Best donuts in the west valley! Fluffy, perfectly dipped, covered in glaze... Nothing I hate more than a dry donut that leaves a greasy aftertaste. Sugar N spice has somehow created these magnificent donuts that don't fall in either of those categories. They are perfect. These donuts remind me of a famous bakery from my home state and keep me coming back for more. I'm dying to their croissants & the cheese danish. Staff is friendly and they also offer breakfast burritos, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, & boba. This is your one stop shop. Definitely check them out!!

First of all, I want to give a huge thank you to Jules for making these gender reveal cupcakes for my family. I'm allergic to dairy and she was amazing enough to make these delicious cupcakes with a dairy free milk so I didn't get a tummyache. We got one dozen cupcakes, and she was able to decorate and fill them with the color of our babies gender. These cupcakes along with being beautiful were super tasty. They were moist and fluffy. They were big, not small or even average size like a lot of cupcakes you get at small bakeries. If you have a special occasion, please stop in and tell your Vision to Jules. She will make your day special and sweet.

I met a friend here and it was OK! Coffee was pretty good. I just had a black coffee and added my own things I like in there. My friend said she visits this place frequently. They have a lot of different options other than just coffee and pastries. You can get breakfast sandwiches and I believe there was some donuts and croissants or something like that in there. It definitely was a place where older people get together and chitchat, order their drinks and or food. It's not a big place, but roomy enough to grab a seat and hang out if you didn't want to walk in and just go. We were the youngest in there talking and the only people of color I saw come in within a span of 3 1/2 hours. I'd probably go back if I was on that side of town. I like trying new places. The customer service was good. They were nice and hospitable. Answered our questions and were very patient.

I've become slightly addicted to Vietnamese coffee. Now that I've moved to the Goodyear area finding a good coffee shop that made this coffee became my top priority. In comes Sugar and Spice to save the day!!!! The coffee shop is located in a small shop surrounded by other venues like medical centers and salons. Parking depending on when you arrive can be a bit hectic so mentally prepare yourself to drive around the loop for a minute to grab a parking spot as the complex gets busy at times. Don't worry though when you enter the coffee house and are greeted by employee smiles and see the doughnuts perfectly arranged for your viewing pleasure none of that matters. Now I only grabbed my coffee here but the first sip commanded I close my eyes, breathe in slowly and appreciate my barista.

This morning my daughter and I figured we would let mom sleep and surprise her with some donuts. In steps Sugar N Spice. Tucked away in a parking lot near the high school and pretty hidden you'll find some delicious donuts. The display is beautiful with donuts if all shapes and colors!! A dozen was around $11 but I just went with 4 and a croissant. I had the ham, cheese, jalapeño croissant and it was very good! Flaky croissant outside plenty of meat and cheese inside and just a little kick from the jalapeños. I got a maple bar, Apple fritter, raspberry filled, and an Oreo donut. The donuts are light and the glaze is sweet but not overpowering. They have a lot of specialty donuts and definitely worth looking into. I also had an Americano which was flavored perfectly and my wife had a Vietnamese coffee that was a little sweet, but right up her alley. Great hidden donut spot!!

This place has such a variety! Everything looked great . They even have a coffee drink menu where I ordered a Vietnamese Coffee and it was everything I was missing in life . They had muffins as well and I ordered a pistachio muffin. I wanted to try one of everything! Apple fritters are my most favorite, so I got two . :) Very popular and busy place . Glad I got there early .

Only ordered a bagel and a Raspberry filled pastry. For some reason, the bagel took 12 minutes to reach our hands. Everything else turned ok pretty good. We both enjoyed out smoothies for about five bucks each and once the jalapeno bagel made it past the toaster protocol, it was an above average bagel and cream cheese. Small place and small crowded parking lot.

Hopeful for beignets, but struck out! I ended up with a warm croissant stuffed with turkey and Swiss. The croissant was fluffy, nice and chewy. I washed it down with Thai tea Boba with soy milk. It was delicious! The coffee shop occupies two units. The second unit is spacious and a great place for small groups to gather and chat without feeling like you are being rushed. There were people sitting by themselves, reading a book as well. I was charmed! The servers behind the counter were friendly and hospitable! I look forward to coming back to this coffee shop.

Yes!! I'll have one. Or two!

HIDDEN GEM While on…read moremy merry way to pick up something from the print shop next door, I noticed a walk-in coffee shop. Without having huge expectations, I ordered a coffee. It was great. I went back the second time and that's where the excitement began. Instead of going in to order quickly, I took a gander around and noticed there's a whole clean, spacious, aesthetic seating area! This coffee shop is a beautiful hidden gem and I am so grateful it's in Goodyear! The coffee? 1000% better than your favorite Starbucks or Dutch Bros drink (trust me, their coffee/tea literally sparkles if your request it; and I'm not being figurative here). I didn't know I wanted my coffee to be beautiful until I came here. The choices of drinks they offer are endless--nitro, cold foam, SO many types of flavors and delicious sweeteners. Don't enjoy your coffee sweet? Cool, they'll make it "half sweet," or none at all. Go ahead and customize your drink; they're experts. The atmosphere? Spacious and calm enough to bring your work from home materials to a table in the lobby / have a friendly conversation at one of the comfortable seating arrangements. The employees? Everyone from the back of the house staff (cooks, coffee gurus, etc.) to the customer service at the front desk are obviously happy to work there; they're friendly and great at their jobs. Lastly--not that this is even required at a coffee/tea shop--but, the food is delicious. Every detail of what Enroute offers is intentional and has been carefully curated. The turkey avocado sandwich with fries is my new favorite Friday lunch treat. You can order honey mustard, ranch, or red pepper aioli dip, which is all made from scratch. You won't get frozen foods or Hidden Valley Ranch packets at this coffee/tea shop location. Only the very best. If you can't tell, I highly recommend! Thank you for the attention to detail, Enroute team. We can tell you're putting your heart into it.

This is the type of place you want to see stay and grow and it's so sad to hear that they're leaving due to an awful landlord. Their teas and speciality drinks were all amazing. You know the saying, "Make the cold brew and they will come." Ok ok maybe they don't say that, but they should. Mad Mocha is just a few steps inside and while small it does offer a bar tip with stools to sit and hang out and enjoy your coffee. If you're there to get you're nails or hair done you can take you're coffee to enjoy while you pamper yourself. I was lucky enough to talk to the owner today and she was so great. I learned they started out as a coffee truck and have been open for about four seasons. They have been in the Enclave Salon space for about six months now. I'm sure a lot of you are wondering where they get their coffee beans from; They partner with Press Coffee, another great coffee. Today I tried the Highland Hank CB, Cinnamon Swirl CB and the SF Vanilla CB. I also picked up their version of a Caramel cookie for a friend. The cold brew was so smooth, no acidity which is a score for me. They don't over do the flavoring and the real coffee taste shines through. I don't know how many sugar free options they offer as I didn't think to ask, but I do know vanilla is of course one. Service was phenomenal and I felt like I was just sitting talking to a friend. They had consistent business while I sat at the counter. Great stop. Come by and support this great local spot.
