Tea lovers... this one's for you Ribbons Tea House is bringing real, loose-leaf tea to Litchfield Park, brewed fresh and steeped to perfection. I love the vibe inside and the patio outside too! The staff is SUPER chill and sweet. I kept it light and refreshing with: Hibiscus green tea Matcha Cheese panini with chips Simple, cozy, and a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality cup of tea.

Ribbons is my absolute favorite business in the west Valley! They have such a wide selection of freshly-brewed teas that you can buy separately, the boba is always fresh, and the homemade desserts are always a hit! I am absolutely obsessed with anything ube they make... especially the binka bites and mochi cake. I used to live in the area so I would watch their IG to literally track when they would bake their ube mochi cake and try to be the first one at the door. They recently expanded their matcha menu, and all the drinks sound soooo delish! I love the strawberry matcha, but today I went for the banana matcha with oat milk. Half sweet is perfect for me, especially with the fresh banana in there because it sweetens it naturally. You can taste the fresh fruits they use in almost all their drinks, no chemicals or syrups to be found here!!! I have tried their mango matcha before and that drink is amazing as well. I love what Ribbons does for the local community as well, a staple in the Wigwam resort that has been there for years (maybe over a decade I think!), they often host community events and today they actually had some very sweet girl scouts selling cookies right up front! The space is nostalgic, it reminds me of some of the boba shops back in southeast Asia, and they have a roomy patio which we enjoyed the perfect weather at. The matcha and ube binka bites were delightfully decadent, and hit the spot perfectly. I can't wait to come back!

So sad to hear that they're closing their storefront, but the business will continue as a mobile shop. I got the mango matcha, which was delicious (I thought there were going to be mango pieces at the bottom, but there weren't). My friend ordered the ube matcha that she enjoyed. I also got an ube pastry which was the perfect treat. The staff were very friendly and kind to my pup.

My strawberry matcha was very bad. The ratio is very off, matcha taste is not there, strawberry chucks but not much strawberry taste. The ube viet coffee has a much stronger and better taste.

Came here in the morning as there was a super nice farmers market. This spot had a lot of drink options from boba to tea to matcha, we decided to get the strawberry matcha as they were out of the horchata strawberry matcha. The matcha was completely lacking any sweetness and it was way too milky and did not have any matcha flavor. I was super disappointed in the matcha, I did get the ube latte and that was a lot better. If I only got that I'd rate this place a lot higher but because of how disappointing the matcha was I can't.

ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE RIBBONS They are family owned and operated! Love that first of all!! It brings a warm and inviting aspect to this shop :) We have been coming here for quite some time and every time is great!! We love talking to everyone there and enjoying our drinks and the awesome pastries that are made fresh everyday! Pastries that you don't see anywhere else too! I just encourage the community and everyone to try ribbons at least once. You won't be disappointed!

While out and about today looking for a new place to try, I stumbled upon this quaint little tea house in Litchfield by the Wigwam. It has a great variety of Delicious fresh brewed loose leaf teas, Sandwiches made to order and some delicious desserts. The ladies were so outgoing , friendly and very helpful! Definitely a must try!

Super cute family-owned coffee and tea shop, with lots of options to order! They also make their pastries and sweets in-house. I asked if they could make me a banana latte, and she made a delicious iced banana bread latte (with real banana purée!!). She also recommended her mom's Ube Cheesecake, which was out of this world! They have a nice patio to enjoy your treats, I'll definitely be back.

Wow!!!!! If I could give this place more stars I would. The drinks AMAZING! And I love you can customize the sweetness. The staff was very friendly and the owner was super nice and gave us some great suggestions. The carrot cake was soooo good that we had to go back for another slice. The cookie also top notch. The shop is not super big but there is seating outside and this place is worth the drive. We will be back soon

so good. I'm glad we found this place. place is very small but always busy, which is a good thing because that only means they sell good stuff here.

I cannot believe this magical tea house has been in the west valley for 8 years and I'm barely finding out about it now! They have everything you could ever want! Tea, boba, coffee, smoothies, and wonderful pastries like the cheese cake that absolutely blew me away! The staff were also extremely kind and inviting and really informative which I appreciate as a first time customer! It's easy to say that I'll be raving about this tea house for a very long time! What we ordered *Yuzu tea 5 *Rasberry tea *Mango Strawberry Smoothie 5 *Japanese Cotton Cheesecake 500 Something to keep in mind is that there is only one table on the inside of tea house so if you plan to stay your only option is the patio.

Being able to fully customize your boba or other drinks exactly how you want them (sweetness level, ice level, toppings, etc.) makes the whole experience feel modern and convenient. I honestly wish more spots would adopt this setup! The ambience was another big plus. The space felt clean, trendy, and super inviting -- definitely a place you'd want to hang out in for a bit. It had that chill vibe that makes grabbing a drink feel like a mini escape. That said, my drink ended up being a little bland. I customized it, so maybe I should've adjusted the sweetness level differently, but it just didn't hit the flavor/creaminess I was expecting. I was also a little disappointed that they don't offer sugar-free options or alternative sweeteners. Having choices like sugar substitutes or even something like coconut whip would make it more inclusive for people who are watching their sugar intake or prefer dairy-free alternatives. I also waited a bit longer than anticipated, and I didn't receive any notification through the Toast Local app when my drink was ready, which would've made the pickup smoother. It is also a bit on the pricey side, especially considering the portion and flavor. Still, I really appreciate the self-order system and the customizable options. With a bit more flavor and smoother notification timing, this place would be top-tier. I'd probably give it another shot -- and tweak my order next time!

When we got to the shop, the line was extremely long which I saw as a really good sign. Unfortunately for me, it was not. The service was extremely nice, a smidge slow but that was pretty understandable due to the line and also due to the many to go orders being placed ahead of time. I did notice with the to go orders that there wasnt as many drinks being picked up...this might be a coffee shop that is known for their food more than their drinks (unique). The sitting inside was limited and a little squashed, the shop itself is pretty small. If you have any form of anxiety...dont go anywhere near Enroute, I almost left multiple times without my drink because of it. I ordered the Large Honey Pistachio Latte with Oatmilk (a common drink I have ordered from other shops and have loved) it was about $10 and my mom ordered a herbal iced tea with cherry in it, the tea was okay but nothing spectacular. The lack of tea choices was a little shocking due to the fact that the name of the shop promotes that it is a Tea House. We spent a little over $17, Scottsdale can be expensive and I have bought a lot of coffee from Scottsdale..and I will argue that this is one of the most expensive drinks I have gotten especially when comparing size and quality. I didn't really like my drink at all, and had a hard time chugging it down. I personally probably will not becoming back...that being said, there is obviously something within the shop that has made it extremely popular. My guess is the hot food options available, if you were to decide to try this shop... I would recommend either reaching out to someone who.loves this shop or checking into those items specifically.
