We discovered this place driving around looking for breakfast. The food was excellent and plenty. The staff is friendly and attentive. Seems to be a very nice family who works together. Clean and quiet atmosphere. When we are there there seems to be a steady stream of customers and some regulars. It's a distance from us however if we are in neighborhood we definitely go! Very clean diner located in a strip mall. The bathroom was well stocked led and clean. We were there in between the breakfast and lunch crowd, so it was quiet, with one wait person and one cook visible. I ordered a breakfast plate with two eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. It was around $10 and the portions were huge- 4 slices of bacon, 2 pieces of toast , a huge amount of hash browns and large eggs, scrambled. Everything was tasty and hot and even though I shared with a 2 1/2 year old child, we couldn't finish. Coffee was good and overall, a really good meal. read more

We stopped in for breakfast after dropping my truck off at Mr. Muffler. We came in during a Thursday morning so it would relatively quiet with a few seniors hanging out. The place is a small mom and pop joint with tables, booths, and a counter bar to eat at. Son #1 and myself chose to order pancakes (his were chocolate chip), hashbrowns, eggs, and sausage. Everything was spot on. Portions were huge and food was great. The waitress (which I assume was the owner) was personable, attentive, and knew the menu. I tried ordering several different sides with my pancakes and she told me I could get a specific dish that covered all that without spending the extra money as sides. The cost was under $8 per dish for all of us. Very happy and will definitely be stopping in more often. read more

Best Coney Island I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Try their chicken Greek salad the homemade Greek dressing is amazing. The pita sandwich's never disappoint here. The portions are large so you won't leave hungry and the service is always prompt and on point. read more

This place was not the greatest. The tables were dirty and the place could be updated. It was located in a simple strip mall. There wasn't anything substantial about it that made it terrible or good. Average service and mediocre cleanliness. Average prices for the area. I had French toast which was okay. I can't say I will be back anytime soon. Given how many options are in the area for sit down dinner food. I would call it a step up from fast food. read more

Food was really delish! Usually chicken kabobs at other Coney places is dry and tasteless, but their chicken was the opposite completely! Double cheese burger was more than filling and juicy!! && chicken pita was. A large portion for the price you pay! Super clean and friendly workers in there. Lots of choices to choose from. Lots of food for cheap. Very good lemon rice soup. Fast service. Have done carry out from there also. A little busy around 1130-1230 but that is expected but still faster than most places. Never had a bad meal there. read more

Great Coney Island, with some great HOME MADE specials, gotta get there early sometimes before they run out though (Spinach Pie, ...delicious). My favorite thing is the Chicken Greek Salad, chicken still steaming as it arrives at table. Very rarely do we change what we get and they know as soon as we walk in the door what we're drinking and eating. We tried this place a few years ago for lunch and stuff wasn't so hot ... but recently we gave it another shot and it has greatly improved!! Omelettes were a really decent size and the girl taking care of us was really attentive and a sweet lady. When we pass through Sterling heights again more than likely we'll stop in again. read more

The owner refused to serve me and my friend because I told him he needs to keep the air conditioning on when its hot outside instead of turning it off to save a few pennies. A couple came in to eat and when they found out the owner had turned off the air conditioning they left and went elsewhere to eat. They said they would never be back. This new owner will close early especially on Saturdays. They suppose to be open until 8.00 but will close at 3.00pm. A lot of the regular customers who used to come here when the previous owner had it have quit coming due to the bad attitude of this new owner. I've seen these customers at other restaurants and they have said they quit going to this place because the service and food is not as good as when the previous owner had it. The owner has been heard calling the waitress lazy and stupid in front of customers. This new owner doesn't make you feel welcome like the previous owner. read more
