The service is good and drinks are always consistent. I've tried the butter cookie Chai and it's my go to drink here. It's very sweet but it also has the perfect amount of chai. Not too strong that it over powers the cookie crumble soft top. I've also tried their lavender matcha. The matcha tastes really good although I did feel like the lavender soft top over powered the flavor. I tried the coco puffs coffee but I did feel like their cold brew was a bit too bitter for my taste. It did taste similar to the Disneyland one so I'm sure others will enjoy it. Underwhelming. Chocolate Brownie: a large square with chocolate chips and chocolate icing. Dry and crumbly. Passable Raspberry Cupcake: thin white flour texture overall, with one raspberry. Poor Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie: large with a chewy center. Good with milk. Coffee from La Marzocco machine: good clean flavor. Chai Tea: good with many pastries and not too sweet. I drove 50 minutes from my home to try their treats as I've been watching their IG for awhile now. While the parking lot is small, there's street parking available on the left side of the building. The place is cutely decorated however numerous tables were dirty upon us getting there. I ordered an Oreo cupcake, regular brownie, Dubai brownie, OG cinnamon roll, and pecan cinnamon roll as I LOVE cinnamon rolls. I also ordered a vanilla iced latte and a cookie butter latte, hot. I spent 55.00 on these items- Ouch! I originally had the Dubai strawberry cup on there but took it off when I saw it was 17.00 (that price seems steep for what you get!). They also charge a 3% fee if you use a card -_- After placing my order, I took a seat, opened my box and noticed the "regular" brownie had Oreo cookies. Hmmm, weird and not the one I thought I was getting. I went up with my box and asked the girl if the regular brownie had Oreo cookies on top and she said that's the cookies and cream one, which was in fact, not what I ordered. So she took the box, took out the cookies and cream brownie, looked like she put it back with the other cookies and cream brownies, and then gave me the regular brownie. Ummm, forgive me, but that's not really sanitary. Normally businesses let customers keep the item they wrongfully gave and give the correct one cuz customers have already left their sight with it and businesses throw it away anyways. Doesn't seem to be the case here! The Dubai brownie was good. The OG cinnamon roll I wasn't a fan of truthfully. I found it to be dry and the texture of the dough was more like bread/ cake to me. Not sure how the cinnamon roll became "viral". Unable to say anything about the other good yet, haven't tried the other goods as they're for my daughter. Coffee wasn't anything to write home about. They took my order and accommodated me on such short notice. I can say it was 1000% worth every penny. I ordered an 8" cake for my moms birthday. Just done with this place! A few years ago, got stale, old cupcakes that the owner offered to replace if I returned THAT day to her shop with the cupcakes. I live 30 minutes away and wasn't going to do an hour round trip to get replacement cupcakes. No offer for a refund or to replace them next time I was in Redlands. I vowed to never return, but changed my mind chalking it up to a bad day and maybe she was having a stressful time of it. And now we have today. Again, cupcakes that are plainly not fresh. No flipping way. You can hear me tapping on the cream cheese frosting on one of them. Not even going to try to contact the store, just head somewhere else.
