Inhumane customer service. I got my order on my hand for to-go and then cashier couldn't charge the price. They told me that they are having an issue with their system and asked me to find a cash. When I told them that I don't have a cash then they asked me to give the food back which I was holding in my hand. It was just a 7 dollar not a hundred or thousand. I had chicken kabob, spinach and eggplant. The eggplant dish was cold, the spinach was overcooked. Chicken was a bit dry. Also, one of the girls there was rude when I asked her if the salads had gluten free dressing. Later on as we were talking about the ingredients she made a remark of "Yes, we wouldn't want to kill you by saying that is gluten free and it's not. She just had a weird sense of humor. Doubt I will go back there. The other girl behind the counter knew what I was talking about to see if their salad dressing was gluten free. If you want Mediterranean, go to Fadi's or Dimassi's. Decent food, but depends on who's serving. If the owner/manager gentleman is there, ask him to serve your food. The first time we went, everything was perfectly portioned, hot, and delicious. Went back a week later and the younger lady working there looked lost, dumped way too much salad dressing on a salad, and didn't heat the meats up properly. This place is super good, inexpensive, and quick. It is in the food court by the entrance of the Memorial City Mall. I have been several times in the past few weeks and have always had a great experience. I try to order something new each time, and it has all been amazing. I do not eat meat, so for me this place is *awesome* with tons of vegetarian options. They have a vegetarian plate where you can get four sides (oven potato, jalapeno hummus, cabbage salad, falafel, one of the salads, or rice; you cannot go wrong any way you go). I've eaten at this place multiple times in the past year and it is a decent Mediterranean eatery in Memorial City mall. The food selection is great, however I'm not a big fan of entrees that have been basking in the heat lamps so I usually stick to meats that have been sitting in the rotisserie and wrap it up. They've recently added a salad buffet, however I don't think I'd ever eat it especially with so much foot traffic that pass by. Price wise, they seem to be on par with their rivals in Memorial City. Overall it's a good place for a change of pace Mediterranean but since when I'm at the mall and usually want something quick and fast like a wrap, their other options don't suit me. So if I were to compare wraps, their Mediterranean competition gets the slight nod. read more

Good option for a Food Court. I liked everything. One HUGE caution to Management - your staff is warming the pita bread on your grill which is a great idea. However, the pita I received had the distinct taste of meat. I don't eat meat so this was really a huge negative for me. I recommend keeping a portion of the grill "meat free" or warming your pita bread a different way. read more

Having lived in Turkey I am always on the hunt for a good Adana Kabab. Here it is sold as a Kafta Kabab but it is almost the same. Kafta is often served very dry in the states, but they got it right on in this mall outlet. Very juicy and flavorful. I had the spicy humus too and it was very authentic. I will be back! read more

Its OK. The hummus is just a bit bland, maybe the "olive oil" on it was just vegetable oil or some blend. Tasted it w/o the hummus and there was no olive flavor at all. Tsaziki was sort of bland too. Tabouli and salad were good, even if no real olive oil on them. read more

Today I was shopping at Memorial city Mall and i didn't realize that's amazing restaurants. To be honest I was totally lost in the store I didn't know where to start from. One of the young ladies offered me a chicken samples and explained for me what was the specials at the restaurant. The Young server behind the counter recommended the Mediterranean salad and the spicy hummus for me to try with my chicken Kafta. The young servers are very friendly and funny and they even give me extra pita bread and the cashier didn't let me pay for it she said it's on the house. For mall food this place takes home the gold! Whenever I choose to eat at Memorial City this is my spot. The food is reasonably priced and it's SO good! Last time I got the ground beef eggplant, oven baked potatoes and Greek salad. Wow the potatoes and eggplant were great. I was not expecting such quality for a place in the mall. Definitely would recommend eating here when you're in the food court. The best part is you don't walk away feeling sick from all the fattening food. There are a lot of reviews and I am sure the tech savvy owners put many there. This is a mall counter with a staff that is no better than McDonald's perhaps worse I had an extremely bad experience. If you read my reviews it is all about customer service. This place has none. I ordered a salad with chicken. The woman behind the counter sliced a half of a chicken breast and said they only put six slices. Ridiculously thin slices of half a breast is not a special meal. When I called the counter person argued and came out to challenge me. When I called the manager , I got several rude calls back and yelp emails I am reporting the harassment and bad service. OK - relative to the Mem City Mall Food Court - easy 4 stars. Nice selection and pretty good quality food. Now, on an absolute basis, what I had was 3 stars. I had the chicken kofta kebab with the cabbage salad and couscous for sides. Chicken was a bit dry, a victim of sitting under the heat lamp and the sides were kind of bland. I wanted to pick something a little healthier to eat in the food court so I chose here. I've eaten here once before...I think I ate their fish or something. But this last time I had the vermicelli rice, hummus, and the beef kafta kabob. $8.99 for a one meat two sides plate special. Guess it's reasonable. The beef was pretty dry...edible but dry. Rice and hummus were decent. The pita bread that comes with the hummus is pretty flat. The pesto pasta looked good. I should have tried that but I didn't want to have carb overload.
