Edit down to 3 stars - brought my car back for additional work because the expensive first fix might not have been the only problem or not the problem at all. I dropped off at 9am and called twice about the progress and nothing. Once I got dropped off at 3, they let me know the system had been down and they didn't get to it and to make another appointment next week. Great customer service at the service center. I was greeted right away and shown to the service center with an easy check in. Very nice waiting room with plenty of space, comfortable chairs, coffee and snacks. They have a great text system with an overall inspection service of your car and tracking system. Even better is they offer a free ride to and from your home so I didn't even have to wait. read more

I dropped my Bolt off for the recall. I didn't stay in the waiting area to keep a social distance and said I'd be back in about an hour. The receptionist said she's call when it was done. As I left the tech was coming out to my car. I returned in 90 mins and they hadn't even brought the car on yet. I took my keys and left. I do t recharge my battery beyond 80% so I'm not worried about the recall. It was suggested that the next time I should leave the car for the day. For an hour recall service? I don't think so. Even though Sudbay is very convenient for me I'll be searching for other Chevy dealers to get my service done. The service manager Greg called me and apologized. I took my husbands car to be serviced. I walked in I was greeted by an old rude white woman. That asked me, "How did I get in". I replied the door was open you think I broke in here. If I was a white middle age woman she would never had asked. This is the second time this had happened. What kind of customer service is this. I was totally humiliated and I told her racist ass to get out of my face. What a way to treat a customer all I wanted was to get my husbands car serviced. I asked for a manger and was told none was available. They can't even get a bucket of water and rinse it off as part of the service. I'm sure when they deliver a new vehicle it's washed. This place is cancer for vehicles. Brought my vehicle in for a airbag recall and they fried my blower motor which is located right under the airbag on passenger side. It worked right before I dropped it off and all of a sudden didn't work when I picked it up. I wanted them to fix it because I feel like it was their fault. Quoted me 260$ for blower motor and 1.5 hours of labor. Which was another 270...Went to a auto store picked one up for 70$ and did it under 10 minutes myself. Wouldn't not recommend. If anything drive a little longer to herb chambers and save the damages. They wanted almost 600$ for a job that's so easy to do. If i could give it 0 stars I would. Recently had an issue that the CD player got jammed. I had just purchased the navigation upgrade maps and was trying to load it and it got stuck. I called and they had me bring it in and explained they would have to take out the unit. I thought for sure it was going to be a very expensive day. I brought my 2011 Buick Lacrosse in because of a noise I was hearing. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. After not being able to hear any noise I drove with one of the mechanics and we both heard it. They took care of the issue, all under warranty and I didn't have to pay anything. The waiting area was really nice with a computer set up for internet access. There were free drinks and snacks and an area for young children to play. I was really impressed. took my 2012 cadillac cts coupe in for an oil change.....sudbays took it upon themselves to rotate the tires....per cadillac you cannot rotate the tires...larger ones on the rear...result...rear differencial had to be replace as well as transfer casing and clutch assembly...had to take car apart three times...car never the same...ruined my car...car history repair report reads like a nightmare...great for resale value..car had only 23000 miles on it....never sounded or acted right again....don sudbay said well we fixed it, i don't know what else i can do read more
