I really like how each person's space is decorated their own way. Illa's room is cozy and warm, which is so inviting and nice, especially in this cold weather. I try to get in with her at least once a month. Her massages leave me feeling lighter not only physically but also spiritually. Coco's room is a beautiful, lush, botanical atmosphere. I love seeing her for facials because I can just get cozy and relaxed. My skin feels so much cleaner and rejuvenated after I see her. I definitely have to come in more often.

They answered all of our questions thoroughly and made my mom feel comfortable every step of the way. The Emsella chair itself was easy and comfortable for my mom to use. She went for a full round of treatments and while it wasn't a complete cure, it made a meaningful difference. My mom noticed she wasn't needing to go as often, had better control than before, and it became an important part of the overall treatment plan that helped improve her quality of life. One of the biggest changes was at night. Before treatment, she was getting up three or four times every night to go to the bathroom. After completing the treatments, she was sleeping much better because she wasn't waking up nearly as often. If you or a loved one is dealing with incontinence, especially after feeling like you've run out of options, I would absolutely recommend looking into the Esmella treatment here. The staff is truly superb and seeing the improvement in my mom's quality of life made it well worth it. We're so glad we found this medical spa!

I understand that walk ins are part of the business, but that should not mean they are prioritized over customers who took the time to schedule an appointment. Today, I arrived at 11:00 a.m. for my 12:00 p.m. appointment because I was hoping to get a pedicure beforehand. I did not have an appointment for the pedicure, so I completely understand having to wait for that. I am not complaining about that because that was my choice. By the time 12:00 p.m. rolled around, I no longer cared about getting a pedicure. I was perfectly fine with just having my nails done because that was the appointment I had actually scheduled, and not booking a pedicure was on me. My issue is that when my appointment time came, I was told I would still have to wait because there was another client ahead of me due to the salon being behind from taking walk ins. At that point, I had a scheduled appointment, and I should not have had to wait another hour. If appointments are consistently delayed because of walk ins, then there is really no point in making one. This is not the first time this has happened. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but this has become a pattern, and it is very frustrating when you schedule your day around an appointment only to end up waiting well past your reserved time. Unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. I really like the quality of their work, but I am not willing to schedule an appointment only to wait an hour or more after my appointment time.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! I saw Julia for the "Mighty Micro" and was blown away by the service. I have had skin care services done for many years, in various cities and have to say that she is the most detailed esthetician I have ever experienced. She used two different tips for the micro and then followed up with oxygen. My face looks amazing! I also had her sugar my eyebrows and she used the "blue light" to prevent breakouts. I generally breakouty, after sugar or wax, my skin is sensitive. She was right, the blue light prevented any issues. Julia is worth her weight in gold. Julia rocks! I was a sugar and wax "virgin" the first time I entered her room. She did a greta job explaining the process and putting me at ease before everything started. Her middle name might as well be "perfectionist", because she delivers! Not a hair in site. I have also had microderm abrasian/oxygen facials done by her.
