A small portion of water ice is approximately 3-4 sizable scoops! And a small portion of the gelati (water ice + soft serve) specialty is approximately the size of a McDonald's parfait. My partner got the summertime (strawberry, cherry, watermelon(?) flavor and I got the peach cobbler inspired cup with gelati. I was hoping they'd have the apple pie one but it wasn't listed on the menu when we were there. Regardless, still a very tasty and amazing treat to cool down with! Service was helpful and you're welcome to try samples of anything. Was very shocked to see that employees manually swirl/mix flavors while scooping rather than have tub with pre-swirled flavors. Until my son found out they were now on wheels. For my birthday/Easter party, my family booked them as a gift. It was a treat for 50 guests and they all raved about them. The service was top notch! Flavors are unique. We just booked them for a graduation party today and it was another great hit! I'm so glad they're back in business. The lady working the truck at the Farmers Market was very nice and answer any follow up questions I asked after I told her I booked the truck for our baby shower. I waited for my nephew to join me and then we ordered our cup. We went with the klassic cup because the weather was kind of cold. I went with the groovy grape, ninja cherry and watermelon wave on my cup. I believe my nephew went with the monkey business, flavor of the day and tiger blood for his. We enjoyed our shaved ice. I didn't put a lot of flavor on mine so when I ate half of my cup, I went back to ask if I could add more flavor and the lady said I could. I had a great time eating the shaved ice and I can't wait for people at our baby shower to try it. Hopefully the weather will be on the not so cold side. The staff didn't seem very accommodating, and we felt a bit rushed while trying to decide what to order. That said, this was only one visit. We'd be willing to give Sugar Fix Boba another chance and try some of their teas or food items next time, as those may be better suited to our taste.
