We bring 3 cars here almost once a week on a monthly subscription. I've also started using their detailing services in the last couple of years. My only concern is I've heard rumors from friends that Auto Pride may be moving to a machine wash system. Not a fan of machine washed cars. It's the only hand wash car business in the mid-peninsula that I know of. It will be a sad day if Auto Pride moves to a machine washing or touchless system. I'm hoping not to go back to washing my own cars.

They no longer allow customers paying $30 or more for a wash to use the vacuums, even if they're vacuuming their own vehicle, which wasn't the case before. They also kept trying to upsell me on a $150 clay bar service. At that price, I could simply get a full mobile detail elsewhere. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They were quite rude throughout the visit, and that's ultimately why I'm leaving this review. The cost wasn't the issue. It was the lack of customer service.

I've never had any problems here and of all the times I've used this service there's only been a line once. They have a great selection of fragrances to choose from. Its gotta great location right next to downtown San Carlos and also right next to El Camino. The brush has always been in great condition so I've never had a problem with cleanliness. My tires always come out crystal clean with the tire cleaner selection. The coin machine and all the service here have always worked great for me and I've definitely used them all.
