Holy cow is this place the best. I had been to several other laundromats in the area and they're typically empty, cold, and expensive. Not here. There are always incredibly friendly staff members who are eager to help out newbies. My first time in, I had forgotten detergent and the lady at the counter was so quick to offer some to me. On top of that, another time I had forgotten to switch my whites from the washer to dryer, and the staff member moved them over for me so that all my clothes would be done at the same time. They've always got fun movies playing and the store gets dressed up in themes for different holidays. Sudz Cyber has taken going to a laundromat from a chore, to an enjoyable and memorable experience. Top class customer service and a top class experience. If I ever have to go to the laundromat this is the only one I go to. It's very clean the people that work there are really friendly and help you out if you need help. The machines are really nice and always seem to work very good for me. You don't have to use coins use a card so it's very convenient just buy a card and use that in the machines instead of trying to find coins to do your laundry. Highly recommended read more

I didn't think that I would ever be writing about how great a laundry mat experience could be but it was that good. I came in to clean some down comforters in their commercial size machines. I was immediately greeted by the pleasant smell of lemon and vinegar which Loni, the owner, was using to wipe down all surfaces in the store. When she saw that I had two king size comforters, she came over, introduced herself and walked me through everything that I would need to do to clean them on my own. It was already more than I expected, but she went one step further and provided her proprietary detergent, which was all natural, organic and made in house, that she assured me would work better for the down. She helped me load the machines and as a courtesy, extended their free drying promotion to my visit on a Monday. Once they were loaded and washing, she told me to go enjoy the rest of my day and that she would switch them over and make sure they were dry and then give me a call once they were done. How incredible is that! Basically, I went in thinking I would have to spend half a day fighting with two really huge comforters and I walked out with my whole day back, not to mention some incredibly clean comforters and a new found respect for this incredible local business and the woman who runs it. It's no wonder they've been best of the bay years in a row. She's won me over as a loyal customer and anytime I have anything that I can't tackle at home, I'll be bringing it in to Sudz! read more

The best spot for laundry in the area! So convenient that they take credit card and the have on site staff to assist with any issues. It's a homely spot and everyone is super friendly. They offer free tea and coffee (be sure to donate some 'ends for cups) and you can watch all the bad TV you want! The wash and fold laundry service is superb. They are prompt and the employees are attentive. Cost is quite reasonable and the quality of service is top notch. I drive from Seaside for the wash and fold services and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Updated 10.11.19 I recently dropped off my laundry and when I picked up the laundry there was an envelope with $20 inside. I apparently left $20 in one of my pockets. Absolutely fantastic find! We were visiting Carmel Valley for 10 days and needed some laundry done. There were really no options in Carmel/ Carmel Valley so we looked into Pacific Grove/ Monterey area. We didn't want to do it through our resort since they charged an arm and a leg. Not only was Sudz a fair price, they were able to do same-day service and are open early morning to late evening. I dropped off around 8:30 AM, and my clothes were ready/folded by 2:30 PM. You pay by the pound, I think there is an extra charge if you want it under five hours. Really happy I found these guys and when we come back to this area I would definitely use them again. They also have regular laundrymat facilities- Which looked very clean and have lots of machines. read more

I love this place, I've been going here for years, I lived in Pacific Grove for a while and it was recommended to me by a friend. I now live in Monterey, and for five years I still make the hike over to use this place because it is bright, clean, fairly priced, energy efficient system, and super friendly staff. There's even a laundromat a few blocks from my house, but I would rather drive there. Tonight, the owner Loni was there, and I forgot my card that you use to operate the machines. I asked if she had a spare empty one that I could load, I had cash with me. But no, she immediately paid for all three of my loads, both wash and dry! Wha???? Then we proceeded to hang out all night and do laundry together and chat like old girlfriends. I was looking for fluff and fold service in the area that had a quick turn around time bc we needed some of the clothes the next morning. Now that I am the proud owner of a washer and dryer it is about time I review the laundromat that has taken good care of my unmentionables over the past several months. I was compelled to do my stunningly boring chore at Sudz due to the fact they offer free wifi and coffee. The wifi works great! The coffee never seemed to be brewed when I was there. No matter, I drink too much coffee anyways. The machines always worked fine for me and the prices were fair. The staff members were always helpful. The reason why this spot is a 4 (and sometimes even 5) star spot: they often play sick 90's r&b jams on the televisions! They have a ton of channels and more often than not they rock different music channels. I heart listening to Montell Jordan whilst folding. read more

Possibly the best coin laundry experience I've ever had. Super clean facility in a small strip mall. Tons of reading material, free coffee or tea. They use cards for the machines, but coins to buy the soap/softener. The employee we met was super friendly and helped out tremendously. We had 2 small kids and she offered to take the wet clothes out and transfer to the dryer so we could take the kids to the park nearby (which is also quite nice.) We returned to 2 dryers of clean, dry clothes. Thanks to the owner and staff for a painless way to get us back on the road an hour later with clean clothes!! read more

The Cleanest Nicest Laundromat! Sudz by far is the best laundry mat I have ever been to. I used to live in the East Bay and this place is a 1000 times better than the ones over there. I have been going to Sudz for 5 years now and I love, that not only do they keep there machines clean but they are environmentally conscious and use non-toxic products. The staff is super friendly and I have learned many ninja folding tricks from them over the years. We go there every week and the employees explained the situation about the cards AND we now notice that they are constantly watching the card refill machine to catch those that pay $10 or more (with a credit card) to ensure they get there bonus $1 and add it to the customers cards. All of the employees have been friendly and the space has always been clean and tidy. I've now tried some laundromats in Seaside and surrounding areas and they simply don't compare. Sudz is tidy and clean, the staff is very nice to converse with and the machines are actually a few bobs less than the others. Overall, if you're in the area and need to do your laundry, I'd suggest hitting up Sudz.... Just not on a Sunday, as that's when we go there and don't want to have to wait on open dryers (lol). read more

This is the cleanest and most functional laundromat in the PG area. I am here almost weekly as I have to do all my families laundry at a laundromat. The employees and the owner are very nice. There are other comments on here that say the card costs money, it does not. In fact I have lost a few of them and if you put your name on the card through their system, they can give you a new card with your funds on it. You can load up the cards in any denomination, over $20, under $20. In fact if you put in $10 you get an extra $1 on the card. No more quarters, it is awesome!! The secret has gotten out though as the dryers have a tendency to get full really quickly and sometimes I have to wait with wet clothes just to use one. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. They have giant 8 load washers so you can do an entire week's worth of wash in 40 minutes and split out your drying among the plethora of dryers to minimize time. They also have a separate washer just for pet laundry, which is great if you have pet laundry or you don't have a pet and don't want pet stuff being in the same washer as your stuff. The prepaid card is awesome -- no more juggling coins while schlepping all of your clothes and detergent around. And when you refill your card, you get extra credits added on.
