As my nails progressed she made one crooked. I asked to fix and she just filed it down. After that she then started to rush and cut me very bad. Then cut me again on another nail. She did one coat of polish and another of clear. She left acrylic on my finger and my nails aren't even. I asked for not coffin and I walked out with coffin. I went in on a Sunday morning just after they opened. I wasn't rushed till shortly after another lady came in and wanted a full set. I was just getting a gel manicure. I was frustrated because of being rushed due to there not being a lot of people working. But a day later my nails are already chipping. I don't live in the area and will not go back here because of being rushed and nails chipping after barely after a day. I always start with 5 stars. I went in for a gel manicure. Price was $21. I walked in and they were able to start right away which was nice. The water that I was to soak my fingers in was ice cold. The tools she used were not out of a sanitized baggy so that was very iffy. When I asked about the bubbles on my nail polish she tried to tell me that was just my nail and when I persisted she changed it. They started talking to the others working I could only imagine it was about me. She then massaged my right hand with the cuticle oil then the left hand with lotion. It was a pretty sloppy paint job. Horrible service the older lady who did my pedicure gave me a 10 minute "massage" while she yelled and complained about her day to her co-workers. I'm a therapist I pick up all non verbals. I asked her to stop she did not listen, asked her to cut my nails did not listen. I figured maybe she didn't understand the language she did she was just angry about who knows what. So I finally told her she didn't have to do it if she didn't want to since she seemed so upset. I went in last minute for a full set and they were happily to seat me without hesitation. Normally most shops would tell me to make an appointment for the next day. I got a full set coffin nails manicure and it turned out so nice and for an extremely good price! It was only $22.00. I had coffin shaped acrylics done with a gel color and a cascading glitter top coat. I really love the way they turned out and received many compliments on them already. I also got a spa pedicure with the same gel color and ended my visit with an eyebrow wax. Vivian was very friendly and professional. So my nails have been bending very easily and while playing with my son my pinky nail cracked. I went back today to see if they could save it from breaking completely off and add some acrylic so it would look normal and be the same length as my other nails. Honestly I don't even know where to start. I have been coming here since last summer and never had an issue but I never felt so unvalued as a customer! My sister-in-law and I showed up around 1 pm and it was pretty empty we both got helped within 5 mins however when (clearly a regular) customer walks in they stopped working on my sister just to work on her and it has happened before where they flop back and forth but no they completely ignored my sister for about 45 minutes. I asked if she had an appointment and apparently she did but I'm not convinced they seemed all too surprised when she walked in and had no idea what she needed! My personal experience was worse, almost all my fingers were cut and when it came down to design I asked for a simple v-shaped French tip. To my surprise that is considered a design which required an extra $10 charge!? I've gone to plenty of salons and they do this no problem. So I declined and said I'd do a nude color instead and she still continued to do the v- French tip after I clearly told her I changed my mind. I stoped her In the middle of one nail and reminded her I had changed my mind she nodded and began to paint my whole Nail white!? Again I told her I wanted nude (skin color) I said and finally she understood. When it came time to pay she didn't inform me of the price and rudely asked how much I was going to tip I asked how much my total was without tip and she raised her voice at me I couldn't believe this after all the mistakes she made! Still she had the nerve to toss the receipt to me and walk way! My sister-in-law still getting ignored finally began to get worked on by my nail lady after her original lady ignored her again for a pedicure customer who walked in Long after we did.
