Mall cafeteria Chinese food sold in a restaurant. I ordered the General Tso combo, chicken and broccoli combo, the New Jersey roll, and an order of hot and sour soup. The General Tso was mostly breading, and pork fried rice that came with it was bland, steamed not fried (no crispy parts), and the color yellow like most cheap fried rice. They also sent us the wrong sushi roll. The hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour. In fact, it had no flavor at all. One of the worst I've ever tasted, or rather, didn't taste. The chicken and broccoli was good, I have to admit. So was the egg rolls, although they forgot to give us spicy mustard packets either the order. All in all, this restaurant's food was equivalent to Chinese food from a run down mall in the Midwest. I do not recommend eating at this place at all. read more

The food from start to finished was outstanding. Highly recommend the shrimp egg roll, not greasy, ample shrimp, and the wrap crispy. Same for the Lo Mein so much better than before. The entire meal delicious. Our server was awesome. read more

Only one size for Pork Fried Rice ($11.95), at least 4 servings, would appreciate a size variation & not be forced to buy in bulk. Sweet & Sour Chicken Lunch Special ($9.95) is 8 pieces of Sweet Breaded Chicken {1/4 of the container} & side of white or fried rice {chose white, 3/4 of container.} Steamed Pork Dumplings ($7.95) were 6 steamed dumplings, about 1/2 full of unseasoned filling. My husband and I had a delightful lunch here today at Sue's Asian. Place was very clean and bright. We have been here several times in the past. Never have we had a bad meal. Tony was our waitress. Very good. I had looked at their menu on internet before going and saw a dish that caught my eye. I could not locate on menu when we got there. Tony found the dish. Seafood Delight very good. My hubby had sweet and sour chicken w/pork fried rice. He said it was excellent. Hope to be back soon. read more

I ordered shrimp lo mein. I didn't get shrimp lo mein. The waitress was too busy carrying on a conversation in Chinese to pay attention to my order. My drink was not refreshed. It was a disappointing experience. Too many other places- I won't be back. read more

Ordered from here for the first time and will never go back- it takes a lot to make bad Chinese food but this place was successful in doing so...I mean bad. I ordered steamed dumplings but the dipping sauce was horrible, horrible, it was like someone but lemon and weirdness in it, I mean the dipping sauce makes a dumpling greats, how can you mess that up. So I moved on to what shld have been a simple egg roll, one bit and I had to spit it out - it was like freezer burnt and gooey/weird chewy gross. So then I move onto the sesame chicken and I got white Rice but asked for pork, but the white rice was gooey and over cooked - yuck - can't eat it and then I finally get to the chicken and I can't believe how horrible it was, it tasted like Some weird lemon or lime in it, not super sweet and happy like a normal Chinese restaurant makes ---so overpowering I can't eat any of it.....and I am soo irritated by all of it, this cost over 50 bucks, what a wasted of time and money!!! This place is dead to me, I will never eat there again, and I told my whole family never to go there, and I told my neighbors too. read more

My family has a house here in the Pines and had frequented the restaurant that was in this space for many years. We heard that the restaurant changed their name, but that Sue was someone who had worked there. When we ordered, and then went to pick up our order, it seemed similar, until we got home and realized our order was wrong. One part of our order was for the shrimp tempura, but we had been given the sushi of shrimp tempura. After calling, we went back up to pick up the correct order. While the guy who answered the call both times admitted he had made a mistake, he ended up charging us for the correct order, even after the mistake, and having had to drive back up to pick up the correct order. This was definitely not what we expected. When we arrived back home, the rest of the food was not as warm, and was not as tasty as the restaurant used to be. Hoping that they just have a few things to work out and get back up to where the last restaurant was before the name and employees changed over. Fingers crossed... read more

I was excited to try this place, because it's the only Chinese place that offers DoorDash in my area and I thought maybe I'd have a new go-to Chinese place. When my food arrived, my steamed dumplings smelled like dirty diapers. My daughter could smell them from across the room when I opened them up. I thought I'd try just one. I couldn't stomach it, gagged and had to spit it out because it tasted so bad. For some reason after seeing this my daughter wanted to try one too and same result, in the trash they went. The shrimp fried rice was an odd color and tasted awful. In the trash they went. Sweet and sour chicken was okay. Shrimp lo mein wasn't awful, but didn't taste right. The egg roll was awful, the other 3 we ordered went in the trash. The one shrimp roll tasted awful also, I couldn't stand to finish it, it too went into the trash. read more

NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS BUG BREEDING RESTAURANT! Bugs in your food, they have that! Molded meat, they have that! Bad customer service, yes they have that too. I have friends who deliver food here that tell me how nasty and full of bugs this place is and I never believed it. I have friends who have told me that they have found bugs and molded meat and I still didn't believe it. Until I saw it with my own eyes. So disgusting and unsanitary!!! Don't waste your time trying to get a refund after you find bugs or molded meat. They won't give you a full refund unless you return all the food you ordered. So if you've already eaten some, you won't get a full refund. Save yourself the trouble and just don't eat here. I don't like giving bad reviews but this place truly deserves it!!! read more

My normal Chinese restaurant was closed so figured I try Sue's. What a mistake! Got the vegetable Pad Tai. Horrible! Worst I have ever had. Don't know what they did but there was like 6 pieces of vegetables and the noodles where pink, tasted like ..it. Ate like 4 fork fulls and threw the rest out. Don't waste your money. Placed a to-go order. Spicy tuna rolls where warm, rubbery ,and dry tasted as if they where a couple days old. Ordered Vegetable Tempura appetizer and got a Shrimp Tempura roll instead. The male that was taking my orders rushed me through my order as if i was bothering him. The beef and broccoli had no flavor and was cold. When I called back to let them know that my order was messed up again the attitude was there and was not offered any compensation until i mentioned it. Rule 101 when packing ToGo food cold on the bottom and hot on top... because why... heat rises! Seems very obvious but to the gentleman Summer this was a huge shock! Called to speak to a manager but Summer decided it was better to hang up on me than deal with the situation of letting hot food rise up to sashimi/ aka raw fish... Disgusting! Mind you this was a delivery, so just think how long my raw fish was sitting there for! Summer demanded that I "bring his food back" and I would get a refund. I again explained that it was a delivery and that I do not drive so he was welcome to come to my apt and pick it up, His choice was to hang up on me again! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW read more

While we were eating here the customer behind me informed the waitress that there was a fly in his food. We literally watched the waitress take the food away scoop the fly out and bring the same plate of food back. The people behind us of course saw the same thing and immediately rejected it. I'm not sure if they charged them for the bug ridden food or not. In my opinion the health department should get involved. read more

When I order food and make the short drive from Ocean City it's always ready by the time I get there. My order is always correct and the person at the stand up front is nice. Their egg rolls, fried pork dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, and sushi are delicious. Sushi is always fresh. I recommend the hot dragon roll. Just stopped here for a quick dinner and it was horrible. My boyfriend had the General Tso combination plate - chicken was dry, egg roll was cold and tasted like a buffet egg roll. I had the dinner sushi deal (3-6-piece rolls for $14.99). Sushi was pretty good but they charged $0.75 for spicy mayo and didn't let us know beforehand. Really? And on top of that, I had to get it myself because our waiter was busy eating dinner. Additionally, while asking for the check, our waiter (who was basically absent the entire meal) was chewing food. Not cool. The only redeeming quality of this place is the adorable big-headed fish in the fish tank. read more
