaster for quite some time and we finally stopped in For a late afternoon pick me up and boy did it pick us up! We met Ahmed who usually doesn't work at this location who was an absolute gem. Ahmed is so knowledgeable about coffee sourcing and the information he shared was in such a delightful way. He welcomed us and let us know all about the coffee and showed us the most beautiful hospitality, we went with his recommendations and he did not steer us wrong. They are getting in an Ethiopian variety in a few days which sounds like it's going to be really good. I love the minimalist sharp clean Vibe and the coffee and service was fantastic. We tried a cortado and a cold brew their cold brew is a true 24-hour slow drip. I wish I had taken a picture of the unique looking contraption they use to make their cold Brew. We will be back and we are excited to visit their new Costa Mesa, CA location. They also have a location in Marin County, N California.

Surprisingly, the coffee here is pretty good and at reasonable prices! I got the Bananas Foster…read moreLatte and it was pretty solid. Strong espresso flavor mixed with a satisfying banana flavor. Flavorful, but not too sugary which I liked. A great pick me up for the day. I also tried my friend's Guava Basil Matcha Latte and it was solid as well. Not the best matcha I've had, but the guava and basil flavors were unique. These drinks were around $6 with regular whole milk which was a good price! The interior is clean and nice. I saw one outlet, but I'm unsure if they have wifi. For parking, there's spots in the nearby Pavilions parking lot or around it. Overall, a solid spot for coffee drinks in the area.
