I was literally eating hot water with a garlic sauce in it. The noodle were processed to hell and overcooked... at least the gyoza in the ramen was okay - I'm assuming they got those from Costco. The takoyaki was okay as well. The tonkatsu was overcooked. The ramen was severely unbalanced and not a cohesive flavor. So I rarely complain - I dont want to be a Karen but in this instance I did ask the server if perhaps something was missing in the ramen (I was assuming tare or they forgot the tonkatsu). They looked at me confused saying they could remake it but that's how the order should have come. I was shocked - I'm sure if anyone sipped that broth they'd agree they can't sell that. It was also like 50 degrees in the restaurant, I didn't mind but my daughter was cold. The building is really dirty - like it's fine if it's an old building but in this case you can tell they don't care. Honestly if I could give zero stars if I could - these guys do deserve anyone's money at this time until an owner of someone with some real experience takes over. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, Gin Sen did fall short in a few areas. The parking is difficult. However, the restaurant did a great job of informing patrons of the consequences of parking in certain lots in the area. While service was quick, it was also awkward. Our waitress requested our order immediately after my husband returned from the restroom without giving him time to peruse the menu. And the ramen was served with large slices of pork loin. We were at a loss of how to cut it without a knife while if floated in broth (though we did have a few laughs over it!) Overall, Gin Sen was fantastic and we will be back.
