This is my go to place when it comes down to buying a fitted suit for myself. I am 5-7 with moderate build. So for me its little tough to find well fit suit in most of the places. But here they have suits for all different kinds of sizes. Good suits come at a cost, so here you will end of paying north of 500$ but it is worth it. I do not wear suit on regular basis so when I buy a suit I try to buy a good one. I have bought 3 suits from these guys and every time my experience has been 5 star. The best part is there service. They take customer service very seriously. From getting correct fit, to choosing the color, trying the suit out with proper shirt and shoe, fitting the suit as per your body shape, at the every point of the process there will be one dedicated person with you. So you will never feel left out like many other places. Once everything is done, normally they take 5 days to do the alteration. Purchased 5 suits, multiple shirts and accessories from them so far and each experience has been a pleasure. The staff is very professional and extremely helpful with all of your questions. I visited Atlanta for a business trip and was required to wear a suit for the events. Needless to say, I do not currently wear a suit on a regular basis, so I needed to buy one as I would be wearing it within 24 hours. Talk about a time crunch. Suitsupply suits are highly recommended due to wear they fall on the price spectrum between Department Store Brands and higher end suits. Suitsupply suits are half canvas construction meaning after you wear them a few times, the suit jacket will start to contour to your body shape as a opposed to a suit that is fused which most lower tier department stores are. The basic line starts at $499 and can go up to $999. They also do custom suits as well. Their value is relatively unmatched. I walked in on a late Wednesday afternoon and browsed the suit section. The suits are organized by jacket size. There are all sorts of different options. It's helpful if you know your size when you walk in, but I had no problem trying out a few jackets to see which ones were either too tight or too loose. They were relatively busy for a Wednesday evening. I had sales associate help me fairly quickly within about 10 minutes of browsing, I'd say, so not too much of a wait as I also had to decide what color to get. I tried on the suits and made a decision. I did not need to get the jacket altered as it fit pretty much perfectly off the rack which was a relief as altering a jacket is pretty time extensive and can get expensive. I had the pants of the suit tailored in house. They had an e-mail system altering me when the pants were done being altered and I was able to get the pants altered during the same evening I purchased the suit. Talk about a quick turnaround. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and quick turnaround with their in house tailor. I'll definitely continue to shop at Suitsupply. Additionally, they also sell shirts, coats, ties, etc. Basically, it's a menswear store with a lot of options to choose from. They have some bold choices and some more conservative options as well. read more

My boyfriend and I went to Suitsupply to find him a good quality suit that he could wear to job interviews and any other formal or semi formal occasions. The best way I can describe this place is to have imagine that Apple ran a suit store. The place was pristine and the employees were on point. Jeffrey helped us from the second we walked in the door. He asked a few questions to get an idea of the style of suit my boyfriend wanted and then picked a jacket off the rack without asking his size and it fit like a glove. He helped us narrow down the colors and cuts in no time at all. The pants were hemmed while we picked out shoes, shirts and ties. He even brought me tea while they were busy with the shoes. My boyfriend cannot stop raving about his experience. To him, the knowledge they had made the price of the suit even more worth it. After a disappointing search for a suit I picked out on line (for a wedding in only 6 days) and some mixed information, which took up an entire day. I had to settle on regular length suit with alterations instead of a short which was a perfect fit. Didn't look like we had time for anything extensive just hemming and shortening sleeves. Got back 2 days before the wedding. To get the altered suit and it fit terribly. Pants too baggy, jacket too long. Yarnell the manager promptly brought in Demetriouse, the custom suit supervisor to refit the suit and put a rush on the new alterations to recut the pants and shorten the jacket. And because I live an hour and 45min from his store, he even met me with the suit half way to the wedding venue. (Had to be there the day before for set up and rehearsal) The suit fit ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Yarnell and his team went way above and beyond to make sure I looked my best to give my daughter away! Situation totally rectified! Appreciate their effort so much! Suit supply will alway be my go to. read more

It is true that a well tailored suit is to women what lingerie is to men. Suitsupply store is a well known suit store chain. It is known for offering affordable, well constructed suits.The suits are constantly compared to BB, J Crew, or Indochino in regards to similar price range OTR/MTM suits. All of these brands are know to offer half canvassed/full canvassed suit options. You can research and view many people providing knowledge and comparison videos of SS products..... so I will be skipping this information in my review. The Atlanta SuitSupply store is located in the shops around Lenox shopping area under Dantanna's. Due to the location, there is plenty of parking. No need for valet. The store is open, sleek, stylish, clean, and modern. Tailors are located on the floor at the front right, shoes are front left, ties slightly farther back - right behind the tailors. And most important are the suits in the back right. The interior is very hip and fashion forward. I find that this compliments their fashion forward suits nicely. They age bracket mainly seems to cater to 20-40s. SS is known primarily for their suits. They offer suits in many different sizes, cuts, fabrics, and lining options that rotate with the seasons while keeping the classic essential options in style. Very affordable from average $399 to $1000. You can choose to use their tailors for a few $$ more of bring it to your own tailor. Their suits on the showroom floor are OTR so you do have to buy the matching suits and pants. But some cuts/fits offer separate sizes for men with a bigger drop or bigger seat like my husband (with his highly annoying 12 inch drop).They also offer MTM options. I love the detail of great customer service with the employees dressed very sharply in well fitted suits (including the women). There is always someone to greet you promptly and immediately, provided you personal one to one service. Just tell them what you are looking for, and they will basically be your personal shopper. After they will personally fit you (which they are very good at) and help you tailor your suit to make you look like a dashing dapper gentleman (or ladies -they just launched their woman's line). If what you are looking for is not in stocks they have the item delivered to the store for you. The turn around time to get a suit is very quick (depending on your schedule and if u can come in on a workday) since its OTR or MTM. OTR about 2-3 weeks and MTM around 6-8 I want to say for the average person who works M-F schedule. SS also usually has 1-2 sales a year which is a great time to grab a SS suit. If you are looking for a great quality and affordable suits OTR or MTM, I highly recommend SS. read more

This place is amazing!!!! specially if you love suits like I do. I have purchased a few things at this place and the customer service is great specially if you are not sure of what you looking for. We went yesterday to buy one suit for my hubby and the service and product was so good he left with 2. Their suits are made from different blends and cuts but all have the great fit just like a Hugo Boss or Armani but alot cheaper their suits start at 399 and up. their selection is vast and even if they don't have it on stock they ussually do a 2 day shipping. However the best part fo this store for me is the tie wall they ahve absolutely beautiful ties that start at 50 bucks the colors and materials are worth it. if you looking for a great suit you have to go to suit supply now I only wish they made clothes for ladies too. read more

Came here to exchange a sweater unfortunately didn't have the receipt and didn't know what number or email the purchase was made under, the item was unworn and still had the tags but they just needed some verification of the purchase. Talk about taking two steps back!! I set aside about 5k to " freshen up" my wardrobe with some new topcoats (customized in colors I don't have), some sport coats, sweaters and the safari jackets I've come to love. The staff appears "new".... All under 30 or so it appears. Two African American salesmen were standing by the shirt wall talking about some personal issue.... Not a hello, can I help u find something, nothing just chatted about one of their coworkers who says "the same old thing" end quote.... I walked around the store; passing one fellow who didn't appear to be helping anyone... and again not a word. I was there 15 minutes and not ONE salesperson bothered to even say hello... I weep for our future because these kids... (millennials or younger )- are categorically CLUELESS... I ordered online instead and paid 800$ per top coat that would have been 3500$ or more with my clothier , Nieman's, or Saks... and the fabric comes from the same mill!!! I will continue to buy there, but only when the A team comes back... terrible customer service! Better to say "NO" customer service!!!! read more

I have been shopping at SuitSupply for over the past 5 years and have an exemplary experience every time. I have purchased upwards of 30 garments from this establishment. I would particularly like to point out the excellent service and care I have received from Anthony Nichols who is the Made to Measure specialist at this location. He has been a joy to work with and what I appreciate most is that he doesn't shy away from giving honest input about how my suggestions will play out on the garment. Anthony will let you know if you're going to look terrible if you keep trying to squeeze into a suit three sizes too small while giving sound and learned advice on how to look your best. If you don't want honest advice from someone with years in the industry, don't go here. The guy that works there is a pretentious prick. He has a fake English accent that you'd expect someone that visited for a year would come back with to try and reinvent his/herself. He acts like he personally made the suits himself. If you go into the store, go directly to one of the ladies and not the guy unless you want to hear on and on about how exclusive their suits are. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the absolutely stellar customer service we experienced at Suitsupply! After a two-hour drive specifically to visit this store, we arrived on a very busy Sunday to a staff already committed to helping other customers on a one-to-one basis for fittings, but they worked us in nicely with only a minor wait. Anthony was a superstar, running back and forth between us and another couple who were also suit shopping. Anthony also helped my husband figure out his proper size -- which was not what we thought it was, so good to know. These guys are knowledgeable and will help you look your best. Andrew was great as well -- he knew we had waited patiently while others were busy, and we received a token of their appreciation for doing so. It was worth it! Nice suits. Staff is nice, but the fact that I visited the store on 3 occasions and each time they had difficulty locating my items really pissed me off. First trip they didn't have my size for the complete. Fine. So they ordered it. I get 2 email confirmations saying my stuff arrived about a week later. I get to the store and they have the jack and pants but no shirt. Showed them the email confirmation and they say that UPS just sends that so they have less items in the queue. I get my alterations and go to pick them up 2 weeks later and guess what. They can't locate my suit for 15 minutes. On top of that, still no shirt. They try to place an order for another shirt and now it's sold out. Fortunately they thought of a solution to alter another shirt for free but still an inconvenience for me. Luckily the staff was nice and considerate about the e mishap but def a bad experience. This also happened to my friend who needed the same suit for the wedding we're in. read more

suits are great. service was great on the initial visit. However, never received follow up for inform that suit alterations were finished. Waited 8 days.. then called them... at first they placed me on hold for over five minutes... then said your jackets won't be ready for sometime.. (I brought 3 sport coat sto get altered). I then asked if they can give me an approx date.. they said they couldn't tell me when. They tried to end call... then I asked about the 2 suits that I bought from them that they were altering... they said "oh... that's ready"... poor service. I like the suits but for the money...
