    Chocolate Kit Kat cupcake

Really wanted to love this place, but the desserts just weren't good. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and the staff were so friendly! They offered suggestions, and we decided to go with their cupcakes. The place is so cute inside, and they have tables to sit inside. The Kit Kat cupcake we tried was not good. The cake was very dry. The frosting was good, but the Kit Kat was so stale. unfortunately they had sprinkled the Kit Kat over the frosting, so the bites of frosting were covered in stale Kit Kat.

I have been dying to try this coffee shop for the longest and finally was able to and they did not disappoint! The ambiance is so pretty, the coffee and pastries are amazing, and the service is great! Will definitely be returning :)

I have been wanting to come here for a cool minute finally came and it was worth the wait! So many options so I will be coming back to try everything else. The young lady that helped us was super nice and welcoming. The pastries we got were great! The location is so cute! Music was dope. I loved it all!

Very cute place with friendly cashier. First time trying this place out and really wanted to love it. Pros were that the cupcakes were great, moist, and not overly sweet. The boxes and super cute which match the business ambiance. Cons: the display case has very few labels to figure out what each pastry was; I kindly and politely told the young lady behind the case helping me that "it would be helpful if there were more labels to know what each thing was" and she immediately rolled her eyes and then her mood changed with me. As a first time customer, it was awkward for me to now be dealing with this attitude, especially because the pastries are not cheap. Also, I was disappointed that they don't serve any drip coffee because they promote their business with "coffee" Signs. Otherwise, I hope this business continues to thrive and I may come back to try other things at a later time. Hopefully with less attitude when offered a kind and genuine recommendation.

I stopped into Sugarbloom Cakery & Coffee in Redlands and left wondering why I didn't buy a second slice of banana cake for later. The cake was insanely delicious and easily the highlight of the visit, the kind of dessert that has you thinking about it again days later. The coffee was excellent as well and paired perfectly with the sweetness of the cake. The team was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel warm and inviting. I also loved the interior, which is bright and whimsical without crossing into the overly themed territory that some bakeries seem to aim for. Everything else about the visit was great, but honestly, I would come back for the banana cake alone and happily consider the coffee and atmosphere an added bonus.

    Oatmeal "Whoopie pie"

Super cute bakery with a wide variety of coffees and teas and lots of different creative baked goods. I had their spin on a whoopie pie made with oatmeal cookies and whipped cream with fresh strawberries and a bishoff cookie. I had the cookie 2 days later and it was still good! Only suggestion I have is putting little signs in front of each baked item so we know what it is and can make a decision prior to ordering to speed up the process.

This was my first time coming into SugarBloom Cakery and the place is super cute. The ambiance is charming and welcoming, and it immediately felt like a fun spot to stop for a treat. We tried the chocolate raspberry cupcake, and it had strawberry preserves inside, which was such a delicious surprise. Honestly, it was so good it kind of blew me away. I also ordered a cold brew and had them sweeten it for me. The coffee itself was good, but the only downside was that they charge extra for the syrup and the milk. That was a little "meh" for me because I'm not really used to paying extra for those add-ins, especially since I'm spoiled by my Panera Sip Club. One thing I absolutely loved though was the packaging. The box the cupcake came in and the little bags they had were so cute. They honestly felt gift-worthy, like you could easily grab something here and bring it to someone as a present. The service was really good and the overall vibe of the shop is adorable. They also offer tastings for weddings or events, which I thought was cool. I believe it was around $75 for two people and included a few different flavor samples. Overall, it's a really cute spot and I would definitely come back for the sweets. The cupcake alone was worth it. I'd probably skip the coffee next time just to avoid the upcharges, but still a solid four stars

I contacted Sugarbloom to create a cake for an 8th birthday - daytime "slumber party" theme. The picture I gave them was an AI generated photo, and they did an unbelievable job! Of course when I was getting the cake I picked up a cookie and coffee also, obviously. 10/10!

The best cinnamon rolls ever!! I recently placed an order for baby shower desserts. The cookies and rice krispy treats were beautiful and tasty. I received alot of compliments how beautifully decorated they were. Great communication and order went smoothly.

The owner of Sugarbloom made my wedding cake and it was just truly amazing. It was one of the best tasting cakes I've ever had, and it was vegan to boot. My daughter has an egg allergy and so I wanted all food served at the wedding to be egg free so she could enjoy the food and cake as well. Sugarbloom offers vegan wedding cakes, so we did the cake tasting and fell in love with the vanilla berry buttercream vegan cake. We decided to look no further and booked the wedding cake with Sugarbloom same day. The cake was decorated beautifully and was so moist and rich in flavor. I was initially afraid to get a vegan cake because I was afraid It would be dry or just not that flavorful due to the lack of butter and milk, but oh my gosh! This cake was just amazing. I loved the frosting so much! I could just eat that by itself. All of my guests also praised the cake and had such wonderful things to say about it, and daughter cleaned her plate lol. It was one of the highlights of my wedding. The owner also went above and beyond with delivery. Thank you so much for making our wedding that much more special. Highly recommend this bakery.

I got to discover this bakery through JogDawgs! I got here an hour early before the run just for me to check out the place, and wow it blew me away! As soon as you step inside, you'll be swept up with pastel colors and a genuine, sincere effort put into the space that invites friendly conversations to blossom over sweet pastries and drinks. All the pastries made me salivate, because of how freshly baked they were and the variety they offered. I've been told the churro cake is the most popular, and they were sold out by the time I got there. The next time, I hope to get the churro cake. In seeking to support the local business through JogDawgs and get some sweets for friends who are studying for their finals I got the following based on the staff's recommendations: **Brownie **Strawberry croissant **Strawberry shortcake cupcake **Green apple and pumpkin maple maracons I marveled at how shiny and beautiful the pastries were! They were equally delicious and I can tell the staff seeks to provide the best experience for each customer. Thank you all for the work you do, and God bless you all.

We found this place on our way to rancho . It's a a little cute place to have coffee and a treat with your girlfriends. We got there a little after 3pm and the baked goods were almost out. If we're ever in the area again I would stop by again.

    Camille H.

It's ridiculously cute in here! Staff greeted us when we arrived and helped us decide what to order since everything looked so good! The cookie butter chai was really good and I've never seen that offered anywhere else. I tried the Mil Hojas and it was light and flaky and just the right amount of sweet. My friend got the cinnamon roll and it was classic, delicious cinnamon roll.

Also got a pecan popcorn bag and some white chocolate over honeycomb. Everything tasted like it was from the 10-day old bakery. All the cookies were stale, hard, and lacked flavor. The popcorn was chewy and also lacked flavor. The white chocolate honeycomb was hard and just not good. Every item we bought couldn't be finished because it was stale and just plain unappetizing. We ended up throwing everything out. So disappointing. Had to go to Cookie Crumble to satisfy the craving. Was trying to keep it local without going to a chain, but there was no comparison. Do better Village Candy. We want to support our local businesses but the quality has to be there.

I hadn't been in a few months, and decided to drop in this morning to eat, have coffee and edit photos on my laptop. During the several hours there, I got to overhear exchanges between customers and staff. The morning shift boys were young, but friendly. Let me tell you, once the day shift crew came on, the energy shifted. Andy, I HIGHLY recommend you replace the tall, thin guy with the glasses. The whole time he was there, he acted as if he didn't want to be there. He was rude, stand offish, and completely disregarded customers. As soon as he BLATANTLY ignored a female customer who was trying to have a conversation with him but gave attention to her male counterpart, I was over it. Listen, I get it, he might have not wanted to entertain someone's story. But customer service means to acknowledge the customer and treat them with respect. I can't even count the amount of times I've divulged in conversation with people I didn't want to, but I still treated them like a human. The woman was visibility upset about how off putting he was. I packed my things, went over to the woman and told her feelings were valid because he had been dismissive towards others ever since he came in. I know you're not going to care about my review, I know you're not going to lose much money if I never come back. But people need to aware what kind of employees are here. As for the food and coffee - The ingredients no longer taste fresh on the breakfast pizza. It tastes cheap and rushed. The iced vanilla latte I had was mid at best, I forced myself to finish it. Which is disappointing because I have loved both for years. I think the young boys need some better training on how to make coffee, but at least they were personable. The young guy with long curly hair - keep up that positive energy. You're gonna go somewhere. Highly recommend bringing Quay back full time, maybe make him a manager or part owner because every time I've been there and he's makes the pizzas, everything is He's a staple, and is clearly loved by all the customers who were happy to see him when he walked in. Also, maybe put the birch back on the empty corner wall, looks like someone ripped it off and it looks bad.
