I told them I just happened to replace it a few months ago for my normal service. These don't break. Front and passenger do. Prove it show some pictures. None were provided. Went home and inspected. It's fine. Then they tried to charge me for an inspection. Not needed. Then... Someone there removed my custom transmission dipstick. It's the long Amazon type cut down to fit in the drip area below the wipers. GONE!! Anyone in that shop finds a Chrysler transmission custom dipstick. It has 2014 TC Burbage engraved in the red handle.
