Snooze is our go-to breakfast spot in Las Vegas! We came in late Saturday morning and only had about a 10-minute wait. We grabbed seats at the bar instead and had a great experience. My partner had The Denver Omelette with hash browns, and I ordered Juan's breakfast Tacos--both were delicious. We also shared the Pancake Flight and let our server surprise us with the flavors. Every pancake was amazing! Our server was working hard behind the busy bar but still gave us excellent service. We forgot her name, but she appeared to be Hawaiian and was fantastic. I have to update my review and sadly report that Snooze has degraded since we first started visiting. The service has become more hit and miss. We have had some great servers and some less than great servers. The time before last, the food took an exceptionally long time to arrive - close to 30 minutes. I still enjoy the Snooze classic. They recently updated it so the hash browns are more traditionally presented rather than in a small cylinder shape. This is better as they are now hotter and crispier on the outside. Sadly, they continue to constantly fail on their "sparkling with a splash." It is always flat. I give it a try each time and it's the same. The server told me once "that's because it's from a barrel." Ok. They need to do better on this. It's easy to earn points in their rewards program, but they seem to expire quickly. Also, I haven't found any of the rewards terribly intriguing. I would prefer rewards that are discounts off purchases rather than specific items like two free mocktails. Overall, Snooze is still ok but the luster has warn off a bit. read more

Was in town on a getaway with the fellas and we hit Snooze to get some breakfast. First of all the service was outstanding. Ryan and the staff took great care of us. I had the Shrimp and Grits and it was legit. Tasted like someone's southern mother, aunt or grandmother made it. Everyone in our group enjoyed what they got. I love how gluten friendly this place is. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free which is wonderful because it's hard to find that for breakfast foods. The taste of the French toast was good. The pancakes were soft and fluffy and you would never had known they were gluten free. The side of Hashbrowns we ordered slightly extra crispy per our waitress recommendation and they were very good. We liked the additional side better than what came with the omelette. Great breakfast spot! Just driving around, we stumbled upon the local spot and from the outside it just looked so welcoming. The indoor decor also just looked so vibrant and warm. It was a bit warm on this Spring morning so we opted to dine inside, even though the outdoor area looked comfy as well. The menu was huge. I love all the options: classic breakfasts, pancakes, french toasts, omelettes, benedicts, tacos/burritos, and healthier options like almond butter coconut porridge. I had the Bravocado Toast ($17.25) and it came out picture perfect: smashed avocado over toasted rustic bread with roasted tomato topped with sunny-side up eggs. It's Vegas so I shouldn't be surprised Snooze has a full bar and full page menu of drinks: champagne, cocktails, mocktails. Then, it's not complete without coffee and tea options. Best brunch spot? Snooze, an A.M. Eatery comes to mind and has not disappointed after 6 visits. Cool diner vibe and always great service. Today we chose the Sangarita 5/5 and the Strawberry Martini Mimosa 5/5 both delicious beverages and for eats we got the shrimp and grits sunny side up 4/5 and the Monte Cristo over hard 5/5. Tristan D was our server and was very attentive and helped answer some questions about the dishes. Had heard good things so we decided to stop in. Tristan was our server and he made out first visit to this restaurant very pleasant. Was surprised about the energy the place exudes. Had their avocado toast and the sunny side up eggs were cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend a side of corn beef and hash. Will definitely try their cocktails next visit. Have been to Snooze at Denver airport and loved it. Tried the one in Summerlin and was just ok. Saw this one so had to stop in and give it a try. Came in around 1230 on a weekday and was nearly empty. Service was prompt and we were seated and had coffee quickly. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the hash and eggs. I also asked for a side of chorizo. Shrimp and grits was very good, my friend ate the whole thing. Hash and eggs were delicious, my go to dish here. I was looking forward to have a decent breakfast. My wife and I walked in with our service and support dogs and were asked if they were service dogs and we said yes. We were taken but she was leading us to the patio area which there was no fans or mist fans, I then requested to be seated inside due to the heat and she bluntly said No. I then requested to see the manager, she walk in the back and came back and she said that the manager "Mindy" said no. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I am 22 years disabled Army veteran and Snooze management don't have the decency to face me. New go to brunch spot!! The interior of this restaurant is sooooo cute, bright colors with retro vibe. The have a decent outdoor seating area which I love. The menu is a decent size definitely nothing a huge variety but still plenty to pick from. I got the protein blt bowl and it was so good! Fruit fly multiple attacking us and food. Picture shows one that landed on table! Showed waitress and asked to wipe it off. Grossly she rubbed it off with her index finger . I had to ask again can you get a cloth and wipe it off. Told manager she said wow I never see fruit fly's here Location going down hill. Not sure where they are getting the wait staff. So, round 2. Of course, the die sent us here. Nicole and Beth (Visiting regional manager) were there and they were super friendly and attentive, Yes, my brother's coffee was refilled and they even asked if he wanted one to go at the end. I got a Mocktail--Lavender & Strawberry Lemonade and it was so good, so refreshing. Don ordered The Classic--Eggs, over easy, Hashbrowns and sausage links w/english muffins. I ordered The same thing except I wanted to try the Plant based chorizo. He loved his but was sad to see that the Hashbrowns we had last time were gone (The puck, we really loved that) My eggs as you can see in the pic were slightly overcooked and the hashbrowns while yummy were at times slightly undercooked (and not as we remembered the cool and unique puck) but Beth did tell us that we could request that next time and they could make it. I also didn't really care for the chorizo, it was shaped like a patty but fell apart and was a bit chewy--How about just getting the amazing Impossible sausage that eggworks has? or vegan bacon or ? The Vegan pancakes here are great, how about making the rest vegan, like, who needs to know? Just quietly make them all vegan--There just needs to be more variety for us plant based folks. They also do not carry splenda for my brother's coffee, he is a diabetic so he prefers to use that as its supposedly the best sugar for diabetics... The restaurant is clean and comfortable and all in all, we will return IF THE DIE SAYS TO. They have a rewards program too that Nicole told me how to sign up for and she even got me some starter points which was nice. Went for breakfast with the husband to try out this spot. Service was impeccable in my opinion as our server checked on us a number of times and we were seated as soon as we walked in, it was a regular weekday morning. Nice location off Durango and Sunset, plenty of parking, and it's a cute diner feel. Coffee was so good! I was happy with my french toast as it was just right portion as I don't eat much though, could've been more fruits or additional protein might've been nice to complement as it was very rich. Unfortunately, my husband's breakfast was lacking in terms of portion size and he just did not like that hockey puck shaped hash brown thingy. The hickey puck hash browns were horrible. They were crispy on the outside and mushy in the middle. What is with the one piece of toast? The service was just ok. Took our order, refilled the coffee once and stopped by once to see if we needed anything else. The next time was to drop off the bill. The seating here is in super high demand during peak brunch times so be prepared to come early or wait. The food is decent, pretty standard diner-brunch fare, but classed up a little. Pancake flight -- 5/5 * I love the option to try different flavors. The pancakes are quite large, and are fluffy, super tasty, and come pretty dressed up. Lots of sauce and toppings! You can pick your 3 flavors. Corned Beef Hash -- 4/5 * A solid corned beef hash. Not overly salty. The corned beef pieces are mixed into the potatoes. Biscuits and Gravy 4/5 * Also a solid biscuit and gravy dish. The biscuits were tender, moist, and fluffy with a nice white gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice -- 3/5 * Not really the style of fried rice I was expecting. Its very sweet tasting and not that spicy. It tastes the complete opposite of an Asian-style fried rice. Really disappointing experience here. We came in with our two support dogs (both ESAs/service animals), and staff told us we couldn't eat inside -- even though the restaurant was far from full. What made it worse was that the manager never came out to talk to us directly when we asked for her. No real accountability, no direct conversation, just avoidance. We reached out afterward hoping for some acknowledgment of the situation and didn't feel it was handled well at all. Hoping this gets addressed, because the food/service otherwise could be fine, but this kind of treatment is hard to overlook. read more

We came around 8:45am on Sunday morning. There weren't many people then, but it filled up fast shortly after. Definitely best to come early. I was not a big fan of the experience we had here the other day. I put ourselves on the waitlist on yelp and we were seated rather quickly. The restaurant was big and had dining room and patio seating options. Once we got seated, our server came to take our order and 30 minutes go by and we still don't have our food. It wasn't until at least 40 minutes later that we did receive three out of the four items we ordered. Our waiter then tells us that the Burrata toast that I ordered was out of stock. Why did he not tell me this after I ordered? I was really upset at the wait and he said sorry but at that point, i didn't want to order anything else so I shared the burrito ordered. Overall, they get do better. I have been to Snooze many times in other locations and they are normally efficient, quick and service is good. Not this time. Great to have a second location in Vegas, one a bit closer for people who might be staying on the strip and desperate to get away from strip hotel prices! Order a pancake flight every time - I mean why can't we have breakfast appetizers, amirite? - and choose the trio you want.
