After reviewing other ratings for this store on Yelp and seeing it had high reviews, I figured I would try it out. I walked into a clean and well organized store and was immediately greeted by two people working there. Let me emphasize, I was greeted - they said hello very friendly and asked if I needed help - that was all. The staff didn't circle around me or push me into buying something. When I realized I needed some help, the staff was extremely friendly, and was extremely knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I felt as if it didn't matter if I was buying one shirt that was on sale, or purchasing several suits for a larger sale. The customer service was great, they let me take my time in selecting the suits I needed, and even had great recommendations when I asked. The store has a same day suit tailoring service and I needed my suits ASAP. I was hoping to get the alterations done by Tuesday. I shopped there on a Monday afternoon, when they heard I needed the suits ASAP, they asked me if I could return in about 30 to 45 minutes and the suits would be altered and ready for pickup. When I returned to the store (45 min. later), my items were altered and ready for pickup. I tried my suits on and they fit perfectly. I had an extremely positive experience at this location, and I will return to this store when I need some more suits in the future. My Husband and I came in today looking to rent a tux for a black tie event. The owner, Moses, was extremely friendly and helped us right away in selecting a tux. While we were looking, he recommend that my husband invest in a nice suit instead of renting since it would be about the same price. He was absolutely right so we decided to buy a nice suit instead of renting a tux. He quickly took my husbands measurements and brought over several styles with different fabrics for him to try on. Moses is very knowledgeable and helped us to select the perfect style which looked the best on my husband. The suit even came with a shirt and tie at no additional charge! We also decided to have the jacket and pants tailored to get the perfect fit. Moses was great at making the necessary adjustments (he tailors the suits himself) to get it looking perfect. The price was very reasonable too! Overall it was a great experience. Moses and the staff were very friendly and my husband got a handsome and well-fitting suit at a great price. Not to mention, they accommodated our tight schedule as the event was less than two days away! I highly suggest you visit Suit Exchange. Strengths: Expertise - Joseph was able to recommend options I had previously not considered. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able show me variations in size/fits that I was simply unaware of. Efficiency - Not only was Joseph able to help me pick out the best suit for my needs in a minimal amount of time, he was also able to take care of the alterations ON THE SPOT. What would have normally taken more time I did not have, Joseph was able to accommodate those needs immediately. Price - From my experience at The Suit Exchange I noticed that while the suits were of greater or equal quality to competitors, the price was much more competitive! Needed to get a suit for a friends wedding was looking at Yelp and came across this page. All the reviews were 5 star and talked about great service so went in today wth my sister to check them out. Also buying my first suit so no idea what i was looking for lol. Was first helped by a blonde lady (cant remember her name sorry!) asked me what i was looking for and showed me options for the budget i was working with. Tried on a few different suits before i found the one i liked then Moses came over to mark all the adjustments for my alterations to get the suit fitted perfectly. I was very pleased with how helpful they were, got a full suit, and even got hooked up with a tie bar tie and handkerchief. Couldn't be happier with the service i received! The only suit shop we will be going to from now on! My fiancé and I wanted to purchase a suit for him to wear for our small ceremony. looking at JC Penny and Macy's was very disappointing regarding the selection and price of suits. When we walked into Suit Exchange, I was a little overwhelmed with how many suits they had! We told the gentleman what we wanted and he picked a few suits out for my fiancé to try. The sizes were perfect! We were also unsure about what shoe and tie color to use, but the gentleman picked a pair of shoes and tie and they look so good! I was beyond impressed. We ended up purchasing a suit with some alterations, shirt, tie, belt, and shoes! He even gave us an extender for the top button of the shirt. Wow, needing a suit for my man child and finally finding myself at the suit Exchange. Finally someone to attend to my every need for my son's First Communion. A great price for a full suit from top to bottom. With alterations needed we could pick up a week later. Although when we picked it up the pants were not to my liking they tried to accommodate my son by stretching the pants which did not work for me. They saw that I wasn't happy and did everything that they could to make me happy by replacing the whole suit. This is what you call customer service to the full extent. Definitely recommend; definitely will come back. Mind you for the time and patience we had for the situation they gifted my husband a beautiful silk tie. I went shopping around for a suit and went to couple different places first such as Burlington, Nordstrom, and Kohls and decided that I would hold off on buying a suit that I needed and decided to give the store a look and I walked in there and was helped immediately. Not only were they helpful they were knowledgeable I didn't know my measurements and they were able to do everything for me quickly and efficiently. I brought a picture they found a suit for me and I walked out with it on the spot. It was hassle free and no pressure from them to buy. This is without mentioning that I only paid 220 total for a suit jacket, matching vest, and matching pants. This price also included the alteration on my pants that I needed. Other stores were more expensive and I didn't get the excellent service that I was provided with. When I need to purchase another suit I will be going back to them. read more

My husband needed a new suit for a business trip and after visiting numerous stores, we happened upon this gem. It was Sunday afternoon and they were packed with young men and families (prom season, Easter?) Yet, the two guys and one gal sales staff were managing to juggle everyone. They have a great selection of better quality suits and we found a beautiful Pronto Nuvo navy wool. Since I'm a tad crowd-phobic, we decided to come back another, less crowded time. Came back Wednesday evening (much calmer) and the other guy (who had not waited on us) still recognized my husband and went right to the suit he'd tried on. We got a great price for a beautiful suit, plus alternations, dress shirt and a lovely tie. Service was impeccable and alterations were completed even more quickly than anticipated. I've tried other places but Suit Exchange is by far the best. Great service and great prices, I haven't had a negative experience yet. In my experience, which is usually during prom season, they process their orders very fast and have a great catalog. They are very knowledgeable of what would fit an individual best and what looks best on him/her. Outside of Rentals they have a vast selection of quality wear. One thing many people probably overlook is their micro adjustment belts, which are belts that will change your life. They don't wear out like normal belts because they dont use the traditional punched hole system most belts use, trust me go buy one. All in all, I believe that suit exchange is a must go if you are looking for any type of business or formal dress wear. read more

Hands down the best place I've ever bought a suit. I went all over the mall looking for an outfit for a wedding I was going to attend the NEXT DAY. I was going to buy a jacket at express for $300 but an employee mentioned suit exchange. As soon as I walked in Joseph instantly greeted us and started to help me find what I needed. I wanted a regular black suit and gray shirt and tie. He showed me many different color combinations and options. We ended up choosing a navy blue slim fit suit and a light purple shirt and a purple bow tie. The next day I got so many complements on my outfit. I had an important interview coming up and stopped by for alterations on a suit that didn't fit right, and they very patiently explained to me why it wasn't worth spending the money on the alterations. They had me try on several jackets to show me the difference in fit between one that fit right and mine. They were so professional and extremely nice! There was no pressure from them to buy a new suit at all. They said they would do the alterations if I wanted, but their prices were so reasonable that I figured it was worth just buying one I would really look my best in. I have many suits, but wanted a new one for a very important and special occasion. The suit I choose needed to be on point. I went to numerous high end stores in search of the perfect suit. Went shopping for a new suit this past Thursday. Went to several other stores at Tyler Mall (JC Penny, Macy's) and could not find any suits that fit me (i'm 6'2", 240lbs) or were within my budget. Was about to leave the mall to try elsewhere when I chanced upon the Suit Exchange. Within 5 minutes of walking in to the store, the sales associate, Raja, found a beautiful suit that fit me, perfectly, and was within my budget. I was even more surprised when I was told the suit (jacket and pants) came with a vest, shirt and tie!!! Usually when I shop for suits, I can spend an hour or so trying to find a suit to my liking, then spend even more time with the tailor to get the right fit. So buying a suit can be such an exhaustive effort. However, when I walked into the Suit Exchange, I was greeted by Moses, and he helped me find a black, three-piece suit that I am absolutely thrilled to buy. The tailoring process was quick, and the suit was ready not more than 15 minutes after purchase. I am very happy and impressed with the quality and quickness of the service.
