This was my order! How did they mess this up?
    Shawnette B.

This is my first time ordering and will probably be my last. My order took an hour to arrive, but the restaurant is 8 minutes away. My order was not correct. My sandwich was dry and did not include the toppings I requested. I used Eat 24 for the order. After getting the food I checked to make I placed the order correctly, and I did. My catfish was nothing but bread and catfish. Where are my toppings? I specifically added cheese (and paid extra) mayo, tomatoes, and fried onions. I didn't receive any of these toppings. I waited an hour for a very disappointed meal. My daughter and fiancé felt the same. The order was not correct. We received honey bar b que wings instead of honey old bay and the bar b que chicken sandwich didn't have bar b que sauce. What a disappointment!!!

This is my second time visiting Sully's and it is quickly turning into one of my favorite places for soul food. All the food is delicious and freshly prepared. The service is excellent. I haven't been here in about a month and they still remember me.

Used groupon to try this place out. Definitely worth it! Food tasted great and was nice and hot by the time we picked it up (called in our order about 15 mins prior to picking it up)! Customer service over the phone and in store was good and upon picking up our food, the worker opened up our plates so we could see the food before he packed it up for us. I would go again and would recommend to others :) By the way I had the rib plate with mac and greens and my bf had the shrimp plate with mac and sweet potato fries

I found Sully's on Groupon and took a chance. I'm so glad I did! The owner himself waited on my colleague and I. He smiled, talked to us, and gave us excellent customer service. We both got the Seafood Platter. It came with a crabcake, fried shrimp, fish, and two sides. The crabcake did not disappoint. It was pure meat. The shrimp were large. We both chose the blackened tilapia. Not only did it look and taste fresh, the seasoning was perfect. I chose potato salad and greens for my sides and both were good. My colleague chose the macaroni and cheese and said it was very good. She also got a slice of the homemade yellow chocolate cake. She said that was delicious to. My mouth is watering as I write this review. I devoured every bit and don't have any leftovers! Sully's will definitely see me again. They have something on the menu for everyone.

I tried to pay cash but the cashier counted only $30 so I paid on my credit card. Before I even had the opportunity to use the touch pad to put in a tip she immediately hit enter several times so it bypassed all the options for tip, text receipt etc.... I was thinking ok, not wanting a tip I guess. It seemed rather rude. While we waited I counted my cash and I did have $40 so I'm not sure what was up with her math. Food came out really fast. Our drive was not far so our food should have been hot. Instead the small racquet ball size crab cakes were cold. I don't even think they were cooked thru. I had to stick in air fryer to get them warmed up. The coleslaw which on previous visits was good lacked any flavor besides mayonnaise. My poor wife cracked down on a sharp pointy shell in her crab cake. Needless to say we were both disappointed and still hungry. I'm not sure what happened but we won't be going back anytime soon. I think we'll stick with Pappas.

I will patron this establishment again. I feel the management was not prepared for the magnitude of business in which they received on this day. There wasn't a lot of staff to handle the heavy workload of customers. When I walked in I was told 30 mins wait time in which I was seated right around that time frame. However there were a lot of angry customers because of the disorganization of the establishment. My waiter "Princess" was amazing! She was over worked but maintained her composure and attentiveness. The atmosphere was starting to read a little ghetto and very disorganized. There was only 2-3 waiters on such a busy day and the management was the host as he greeted customers , answered a busy phone line , took care of pick up orders and seat patrons. Where he messed up, was tryint to be several people at one time. He needed help badly, as other people were being seated before others that were waiting longer, ect. My food did not have a long wait time after i placed my order and the flavors and quality of the food was sooooo good !! Another tip, they are BYOB(bring your own bottle) so if you want a drink you can bring it in with you. I thought that was cool, but me personally when I go to restaurants and eat inside, I like ordering drinks at the bar. They have a bar area but no alcohol there. Maybe the goal is to open a bar but they need a liquor store license? (Idk). All in all, I would not probably eat in again, but I will come back and get a to go order because as I said the food itself was amazing!

We got there around 4:30pm and was seated immediately. Our server Koya explained our options and took our order right away. We both got a seafood boil with snow crabs legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and boiled eggs. She got mussels with her boil and I opted to get extra shrimp and add broccoli instead of the mussels. She got the mild lemon pepper flavor and I got the mild garlic butter. Everything came out nice and hot and seasoned well. My goddaughter said the mussels were a bit on the salty side but everything else was good! It was a slow crowd so it was a chill vibe which I appreciated. Koya checked on us regularly and answered any questions that we had. They had the college basketball games (March Madness) on the TV's which added to the experience. It's BYOB which I will keep in mind for future visits as I plan to definitely return:)

When I say this place has THEE BEST fried catfish and shrimp basket, I mean it!!!!…read more I visited my sister's house one weekend and her husband had a shrimp basket he bought from JKC. He didn't finish it and gave the rest to me. By that time, the shrimp and Cajun fries were cold- AND STILL DELICIOUS! I ate the whole thing and promised myself that I would make a visit to get my own basket. Just a few days later, I did what I said and visited Juicy King. It's in a convenient location in the Putty Hill Plaza. It is housed in the former Peking House restaurant. I made a call to put my order in. The woman over the phone told me that it would be ten minutes. When I arrived, it was ready for me. The meal comes with two sauces, cocktail & tartar sauce, along with salt, pepper and ketchup. When I took a bite of the catfish, words couldn't describe how crispy and delicious this fish was. So light and flavorful! The shrimp were as tasty as the first time, even more so that I ate them hot. The fries were perfectly seasoned. So, so perfect. They give you perfect portions, as well! This is definitely my favorite thing on the menu. I turned my sister and mom onto them and they both agreed on how awesome the fish and shrimp box was! Now for my third trip, I had a taste for hibachi and remembered that Juicy King had a hibachi menu. I decided upon the shrimp, chicken and steak. I believe it was about 30 dollars. It was pretty good BUT not as good as another restaurant (that I won't name out of respect), that makes a similar dish. However, it wasn't bad, and the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant isn't fancy, but it is clean and nice enough to sit down for lunch or dinner. I'm getting hungry thinking about their fish and shrimp right now! You will not be sorry. Highly recommended!

Conrad's Seafood Restaurant absolutely lived up to the hype!…read more From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a great experience. The restaurant is spacious, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for families, date nights, or large groups. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, and our server, Talia, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. Now... let's talk about the food. We started with the hush puppies, which came out hot, fresh, and had the perfect hint of sweetness. They were a great way to kick off the meal. The fried green tomatoes almost stole the show. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with sweet, tender jumbo lump crab meat....they were absolutely phenomenal and a must-order. The Conrad Soup was another standout. Rich, creamy, hearty, and packed with flavor. It tasted homemade in the best way possible. I also have to give a shoutout to the personal pitcher of sweet tea. As someone who appreciates good sweet tea, it's surprisingly hard to find one that's actually done right. Conrad's nailed it. But the undeniable star of the meal was the steamed blue crabs. I called ahead to reserve 12 large male crabs, which I highly recommend doing if you're planning a visit. Every single crab was perfectly steamed, generously seasoned, and absolutely loaded with sweet, tender meat. They were some of the best steamed crabs I've had in a long time. We purposely came early for lunch so we could take our time, and I'm so glad we did because this was an experience worth savoring. Conrad's exceeded every expectation I had. Between the outstanding service, incredible food, and relaxed atmosphere, I already know I'll be making the drive back. If you're a Maryland crab lover, this place deserves a spot at the top of your list. 10/10!! I'll definitely be back!
