This is a fantastic restaurant and it seems to be getting better known and busier every time I go there. Due to their creations, it is a great place for kids if you let your kids eat that much sugar. Outstanding food! Best strawberry crepes I have ever had. Service is improving, in fact perfect today. I see that some had complaints about that before. They must have figured it out. While ordering drinks, the server told us they would take longer than our meals (a water, orange juice, and chocolate milk) because the barista had a lot of orders ahead of us. She was not helpful in explaining the menu (items like house pancakes next to a picture of pancakes with fruit and chocolate/ Nutella syrup- just wanted clarification on what was on it since the menu has no description.) Our food came out at different times with our toddlers being last. We had to ask for his pancakes multiple times. This place has a cute decor and some very cool looking drinks. However, it just feels that they are not organized at all. For instance, you don't get an assigned server. It's a family business so you get served by multiple staffs. They don't give you water until you ask. And they get water from a large glass jar by the front door with a scoop. Like how you get soup from Mariano's. Our check has an extra item on it which we did not order. They have an open kitchen design but the exhaust system doesn't work very well. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed. It smelled quite greasy inside. Their menu does not offer much description on the items they offer. The restaurant is Latino owned and most of their food comes with a latino kick. That's just a personal preference but that's a taste I'm not into. All of their food has great presentation though. Came here for a Sunday girls brunch Food and drink came out at good times. There wasn't a long wait to order and no missing items. I ordered avocado and jack cheese omelette and the avocados had 80% grey/black spots so I just had a cheese omelette. Very sad that the quality is not up to par. Sadly when getting up to leave , we expressed how disappointed we were having our young kids 3:6 wait over an hour for nothing and all they could argue is they don't have the staffing to keep up... but again remember 3 total tables when we arrived - not crowded.Instead of the owner offering to make the shakes before we left he was rude and kept saying thank you goodbye. First let me tell you about the decor - cute, surely a woman's touch, bright, everything appears to be brand new - chairs, tables, decorations. Various seating options. Now, the rest: you can't read the (plastic) menu prices, seriously. The colors they chose were not good and I'm trying to be nice here. If you can read them (by some miracle), you'll see that the prices between the items really don't make sense. 8:15am Saturday morning - the place is empty! (red flag) All the staff (pleasant) we encountered seem like they had never worked in a restaurant before. They served warm water, no ice. No butter served with the pancakes. The syrup container (a bottle with a wire snap lid) was just about the worst you can imagine - you WILL get sticky fingers; I can't imagine how small children will handle it. There were other things - I should have written them down. At the end, the only thought on my mind was that someone experienced in the restaurant business could help these guys out immensely. There's potential there if the owner(s) can just figure it out. I wish them well. read more

We were there for a child's birthday, gifts and everything, and they still didn't do the special birthday stuff on their shakes that they did for a different table. Table of 4 and every single item came out at very different times. We could not even eat together. The food was marginal. The service was horrible. This place is very disorganized. Our food was served in stages. Every single item we ordered was served separately with a significant wait time between each delivery to our table. Two in our party were almost done eating before the other two were served. When we were ready to leave, we were told to remember our table number and tell the cashier at which table we were seated. I was so looking forward to coming here, but unfortunately was let down. We came in last Sunday. Not too busy. Was seated at a table that wasn't cleaned. Looked like someone spilled bread crumbs and salt on the table. The hostess apologized and wiped it down. Next, the menu is hard to read. The pictures are hard to see and it's just organized weird to me. Because of this I missed out that they had omelets, but it was pointed out to me. I didn't see where I could have a "build your own" omelet. That meant I couldn't get a sausage omelet, which is my usual go to meal to determine if I'll like the place. I was told they don't have sausage. Oh well, I tried the meat skillet, which seemed to have sausage in it??? Okay. Next was the coffee. Ordered my usual cup of joe and proceeded to wait a while before it arrived. I go through 3 cups of coffee while at breakfast. I barely managed to get in two. I had empty cups for my coffee and water sitting at the edge of the table, which usually indicates I need them filled. Waited 10 minutes, no dice. Ended up asking the hostess for coffee. Which unfortunately was filled from a pot of coffee that I saw sitting on the counter, so it was not hot. It was barely warm. We ordered pancakes with NO syrup and lots of butter. The waiter brought two of those little tubs of butter like you get from Cracker Barrel. Two? For three pancakes? When we asked for more, he brought syrup? Just a lot of misses before I got in my coffee intake to make this an enjoyable visit. Did I mention the price? $30 for breakfast. Kinda pricey considering what we got (Pancakes, side of bacon, meat skillet, cup of coffee and a can of Diet Coke) Probably won't be going back as this was a destination breakfast for us. read more

We were only given two waters for four people. No napkins. No apologies were made. Only excuses.
