So glad we stopped! We purchased a smoothie and a loaf of banana mochi bread. Both were great! Friendly, quick service too!

I had been planning this destination wedding from California and it was not easy choosing vendors blindly without ever trying the food! But the food looked great on their IG page and after communicating with Mark, he definitely knew what he was doing. He gave me some recommendations since I wanted a Hawaiian-Filipino theme. The bbq skewers, bistek, pancit, macaroni salad + poke station and more was all soooo good. They were still good the next day after being slightly hungover. Mahalo to Mark and his team! I recommend their catering to anyone.

Would fly him to Los Angeles or Cleveland (home) to cater a special event.

She spent time curating a meal that met our dietary restrictions (one family member is GF, dairy free, and sugar free), while maintaining delicious flavors and not making some feel left out of the experience. She also had wines picked out to match our meal and preferences. Every bite was yummy and enjoyed by all! She even prepared a special kids meal and kept the younger family members entertained with kid friendly foods and activities (like helping roll out the dinner rolls), we loved this special event, and will remember it forever! We've traveled to all the Hawaiian Islands and have sampled each island's best restaurants, but I can honestly say my entire group agreed that the meal Patrick created for our celebratory gathering was undoubtedly the absolute best. The sashimi dishes were the freshest and most flavorful I've had- on par with the best Japanese restaurants we've experienced (and we've been to Japan). His salads were fresh, light, and creative, as were his side dishes. And his desserts were top-notch. Each course flowed beautifully into another, and every bite was delicious. We truly appreciated how much care Patrick dedicates to his craft- the quality and thought Patrick puts into sourcing ingredients is evident in the taste, flavor, and depth of his dishes. The service was also impeccable. Our house was left spotless, and his wife was absolutely charming. I would not hesitate to recommend them again. Thank you, Patrick, for all of the hard work and love you put into your dishes! Outstanding job!
