Not good for price. I was visiting Vegas and I actually work at a nail salon so I didn't expect much but I ended up paying $52 for an acrylic gel color change with one repair. This place is a total chop shop. I don't mind paying that price for good work. They didn't put a base coat under my gels so they are peeling right off and it's been about 5 days. He didn't smooth out my nails so they were left pretty bumpy & instead of Soaking off my broken nail he used a tip to pull it off and it was painful. He also wasn't very friendly. My boyfriend also came in with for for a mani and the tech cut him twice and the lotion she used was all gross and separated. Tools used were dirty. Not happy. For that price I expect a better service. read more

*****WORST PLACE EVER******* I came here for a manicure and pedicure. The nail technician first started with my pedicure and 7 minutes in, she was already done with my pedicure and getting ready to add lotion. Total time spent was 15 minutes. This is insane!! Never had I had a pedicure in 15 minutes. She was extremely rushed and didn't even do a great job. Also, super pricey just for a pedicure. Once she was done, I told her no thank you for the manicure. When I was getting ready to pay, the receptionist asked how was everything and I told her the truth and the receptionist told the nail technician and the nail technician just rolled her eyes. How unprofessional! I'm not from the area but I definitely do not recommend and will not come back. Also, a lot of nail polishes are out and they charge you extra for almost all colors. This started off really good. I like that there are so many different tiers of services available, so you can really pick and choose exactly what you want. 2 of us went in for a pedicure. I chose the Classic 2 and she chose the Deluxe 2. I didn't catch either of their names, but the people performing our services got started right away. I was assigned to a guy who put earbuds in and worked quietly. Which was just fine for me... I didn't want any chit chat. It was a pretty good pedicure. The hot stone massage is unnecessary and the stones are VERY hot. I would have preferred just a regular massage. As somebody else mentioned in their review, when he was done my pedicure, he just stood up and said "you're done" and walked away. I didn't have sandals, so I had to sit there for a bit for my nails to dry. Nobody ever came to check them for me. Eventually, they felt dry, so i put my socks and shoes on, paid, and left. When I got back to my hotel later and took my shoes off, I discovered that my socks were STUCK TO MY TOES. I now call them my muppet toes because there is still bits of sock stuck to the nails. The lady who was doing my friend's pedicure was a NIGHTMARE. She kept making awful facial expressions when we would ask her something. I truly felt like she wanted to be ANYwhere but where she was. I think she must hate doing pedicures. When she told her the hot stones were too hot, she said "well, i ran them under cold water" and just kept going. I was able to get a appointment for gel extension full set and gel pedicure Friday evening. LADIES PLEASE DO NOT GET GEL-X here. It was overpriced, rushed, and poor quality. Two of my nails felled out that night so I had to return Saturday morning to get them repaired and re-done. And then guess what?? Next day two more nails fell off. The nail tech for my manicure, Lisa was very apologetic and was happy to re-do them. However overall the whole experience was expensive ($120 for gel x with art) and a hassle. The also try to push gel-X to other customers because it's $$$ for the tech and shop. The pedicure was alright nothing special. The tech that did my pedicure was nice and sweet. Definitely won't return and hopefully this is a useful review. Save your money and go to a better nail shop! For gel-x find a more experienced and skilled tech to do it. Not everyone can do it. Hi! I went in to have a refill for my nails cause my regular nail palace was closed today, I made appointment at 3:19p for 6p, ok so I got there 3 mins late (even tho the receptionist said I was 10 mins late, which she called around 6:03p when I arrived). She than told me to sit down and wait for the nail technician (which she said to the nail tech, that I have arrived to her) the attitude and atmosphere was off, to make matters worse ( 2 Spanish girls who wanted to get there nails done was turned away by the receptionist, who told the ladies they was closed, but the language barrier got in the way, so they didn't understand plus they wanted to get information for services) while that was going on, I sat there for a good 40-43 mins before anyone acknowledged me for my appointment (specially the receptionist, who was busy cleaning and washing nail utensils, and didn't even ask me if I was ok or to let me know if the nail technician was still going to be doing my nails. Now it 6:43p the receptionist now asking the nail tech, if she still going to do my nails (which they agree to do). Now while I was getting serviced the receptionist ask if I can pay now since they are closed (they closed at 8pm) so now I have to stop the service in the beginning to go pay the receptionist and I told her I was here at 6:03p but she said I was 10 mins late (which was not true), which she than reply I should have not taken you since you was late (now I'm like that would have been the first thing you said when I first walk in, not when I get serviced) I didn't want to argue with the receptionist so I paid and finished the service (the whole time the nail technician was so nice and was talking to me when she serviced me (I didn't get her Name, I wanted to tip her, but I didn't like the atmosphere/attitude of the place and receptionist. When I was done I wanted to get out of there quickly as possible and I asked the receptionist if the door was locked (which she replied no) I told them goodnight and I left. I'm not sure if I'm coming back to that nail salon. Didn't feel comfortable and customer service was bad, never had a receptionist come off not acknowledging me while I was waiting for the nail tech etc. read more

I HATE to came this store after painful allday . When u nail is lifting they will just use some glue to make is stay that is not right . It's how u get aninfection water gets trapped which is why now part of my mail is green and SO PAINFUL ! They also use illegal products on your hand beware . WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER GOTTEN!!!! My friend and I went in there for pedicures. And the girl who did my nails WAS NOT LICENSED!!!! She burned me repeatedly, didn't know how to take off the polish, was soaking my BARE nails in acetone with NOTHING on them. She didn't know how to polish nails, had nail polish going EVERYWHERE! She was horrible! And never even apologize for burning me with the drill! She didn't speak to me once but knew allllll the words to the music playing. Worst of all was it was my freaking birthday. Didn't acknowledge me once! Then their sign said 40$ pedis, in the end it was 70$$$ because they charged us 25 for gel polish and 5 to take the polish off our nails. I WILL NEVERRRR GO BACK! We called ahead of time and were told we didn't need a reservation. Arrived and still had to wait quite a while. The prices were extremely high, but they did review them - and even had us sign that we agreed to the price (we were already in the pedi chairs). It was $55 for the pedicure, which seemed fair. There were several additional $5 charges for various things (such as gel removal). But also an additional $30 just for gel. This brought our pedi's to $100, and we did mani's as well. Like I said, they did go over the prices with us - it just would have been a bit awkward to leave at that point since we were already in the chairs. At that price I would expect a great outcome. Instead I've got huge bubbles in my polish. I would need to Uber back to the mall and undoubtedly wait for the nail tech to be available - then spend another 30 minutes and take yet another Uber back to our hotel. Also, I've never seen such discolored towels in use at any salon. They weren't even close to white - they were dingy gray. And the ceiling was dripping while we were there, sometimes landing on my bag. They said it's water from the A/C and that the mall (Fashion Show Mall) refuses to fix it. I'm sure there are nicer places, probably just as conveniently located; I should have shopped around instead of going to the most convenient location. read more

The worst service ever . I stopped in and booked an appointment with the salon. The services were soaking off gel polish on toes and soaking off solar nail. It took almost two hours for the soak off . They are overly priced . Customer service definitely needs improvement . The lady at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills and interaction. Will not be going back to this location when I'm visiting Las Vegas . I stopped her from going any further . The atmosphere is a little off here. I have no complaints about my nails. But they're just not very friendly and extroverted.

I normally do my nails myself but I didn't have time so I decided to treat myself to get my nails. I showed the front desk and the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and ended up with my nails looking nothing even close to the picture. The nail tech who did my nails was sloppy, and left bumps and ridges it looked and felt like she didn't know how to work with acrylic. When I pointed them out to her she said it was the powder. She proceeded to file the bumps out but then left some nails super thin and some where still bumpy and uneven. To top it off the glitter polish I chose was not the same as what she put on. I chose a soft white silver glitter and the one she used had gold in it and turned my white nail yellow. Again I pointed this out to her and said that this polish was better for the style I wanted. She literally switched the polish on me. I've been doing nails myself for over 20 years I expect that if I'm gonna pay $80 plus tip for nails then the technician should be able to do them better than me on myself. The lady was nice but not at an $80 full set level. And to blame her shotty work on the products she was using was not professional. I'm now at home redoing my nails myself.
