I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. They're a beautiful mom and pop shop place that really care for their employees, kids, and community. This is the type of place you want to see stay and grow and it's so sad to hear that they're leaving due to an awful landlord. Their teas and speciality drinks were all amazing. Their cream tops are the best!! Everything is perfectly sweetened, however if you do prefer a sweeter matcha or sweeter drinks in general, I do recommend telling them. For example I usually like 75% sweet but this is considered perfect to me so take that as you will The guava matcha was so fun, I love the fruity and the matcha and that it's made with coconut water. I tried the earl gray matcha and unfortunately I have discovered I'm not an earl gray fan but I 100% see why people like it. If you love earl gray, you have to try their earl gray matcha (Tokyo Fog). It's great, I just am not a fan of earl gray unfortunately. Please give this beautiful tea house some love and support before their last day on May 30th. Ribbons is my absolute favorite business in the west Valley! They have such a wide selection of freshly-brewed teas that you can buy separately, the boba is always fresh, and the homemade desserts are always a hit! I am absolutely obsessed with anything ube they make... especially the binka bites and mochi cake. I used to live in the area so I would watch their IG to literally track when they would bake their ube mochi cake and try to be the first one at the door. They recently expanded their matcha menu, and all the drinks sound soooo delish! I love the strawberry matcha, but today I went for the banana matcha with oat milk. Half sweet is perfect for me, especially with the fresh banana in there because it sweetens it naturally. You can taste the fresh fruits they use in almost all their drinks, no chemicals or syrups to be found here!!! I have tried their mango matcha before and that drink is amazing as well. I love what Ribbons does for the local community as well, a staple in the Wigwam resort that has been there for years (maybe over a decade I think!), they often host community events and today they actually had some very sweet girl scouts selling cookies right up front! The space is nostalgic, it reminds me of some of the boba shops back in southeast Asia, and they have a roomy patio which we enjoyed the perfect weather at. Came here in the morning as there was a super nice farmers market. This spot had a lot of drink options from boba to tea to matcha, we decided to get the strawberry matcha as they were out of the horchata strawberry matcha. The matcha was completely lacking any sweetness and it was way too milky and did not have any matcha flavor. I was super disappointed in the matcha, I did get the ube latte and that was a lot better. If I only got that I'd rate this place a lot higher but because of how disappointing the matcha was I can't. read more

Found this place by visiting the local Saturday market across the street. When we walked in, we were amazed at all the options on how you can customize your drinks. It does take some time for your drinks as they truly steep your tea for several minutes before serving it to you (so keep that in mind). I ordered their plain black tea and the wife ordered the green lavender peach tea. The worker offered to let me smell some of the tea leaves that smelled amazing!!! Highly recommend this place. Staff here are super sweet. It's in the very corner of the strip plaza close to the dirt parking lot. It's literally a shack with one table inside and a beautiful covered patio (dog friendly). The day I visited, a Monday, I entered and it was full, but the line moved quickly. I ordered an iced peach mango tea with 3 pumps of a raspberry sweetener. I watched them make it fresh. Incredible. The lady who took my order was kind and helpful when I asked about flavored sweeteners, the other staff inside, although I had no interaction with them, they did smile and appeared were having fun, enjoying their day. My husband and I just moved over here in Litchfield Park and we've been looking for a lot of local places to enjoy and I definitely recommend this one! The girl who took my order was super nice and really friendly. She gave us some recommendations and I was not disappointed. I ordered the blueberry crumble latte and my husband got the snickerdoodle latte. Both were amazing and I was pleasantly surprised with the Ube muffin. Perfect place for a mid-day pick me up! My husband and I have wanted to try this place out for a while now. We decided to stop in right when they opened with our pup to get a tea. The inside is soo cute- I love the tile and decor. We each ordered a tea and they both were delicious. When the girl brought out our teas she saw that we had our dog with us and she got him a pup cup which was so sweet! We thank her for going above and beyond to make sure that we were all taken care of!! There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables if you want to hangout for a while and enjoy some fresh air with good company and a good drink. Absolutely loved this local tea house! It felt only right to order off their 'Customer Favorites' list and try the Abi Rose as an Abby myself. It was floral, fresh, and creamy. Family owned business. Husband is always there and loves connecting with customers which is sweet. His wife makes all the deserts and lots of ube things always available. They had a wide range of drinks for any palate to choose from and can customize any drink for you. I love that everything is made fresh! We have 5 in our home that all like different things so the hubby can get his coffee, my son a chocolate drink, my youngest a dairy free version of a chocolate drink, my middle one loves their western sky boba tea and I can get my favorite real Genmai Japanese green tea - the real kind not just matcha powder and water. After five years it's definitely time for an update! I decided to spend a few hours visiting some local spots in and around Litchfield Park and since I hadn't been to Ribbons in so long I stopped here first. I noticed the shaded patio to enjoy your drinks or maybe one of their panini's, yum! Once inside I was greeted instantly with smiles and chatter. It was awesome to be met with someone so friendly. I realized they'd moved some things around to accommodate an ordering station, there was still a table to sit, but the location is small so it only fills about four seats. Again, I hadn't been in so long I asked for some possible suggestions and told her what I liked. I am an avid cold brew drinker and I was surprised to see it on there. Of course I ordered it. This place is known for its tea. I love that they offer loose leaf for home. There are so many options. I also decided to try the iced Yuzu Tea after chatting a bit. It sounded so refreshing on this hot day. The Yuzu tea includes peach white tea with Japanese citron (Yuzu). Their drinks come with a percentage of sweetness I chose about 30% the typical starts at 25%. While my drinks were being made I continued chatting with the employee. She let me know about a record shop that had just opened, local as well which I added of my stops for the day. Once my drinks were ready I quickly tried my cold brew. The flavor was exactly as I'd asked and the cold brew was so smooth. I enjoyed it was not over acidic. I do wish it had a tad less heavy whipping cream. Other than that it was so good! My tea came out next and as described, so refreshing. It was not overly sweet and the flavor of the tea was so good! I noticed at that moment they had some yummy cake and other treats for purchase. I'll have to add that to next time. Prices are fare and I left kicking myself for letting so much time passed between visits. If you love tea and amazing service give them a try! read more

Extremely rude staff. No greeting zero customer service and did not feel welcomed at all. The food was sub par at best for the pricing and the drinks were just ok. When regular customers entered they were treated like superstars but since I wasn't a familiar face I guess I didn't deserve to be treated even decently. As a former business owner I would NEVER let my staff or myself treat any single customer the way I was treated. This place is a 10 out of 10. It's very small, but man is it good. I had the ube milk tea with boba to drink. I loved that they were able to make it 25% sweet as I don't like overly sweet drinks. It was perfect. My family and I also tried the chocolate poke cake, matcha binka, and ube binka which are like cupcakes. The chocolate poke was delicious and rich. Stumbled upon this place randomly, it's in a random inconspicuous area, super tiny. I loved this place so much! I am a Thai tea snob (worked at a Thai boba place in LA)and I love it. It's not too sweet, which a lot of places fumble on. I love their fresh brewed tea selections, and the desserts I tied (ube cheesecake bar) is super good. Driving by the area on Saturday and saw this tiny place, as we drove off I looked them up and saw all the great reviews. We literally turned right back around to try it. So happy we did! The people there are SO FRIENDLY and the gentleman behind the register was so genuine and helpful. I tried their Ube cake on a whim...oh my gosh it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I need to order a whole thing of it because one slice was not enough. I'm actually bummed they are closed today (Sunday) because I can't wait to return. We got several drinks as well, the Desert Flower, Thai Tea, and Western Sky. Took a little bit to get the drink order (and a little hectic) because it was so busy before closing time but the drinks were well worth the wait. The girls were craving a Boba drink after swimming lessons. I saw on Yelp Ribbons was highly rated and my Yelp buddy Janelle had good things to say so we decided to go for it. I actually swore my GPS was off for directions as it said it was 1 minutes away just across the street. We are always eating in the area and had never noticed this cute little shop.
