I did not know this. There is nothing on the WEB SITE to inform anyone, including myself, that the retail shop was closed. I love baking my own bread. Absolutely love it. For those unable to decide, they also produce a home blended variety, honey, which is a mixup of all the end runs of all the other honeys and generally pretty palatable. All the honeys are left raw, and unfiltered so you get the maximum benefits. And of course, because this is actual natural raw honey, it may crystallize if stored for a long time. But it's still good nonetheless, and if you're really particular about having it more clear, just warm it up a few seconds in the microwave. Buy local, eat local.

I was one of her earlier customers when she first started off selling for Covid relief and it was just the OG pudding. She got CRAZY BUSY but is still very quick to answering any questions or inquiries. I honestly need to shine light on her customer service. My husband loves and I mean LOVESS her strawberry shortcake pudding. The one downer was that the jars were TOO SMALL cause he would devour them within 5 mins of pick up. For his birthday I wanted to get him a GIANT strawberry shortcake pudding. Knowing that it would be tricky I threw the idea to Angeline to see if she would be willing to make a customized order and she said YES in a heartbeat! I was so happy and my hubs was even HAPPIER. Not a lot of places would take on what I wanted so I honestly could not have been happier! I attached the giant pudding in the photos :). OKAY on to the pudding themselves. I was lucky enough to be able to try a variety of flavors but our favorite is the OG and of course strawberry shortcake pudding. All the other flavors are BOMBBBBB but those are our #1s. I've tried the Nutella, Oreo, matcha. Etc just to name a few and honestly they are all so scrumptious that it makes you crawl back for more. All the puddings have the perfect about of sweetness so you can literally eat the entire jar in one sitting while not feeling guilty cause THERES FRUIT IN THERE OKAY! Lol. The layers of vanilla wafers in the middle gives it a PERFECT small crunch and texture needed to balance the creaminess of the bananas/pudding. If you leave the pudding a little longer the wafers become softer into almost a cake like texture which is also bomb because it's like a tiny layer of vanilla cake...*drools* Writing this is making me want some OMGAAHH . It's so hard to find a solid banana pudding and they got it down ! I wouldn't recommend getting it anywhere else and honestly it's also HARD to find anything like this in any local bakery with the same quality. Angeline is a perfectionist because these banana puddings are a 10/10. Highly recommend. SUPER FAN. must try! :)
